I'd think the CODEC team would comprise of NPC's, in order to allow them to be "accessible" when we make our IC posts. It would be tough to contact Intel and Command when we have to wait for a reply from someone.

This. And also that way I don't have to keep funneling information about the plot to people via PM's, I can just have NPC's tell you what the situation is, who you're after, what's going on, what assets are available, etc. It keeps things better contained and more consistent from my perspective.

It also stops people having lengthy conversations with themselves playing multiple characters, and actually talking to each other.

It's perfect too because Larry is American; "We are going to democracy the shit out of you!" . Also, a leader doesn't have to be perfect, they just gotta do their jobs and be in charge. I'm sure it'll be fine if his personality doesn't change. But it's still your call.

I was just thinking that keeping a loudmouth personality even after what happened would be a bit bizarre, so I changed it so that his reputation of being a loudmouth was in the past, during the time with the Desert Wolves and before.

Hi all. Hate to do this when you've all put so much work in, but I've spent the majority of my evening trying to come up with a good opening story, and a long-running, but I can't think of anything that isn't just ripping off Metal Gear wholesale. So, I think I'm going to put this on the back burner for the meantime until I can think of something.

Aside from that as well, I'm struggling to find any time to myself where I'm not on the guild, and do other stuff I enjoy, so I'm cutting down on the games I'm running or playing in a lot, so that I can have some more time to dedicate to other hobbies.

Sorry if you're disappointed by this, but I really can't find anything inspiring to come up with right now.

Yes, because I have a plot in mind for it, and I'm more attached to it. I'm trying to keep myself down to two or three games.

What if our first deployment was to an area where Dead Shadows was last reported. Our job would be an investigation to find their whereabouts, while dealing with possible hostiles in the area. The things we discover would act as foreshadowing towards story points and arcs. I can't explain much because the concept is Silver's idea, and I wouldn't want to railroad it.

Yes, I am crapping out random ideas in the hopes of sparking inspiration...
