Physical Attributes
Apearance: Standing at 6 feet 3 inches Marcus appears to be in peak physical condition, though closer inspection reveals that much of his body is cybernetic. Including much of his chest, his right arm, and both legs
Physical Weaknesses:As much of his body is now cybernetic, he has predefined limits and cannot cross them, no matter how hard he tries. He is extremely vulnerable to weapons with an Electro Magnetic Pulse, if he his hit with a significantly damaging blast from one the circulation device that replaced his heart will be shut off.
Physical Strengths:As most of his body is cybernetic, he has immense stamina, and can win fights through sheer attrition, additionally while it is limited, he possesses immense speed and physical strength. Though he risks damage to both his implants and himself if he overclocks them too much.

Mental Attributes
Personality: The man that Marcus is now is far, far different from the one he used to be. At one time he kept an adventurous outlook on life, though somber over the death of his parents. Now however the war against Ragnarok has taken its toll, having come so far and so close twice before he has become a much more severe and cynical individual, perfectly willing to cut corners and blur the lines in order to get to his goal. In combat he becomes alive, often laughing or grinning like a madman as he brushes with death again and again. One could be forgiven for assuming that he's throwing himself at Ragnarok again and again in the hopes of being eventually killed.
Likes: Fighting, shooting, a tall flask of Whiskey, sleeping

Background
Biography: Marcus has not had the best of lives. Having witnessed the murder of his parents, he was taken in by a close friend of his father's, who fought with him in the later stages of the war. The man taught him the foundation for his fighting style, raised him to be cunning and sharp minded, and generally into the perfect soldier against Ragnarok. Unfortunately before Marcus turned 18 the man was found murdered in his own home. It didn't take him long to figure out who arranged the deed to be done. Marcus then began a long roaring rampage of revenge, culminating in the theft of his starship, and the gathering of the Archons. Unfortunately Ragnarok was prepared, and due to his brash arrogance mixed with furious rage the attempt was an utter disaster that nearly ended in his death. He was saved at the last minute by the spirit of the recently deceased Archon of Time and sent back to have another chance. Little did he expect a deranged clone of himself waiting for him, a sociopath that stalked his every move and set about to murdering those he cared about. The experience sobered him greatly, and he realized that cooperating with his fellow inheritors would be necessary for victory, not just throwing them towards the enemy and expecting them to come out stronger like he had. Unfortunately the realization came too late and before he knew it all but the Archon of Time and the Archon of Water were lost, faced with losing again he urged the Time Archon to send them back

Name: Paul Hetfield
Age: mid to late 30s

Physical Attributes
Appearance: Paul is relatively thin, but still muscular (so pretty much a swimmer's build). While he once focused on his strength, his use of dagger has caused him to adapt to make himself more agile, with his training allowing himself to move incredibly quickly, usually meaning he can kill at least two grunts before their synapses can register his being there. He's fairly tanned, and his once relatively clean body is heavily scarred and bruised, remnants of his many battles.
Physical Weaknesses: Whereas he could once lift entire foes and at least throw off heavier ones, Paul's changing of his training focus has left him devoid of those abilities. Unless there is a weak-point to be exploited, Paul is often useless against heavier enemies. While years of training has left him with incredible prowess in the use of his abilities, he still has his limit and extending himself can leave him drained.
Physical Strengths: Paul can move faster than one would think, with his lightning fast dagger strikes being able to quickly and seemingly effortlessly cut through hordes of enemies. His enhanced reflexes allow him to process information quickly, which with his agility makes him good at dodging.

Mental Attributes
Personality: At the beginning of his journey, Paul was a naive young man with a sarcastic wit and a twitchy impulse. He's been fighting for so long that he has been changed, going from a light-hearted adventurer to a cold-hearted warrior. This isn't just a game to him anymore, this time he's playing to win. Because of this, to your average fellow (or, say, up-and-coming Archon) he can come off as needlessly brutal. His justification for this is that he's seen too many of his friends die to spare these monsters. The only two people that he lets his guard down around is the Archon of Light and the Archon of Water, respectively, as they are the two who have been with him since the beginning. Only with them can anyone still see the Paul that once was, the sarcastic and energetic fellow that the war has forced him to leave behind.

