You need to separate them like this:
Jack turned to Eric "So what brings you here Eric?"

Power:Shapeshifting,enhanced strength and speed, hellfire breath
Appearance: Ammits true form is of a 6 ft tall muscular man with the head of a monstrous dog, as well as having razor sharp claws, despite this, he is only a teenager by hell standards
Bio: Once the son of a very powerful archedemon, his family were overthrown in a power coup, and he was the only survivor. He is now banished to earth for eternity, planning to eventually get his revenge on the demon who killed his father. Right now though, he is in need of a place to stay, as he has been severely weakened by being away from hell, his shapeshifting power is basically useless, he can make a rudimentary human form, but even that drains him, his hellfire breath can barely roast a marshmallow, but he is still strong enough to punch through concrete, and can outrun a horse.

He matures differently to normal humans, biologicaly he is centuries old, but mentally he's just 15 or 16

Yes, although his speech is slightly distorted by the fact he is talking through a dogs mouth
