@NarcissisticPotato,
@c3p-0h,
@AcerRoName: Lucas Abd-al-Yasu (Lucas, Servant of Jesus)
Alias(s): Retribution
Age: 26.
Affiliations: Heroes
Factions: Reformists
Description: A brown-skinned man with perfectly combed, short black hair and green eyes, Lucas is a tall, atheletic, handsome man with a lean, scuplted physique who prefers to wear a flak jacket over a shirt and tan jeans, completed by a brown longcoat. For footwear, he chooses sturdy desert boots.
Powers: Lucas has the power to turn Imagination into reality temporarily, making any known effect happen as long as he can concentrate on it. For example, he can conjure up firestorms, earthquakes, or teleport himself to other places. However, this comes with two weaknesses: 1.) his 'effects' are limited by his concentration; if he cannot concentrate on the effect, it doesn't happen, and 2.) the moment he stops concentrating, any effect he inflicts, including
death, is instantly reversed. Think of him as one of those Disney villains who cast great 'magical' spells, but who has those 'spells' reversed when he is killed. Pain from his attacks still remain, though; people temporarily killed by Lucas are knocked unconcious by it unless they are particularly strong-willed.
Another way around Lucas' weakness is for him to manipulate something that already exists, such as boulders and bricks, and use that against the enemy. So is teleporting others into a great height, or attacking them with mundane weapons while held prone by his powers. However, these are signs that the Meta is getting desperate, and so can be taken as signs to continue an attack on him.
Skills: History, Literature, Strategy and Tactics, Unarmed Combat, Firearms, Swordsmanship and Knives.
Equipment: Several types of Gun, Ammo, a Scimtar and a Kalis*, as well as Grenades, a First Aid Kit, and Pills that help Concentration (With Side Effects).

(Optional) Brief History: Born in Jordan as the son of a Chirstian Arab Lieutenant Colonel (Muqaddam) and a Filipino Domestic Worker, Lucas was a an immensely intelligent and skilled youth with Dual Citizenship, which allowed him entrance into Jordan's circles of privilege, while at the same time keeping him grounded by interaction with his poorer Filipino relatives. A good fighter and already a soldier in Jordan's Armed Forces, Lucas was 21 at the time of the Maybark Incident, when Metahumans came to the Public's Attention. Originally hiding his powers from people, he chose to go public when ISIS began overruning Syria and Iraq, which in turn was the same time Metas began being more accepted.
In 2015, Lucas was sent by the UN to relieve the city of Ramadi, then under siege by IS forces. He suceeded, and thereafter underwent further missions in Mosul, Tayl Abd, and Raqqa itself, where he killed the 'Caliph' of IS, Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi. After that, well, he's been wandering around, putting out brushfires all around the world.

Name: Eden McFadden (If
@Raijinslayer permits)
Alias(s): Eden.
Age: Unknown, looks 14.
Affiliations: Heroes, but very unscrupulous.
Factions: Independent with attendant NPCs, does business with everyone. Everyone.
Description: Powers: Eden can take a
willing person's powers, parts of powers, or just mundane talents, and give them to another
willing person; the weakness is that the talent or talents given must be equal to the power or talent given in exchange. However, a way around this is to give multiple talents or powers in exchange for one strong power/mundane talent. Because of this, Eden has huge respect for both Mundanes and Metahumans, which is increased by the fact that he can blur the lines.
Another weaknesss is that he cannot use the powers/mundane talents he takes himself; he can retain them, but he has to give them to someone willing eventually if he wants the powers to be used.
Oh, and if a Metahuman can duplicate powers (coughJacksoncough), Eden can take and trade those duplicates as well.
Skills: Bargaining, Haggling, Bartering, Speech, Writing, History.
Equipment: Hypercube - Made by an SS-class Metahuman who got a particularly good bargain, the Hypercube is a small box that can contain a lot of stuff, some much larger than it. Contents of the Hypercube include:
Money, Weapons, Food, Forged Papers, and even a small stall where he can conduct business.
Ranking: A
Brief History: The circus business has benefited from the emergence of Metahumans, due to the fact that even the milder bigots wanted entertainment. And so, the Flying Phoenix Circus, a band of Mundanes and Metas, went travelling all throughout the nation, surprisingly having few troubles from the not-mild bigots and legal authorities, even though certain...rumors preceeded them. Said rumors were of a boy, a master trader and bargainer, who can turn Mundanes into Metas and Metas into particularly talented Mundanes, in exchange for, well, money, weapons, legal services, anything, really.