Background
Biography: Paul was born to a regular mortal mother and an Archon father. His mother died from West Nile virus at the age of four, and while it didn't have much of an effect on him, it certainly effected his father. His father became extremely protective, teaching his son how to fight the way he had. The two did almost everything together, although at the the age of fourteen his father passed away from unknown causes. While his father was a privateer, Paul himself chose to take up a much less noble profession: pirating. Amassing a crew at a remarkably young age, he took whatever he pleased and all that jazz until he was discovered by the Archon crew. He left his life behind him and joined the Archons, moving from the sea to space as a brash adventurer. He fought valiantly, but eventually his world was brought crashing down as one-by-one his fellow Archons were slain mercilessly, all except for one his closest friend, Marcus, and his lover, Maya. With Paul using the full extent of his power, the three of them were sent back in time in order to give them all another chance to finally beat Ragnarok. In this new timeline, Paul is taking less risks and has done away with morality. Paul has already died in one timeline (albeit, that was a slightly different Paul) and narrowly escaped another timeline. This time, he's determined to win.

Typical form of combat: Paul is lightning-fast as he gets up close and personal with his dagger. He fights dirty, and will do whatever it takes to beat an enemy. Watch your tender bits, bad guys.
Preferred Team Role: Infiltrator
Weapon: A dagger, formerly his father's, which channels his unique abilites.

Physical Attributes
Apearance: With long muscular legs and a toned torso, Maya’s physique resembles that of an Amazon warrior. She is roughly 5’11 and 140 pounds. Her posture is upright and commanding due to years of royal etiquette training. Coming from an alien race, her features are slightly more angular than those of a human. In addition, her hair ripples down her back like a silver waterfall, and her eyes are piercing pools of aquamarine.
Physical Weaknesses: Low pain tolerance…definitely still a princess in that regard. Maya is easily broken if the ones she loves are in danger, causing her to be reckless and self-destructive at times. She is agile, but not fast. She can’t run long distances without tiring out easily. Also, she sucks at shooting guns –basically has the aim of a blind person, so hit the deck if you see her holding a gun.
Physical Strengths: Years of self-defense training are ingrained in her brain, allowing her to excel in hand-to-hand combat when pitted against someone her own size. While she is slow on land, she is incredibly fast in the water due to her Archon abilities. Maya can also hold her breath for long periods of time underwater. Her strong upper body and powerful legs allow her to climb easily. Archon related strengths include her being able to control the element of water; she can lift it, move it, shape it, and can absorb it from anything…even living beings.

Mental Attributes
Personality: By now, Maya has been through a lot. While she has never been overwhelmingly bubbly or flamboyant, she was much cheerier in her youth. The events that have taken place shattered her like a piece of pottery; the cracks may be glued back together so that she resembles her old self; however, the scars are still present. Despite being broken, she hangs onto the regal elegance of her past life. She continues to uphold a level of clear-headedness and retains her penchant for logic. Unlike the others, she isn’t spurred on by revenge or tainted by cynicism. If anything, this whole ordeal has made her more compassionate and loving towards the ones she holds most dear which compels her to fight harder than ever before.

Background
Biography: Maya hails from the planet Neodomus (New Home) which is inhabited by aque sapiens, a sister species to homo sapiens (There is a huge backstory to this planet, but that is a story for another time).

Maya was born into royal blood. Her father reigned as king over the territory of Jaspae, and her mother, unbeknownst to Maya, was the godlike Archon Aquarius. Her early childhood years brimmed with fond memories as her parents lavished love and attention upon the young princess. Unfortunately, that cheerful chapter of her life ended abruptly at the age of seven when an unknown villain slashed both of her parents’ throats while they slept.

