It was at this point that Ryan boiled over. "That's it! Game over!" Ryan whipped out his Bo Staff and began its transformation. By the end it was no longer a Bo Staff but it was instead a Scythe. "I'm going to rip your arms off and beat you to death with them!" He yelled with rage. He then began the battle.

Ryan rushed Dead-Act with several sweeps of his Scythe and a few kicks mixed in as well. He was aiming to do exactly as he said, he was trying to cut Dead-Acts arms off. And his legs. And his head.

@floodtalon Dead-Act laughed as he was dodging each of his brothers attacks and he swings his mallet and catches the scythe on one of the swings and points a gun at his brothers head. And pull the trigger and a flag popped out that said bang. And Dead act laughed and Threw the gun in the air and he pushed a button on the mallet and a mechanical arm and hand popped out of the large mallet with a smaller mallet and bonked Flood on the head.

Nyra turned human and followed Ryan out, a bit shocked from the gunfire.

Ryan didn't even flinch at the trick with the gun, he just made sure to move his head out of the way. It was when the mallet hit him that the situation got worse. Ryan roared with rage as he yanked his Scythe out of Dead-Act's grasp. His eyes burned with concentrated hate and he cut the mallet into pieces. Ryan slammed his head into Dead-Act's face and grinned at the crunch of bone. He then swung his Scythe directly into Dead-Act's torso and pinned him against the wall. "Stay away from me, or I will find a way to permanently kill you. No matter what Deadpool or the Principal says." He snarled as he pulled his Scythe out of Dead-Act. Ryan put away the Scythe and looked at Nyra.

"Let's go get you something to dry yourself with. And me too." Ryan said as he walked away from the scene of the battle.

Dead act smiled at the threat. "Oh I knew you cared. But did you have to take it out on my mallet. Sheesh. Temper tantrum, can't you help if you have barely enough fun. That's all I was trying to do. Would it help if I told you Dad was the one that gave you the squirt gun. I mean. I helped wrap it and all but it was a gift from dad." He threw the toy gun at Flood. And cleaned up his mallet. "It's a good thing that this wasn't my favorite mallet." He threw the pieces away and pulled off his back a stainless steel mallet and he saw a bigger guy storming up behind his brother and he teleported in the way and pushed his brother and Nyra out of the way and was punched out the window. "Ow!" He got up and jumped back threw the window. "Hey you big green brute, you pick on one Deadpool spawn you get a Double Hitter." He lunged forward and punched the large green beast in the nose. And stood on the head. "Hey. It's the incredible Bulk. How is it that the big green oaf is a librarian?" Hulk reached up and grabbed at Dead-Act, "Oh some ones angwy, what you want me to run the mile or something."

Nyra nodded. "So that is your brother. I see you lucked out, not getting your father's insanity." She stuck her hands in her pocket as they walked. She assumed she had just made a friend out of this jerk.

"Yup. He got Harley Quinn as a mom, while I have Killer Frost as a mother. I lucked out on the genetic lottery." Ryan responded as he looked at Dead-Act getting punched out a window. "Walk faster. If we pretend he doesn't exist then he might leave us alone." He actually felt bad saying this as that was what everyone said about him, but he could only handle so much of his brother.

Hulk was ready to tear Dead Act in two, for what good that would do, when a pellet burst against Big Green's face. The small cloud of smoke was knockout gas and it dropped the Hulk before he could get too angry for it to work. Stepping into the room Kagerou glanced at the broken window. Just another day at the school. So far Flood was the more tolerable of the two. But she'd had plenty of time to learn to deal with their father. "That's enough."

It seemed that Flood was already heading out with Nyra. That just left Dead Act. "You're making far too much noise for a library."

Deadact, who's fun was now ruined looked at Kagerou, and sighed. "I know but can you help it if you were the child of 2 nut heads. I think not." He looked at big green and sighed and looked at the direction his brother went. Lept out the window and kicked a pebble a bit then his phone went off. He answered it. Hey mom, huh, yes I got my birthday gift. Thanks. Did you get it from Uncle J? How did he know I like throwing cards? Oh you told him. Well. Thank you again." He said as he Lept up into a tree and sat on a branch. "What. I'm fine. *sigh* mothers oh nonono, I'm serious I'm fine.

"Relax Kalinda." Mimic said calmly. "If I was bullying these students it wouldn't be long before our principal arrived and corrected me on such actions...." he said holding a level of respect and fear for the Dark Knight whom seemed to have eyes and ears everywhere throughout the Academy no matter what was occurring.

"Students." Mimic said before frowning pulling out his cell phone and looking over it. Oh. Dear. Lord. Somehow Batman found out and was requesting him in the office. Now. "I'm afraid we will have to cut class a little early today...." he said suddenly hurrying out of the room with sweat pouring down his brow in the process.

