@Silver Fox Hey I don't want to be a kill-joy if you're especially really enjoying writing it out and I know it fits Alex's nature but do you think you could be a little less brutal in your descriptions of killing off fiends? I mean I know they're enemies but the ...uh, I guess extreme nature of their takedowns are uncomfortable for me to read. In game during fights even with the coolest/brutalist attacks didn't turn their attacks into a snuff film is all I'm saying (With the exception of the aeon Anima I mean holy crap but even with how scary that was it wasn't horror-film-level-disturbing). Could you tone it down a little in the future please?
Edit: I guess what I'm saying, this isn't mortal kombat, you know? :(
Pah! If that was horror to you, you'd probably hate it if I actually tried to go for it. I basically went to FF Type 0. Blood and death, though nothing more than that.
That, and these creatures don't even bleed probably. They just burst into pretty lights.
Urick punched one downward on the skull. And if we go mortal combat, then there would be a crunching sound and ooze coming out of it.
I mean, I don't expect just Alex to do that, just everyone fighting a fiend. To do whatever they can to not die.
Buuuuut I do see your point that may have been taken too far. For some people not like me who is now quite used to brutal things happening.
Like playing a psychopathic killer and his kills.
Which if you said made you uncomfortable, I'd be proud. This wasn't meant to make you uncomfortable so it had the incorrect effect. So I'll try to watch it in the future but, I do try to be somewhat of a more real version.
I mean really, in the game it was,
*slash dingo with sword, it yelps and bursts into lights*
Then it's like. 'Does the sword leave a mark of anything?' And just imagine, how brutal those attacks in the game actually were? Especially when used on humans.
Also, I still find Cubone one of the most disturbing things. Creepy Pokemon. And that's suppose to be for little kids.
