Name: Bothinn "Slayer" Hearthhaven

Age: 25

Gender: Male

Appearance: Bothinn is a tall man about 6'8" and 200lbs although he may be heavy he looks very tough and well built, he has short brown hair and brown eyes.

Personality: Although he may seem unintelligent he is in fact very smart and cunning he although is at the same time cocky at certain times and loves to drink Ale, Bothinn is often impatient and has a slight bit of impulse though he has learnt to control that.

He would seem very brutish but he in fact gentle and often kind hearted he loves to fight for the cause of good and often volunteers to do so whenever he can.
Motive: Bothinn joined the Project because he was sent by his village but he definitely volunteered to do the job since he felt that this would help a lot of people he also had heard of stories of Angels before and about Fallen Angels ever since he was a kid so he was interested in meeting one in person someday.

Ability: Bothinn is an extremely talented swordsman he is extremely talented with the use of swords especially his great sword, he is extremely resilient as well.

I think I'm somewhat confused as to what Bothinn's power is. What kinda magic is it? Like what are his capabilities with it and such like?

Like he can do defensive magic like Mage at or and he can cast healing spells and most likely magic missile.

So his ability is that no matter what weapon he holds, he masters it in moments. So, does that mean he just has an infininte library of weapon styles? that just natrually occur and become a rythem in his muscle memory? Or is it something like everything he see's IS a weapon. Also does that mean he knows every single martial art? does this also count for psychological warfare?

I noticed this in one of your posts. Is this to imply that Thomas actually feels some of the person's fear? I'm under the impression, for some reason, that Thomas experiences fear that he adsorbs and is calmed when inducing fear. Is that the case? Because that is kind of a neat idea.

Actually, yes. But even when he is not channelling his power, Thomas is constantly absorbing small bits of fear from everyone within about 5 miles of him in any direction. Not enough to calm them, nor enough to do drastic measures to his psycky (no effin clue how to spell that), but over time, it has caused him to go insane. With his power, he basically trades fear the way heat transfers. I was going to do it by touch originally, but i decided that since most brainwave powers are based on proximity, i would make it all eye contact (you also cannot really remain in eye contact from so far away, so it does still greatly limit his power cabability, making his advantage mostly on emotional instability of a person)

What would happen if someone mad them forget what Fear feels like?. Ike remove their ENITRE knowledge of fear? would he still be able t manipulate them?

@GeliophobHyena I'd figure that since fear is a physiological reaction as well as a psychological one you could reduce the effect of phobias by giving them the experience of conditioning, where you expose them to their phobia's trigger in a safe manner to get the person used to it, without actually spending the time to do so. You might also be able to make them unable to connect the concept of fear to the emotion (at least until they experience it again). I doubt that you could permanently prevent @The_Full_Spektrom from causing it again though unless you radically altered the person's personality.