"Somehow...Kat...I feel worried that someone can copy powers, skills, and knowledge is scared of a man in a bat suit...frightening." Kaden mused before shaking his head. "Come on lets go meet new people for once." The demigod said with a smile as he rose from his seat and headed to the back where Joesph and Roxy where sitting. "Hey there." He said with a polite smile on his face. "Sorry about Mimic...he's not exactly the easiest person to get along with...."

Nyra nodded. She really didn't understand, since she has no siblings herself. She could understand, though, not wanting to be around that nut case. "That's okay to say stuff like that if a person really bothers you, you know."

Kyle rolled his eyes. It had been entertaining to see the fight. He wondered how much Mimic could coptpy from him. The flames without a doubt but he wasn't certain about his chain. Technically it wasn't a power but a weapon. He wasn't clear if that counted or not. It would be interesting to find out. "So that's it? I feel like I've learned a lot today. What's next counting dots?"

Roxy tilted her head. She has no idea what she had missed. "Well this is going to be a challenging class. I am going to figure out away to get more information on what is actually happening."her hearing was great. Some powers she oukd hear. Others she coukd feel. But she had a feeling there were some that she would have to figure out another way.

Joseph shrugs, "I don't see what the problem is. All he did was question us as to why we were late. I think that's kind of his job, isn't it?"

"The most powerful man in the world can still be craven at heart." She said in regards to Mimic, watching as he scurried out of the room. She didn't dwell on his fate for long though, as Kaden began to move towards the two who were just spared. Following along, Kat stopped half a step behind him and sat on a desk.

"A fair assumption given that isolated event, but spend longer than an hour with him and then you'll understand his reputation. I'm sure I threatened to kill him a couple of years ago..." Pausing, she looked away for a moment as if thinking before looking straight back to them. "Yes, I told him I'd stab him in the chest. I used to be a lot more tempestuous." She said, flashing a self-assured though maybe not wholly comforting smile.

Kat also looked over to the other newcomer, also late. "You were lucky, he doesn't have anything to hold against you. For now at least anyways." It would mostly depend on how his meeting with Bruce went, she presumed. He would either be too concerned to mention the event again, or so frustrated a grudge will be forming as they spoke.

Kijani stepped out of the girl's bathroom, wiping her mouth on a paper towel. She had just skipped the first class of the year. Not a good start at all. It hadn't been her intention, but when she saw the doors to Power Development, an icy fear took hold of her and didn't let go. She'd spent most of the hour trying to keep hold of her breakfast. When that failed, she'd spent the rest of the time making sure there was no evidence of her... mistake.

Now that class was over, she had to get her act together. "I'm better. I'm stronger. I'm different."

Her fingers trailed on her cell phone in her pocket. She wanted to call Connor, but... fear was a nasty thing, wasn't it? Exhaling, she stared down at her schedule, even though she'd memorized it already.

Power development was as Connor expected it for the first day. Less...eventful then his own first day, with only one battle, before Mimic seemed to freak out. So the class finished early, giving Connor time to look through the class, before sighing and leaving.

So it was that he was in the hall way when Kijani came out of the bathrooms. She didn't seem to have noticed that he was there. Which gave Connor a moment or two to figure out what to do.

Finally though, all he said was "Kijani"

Kalinda rolled her eyes and disappeared out the classroom, finding her way to the roof easily enough, sitting on the edge to keep to herself. She didn't particularly want to be here anymore. it had taken her a good part of half a year to get here, and even longer to feel like she had any attachments, only to have them gone.

So she didn't particularly feel inclined to talk with anyone.

Harry hadn't really done anything in the class, not that he was complaining. He didn't really wish to display his powers, but he had been interested in meeting Mimic. So far, it was a disappointment. Shifted his glasses into a more comfortable position, he pulled his hood down again, rising up, and hesitating, but figured with some time due to the class ending earlier then expected, he'd set up his dorm room.

Deadact looked around and then he reached into his pocket and pulled out a deck of playing cards and he went into into the combat course and he put the cards up his sleeves in a dispenser that shoots the card into his hand, he then inhales as he put his knives in his pouch and his mallet on his back and a pistol on his side, he then looked at the timer and pushed a button and went throughthe course using all his skills and abilities, and as a final bit he stood up and spun and threw a card and hit a target I between the eyes and panted as he looked at the timer and it read 00:16:30, he stomped his foot and grabbed everything he used and sighed. He was slower this time he was slow by 00:07:30

After waiting a few minutes for the teacher to return, Joespf asks no one in particular, "So what now?"

"Well Kat and I are pretty familiar with the place. Could give you the grand tour if you want...including one very special place I found last year." Kaden offered to the two younger students before looking at his cousin with a grin. "I think they would love to see a certain room in particular...I was meaning to tell you about it.." he revealed

Joseph nods, "That'd be helpful. I'm sure I'd learn where everything is if I'm taken on a tour than if I just have a map to look at." He turns to Roxy and asks, "Are you in?"
