Optio, can I hope to make our characters meet like we said before?

A newbie and someone looking for new friends it seems like it would makes sense for them to teem up. Especially since i'm a support and can help you level.

1. You make your own abilities but you choose out of the provided pool of what Feats you have. Abilities are personalized to your character. Feats are not. Everyone starts out at either Levels 1, 2, or 3.

2. Once someone reaches age 13, they are required by world law to obtain the Deep Ground Program. Most parents buy it as gifts for their children's birthdays.

However, I will have to say that we are no longer accepting new character into the RP at the moment. Apologies.

1. I do not understand if we can make our own abilities or actually choose and if we can choose are we allowed to choose any level or are we restricted to only the level we choose. 1-3

2. Players who are 13-19, do they automatically gain the DGO system or actually have to buy and get a chip inserted within there brains.

You can, though you'll have to keep track of openings yourself. We'll try to tip you off if there's a space, but as you can imagine, things can get rather hectic.
