Well I have been considering a character which could fit nicely into the current cast and have some role in the ensuing chaos.
So far I have thought of two, firstly a human serial killer, sophisticated and insane to the highest level, not directly involved in anything - but a nice red herring perhaps especially for the detective types. Leaving bodies and crime scenes in his wake, his deceased wife (a fabrication of his mind, to him she is alive and with him still) is with him and the main cause of his psychosis.

Or secondly a 'possessed' human psychopathic drug addict, perhaps working for one of the factions or as a mercenary type. Regular drug user of all types, using the boons they offer combined with his somewhat unstable companion - a demonic type entity which inhabits the shell of his mind, to compete with the otherwise more deadly other races throughout the city. The entity could have been 'obtained' against his will in a failed spell or summoning, and what is left of him is now split vying for control - something along those lines.

Either of those sound appropriate? Any feedback or suggestions would also be very appreciated.

Awesome! Think I've got a good idea of what character I want to make... I'll begin to work on it once I get the chance.

That's some mega serious damage described in the plot post, is two hours or even a day really enough? I don't want santa som-hiroshima to happen when you guys turn it back on! :P.

So I guess I should abandon my thread then? Seeing how a bunch of mobsters trying to restart the main power plant would be impossible, according to this.

Because I literally have nothing else. Restarting the power is the only thing I can think of for Andy to do that would be important and welp you guys just squashed that so thanks.

Was a pissy night for me last night. Got rained on in bed cause of a huge rainstorm that hit my camp. Got woken up at one in the morning to doors slamming things shaking and rain spraying in through windows that can't be closed because of how old this army camp is.

Her monsters swarmed over the control room, flicking switches, pressing buttons, and smashing consoles.

All across Santa Somabra her minions were swarming through the grid, shutting off power plants, generators, and back-up generators.

Then the city went black.

I'm hoping to have my character finished today. Little bit more work to do yet, and still need to find an appropriate noir themed image for him.

An update on my current state: I read over the IC again just to get back into the noir-niche. However, I am currently in the state of limbo when it concerns Maharet, but "brick by brick", ever get that state of where you know what you want to write, but the words refuse to flow? It's maddening!.
