She's not actually cold blooded, and she has venomous snake slit pupils. She doesn't have the extra skin layer that most reptiles have in their eye lid.
Her upper body clothing is very much like this. Sure it might be a little warm, but not to the point of overheating.

I'll change up her backstory so that it's more suitable. Her symbol was actually unchanged from her first iteration and I forgot to change it.
I actually have a new idea for her weapon, which I'll post on the Original weapons forum in a while after I tinker about with it.