The responsibility of the throne was thrust upon Maya like a yoke upon an ox. While there was a Council of Nobles established in order to help guide the young ruler, they were anything but helpful as they paraded under the pretense of good intentions. Maya saw them for the vile creatures they were; greed and lust for power saturated every fiber of their beings. For years, she struggled to maintain control over her country while simultaneously undergoing private lessons in both scholarly subjects and physical combat. She loved her country, but she abhorred the crushing societal pressures which accompanied the crown and throne.

Once again, Maya’s life changed drastically when a mysterious man by the name of Marcus Skylark washed up on her castle’s beach. Mistaken as a spy, Marcus, the Archon of Light, was brought before Maya. Upon realizing that the young ruler was the daughter of the Archon Aquarius, Marcus propositioned a ludicrous story wherein Maya was some magical descendant capable of wielding great power. Furthermore, the strange man spoke of a war going on…one that involved her parents’ murderer. It took quite a bit of convincing, but Maya ultimately came to terms with her destiny as she agreed to go with Marcus on the Leviathan.

After embarking with Marcus and the other Archons, Maya went from spoiled royalty to skilled warrior. Imbued with the elemental power of water, she felt unstoppable (and more than a little bit cocky). The Archons easily overcame the initial scrimmages with minimal damage. Yes, the Archons were good, great even, but little did they know that there was someone so much better and so much worse than they could have ever imagined. It was a losing battle. Friend by friend, comrade by comrade, Maya witnessed the Archons die, a piece of herself dying with each one. During the final battle, the Archons of Light, Time, and Water fought ferociously, like wild animals trapped in a corner, but it was to be the end of another chapter. As they faced the permanent oblivion of death, the Archon of Time made a last-ditch effort to save them all by sending them back to the beginning. Humbled by the horrors she experienced, Maya enters a new timeline with the determination to save the ones she loves and conquer Ragnarok once and for all.

Typical form of combat: Close combat with precise and graceful blows. Her assaults are deliberate and calculated. When given the opportunity, she will stalk and observe an enemy before engaging in conflict. She likes to figure out weaknesses.

Apearance: The first apparent thing about Derek is that he is quite thin. At 6 feet and 140 pounds, he is fairly bony. He keeps his hair fairly short, and generally carries himself with a confident stride.
Physical Weaknesses: Because of his lack of muscle mass, Derek is unable to make bursts of strength. He also is not very durable, and can't take many hits before going down.
Physical Strengths: Derek is incredibly quick and agile. Having grown up as a thief, he was forced to learn to be mobile. He also has incredible reaction time, and has fairly good aim.

Mental Attributes
Personality: If Derek can be summed up in one word, he is headstrong. He has a history of reckless behavior, and is hard to be swayed from a course of action. He also can be fairly impish, and isn't above pulling a joke over on someone. However, he is good at heart, and will do what he think is right, even if it interferes with a carefully laid plan.

Background
Biography: Derek was raised in the mega city of Neo-Seattle. As a young child, he lived with his parents. His mother had inherited a large wealth, and his father, secretly the Archon of air, was also a bit of a tinkerer. Derek spent the early years of his life learning from his father. He was taught how to tinker himself, and learned some basic acrobatics. When he was eight, a bomb went off at his home, destroying everything and everyone inside except a few of his father's relics. Fortunately, Derek was not there at the time. With only a few of his father's relics, and none of his mother's wealth, Derek was left to fend for himself on the streets. During this time, he found that he was an excellent thief. In the years since then, he has become the finest thief in Neo-Seattle.

Typical form of combat: Midrange, Hit and Run
Preferred Team Role: Scout, Fast attack
Weapon:
Derek wields twin pistols owned by his father. When controlling his power, he can fire condensed air blasts that shred his enemies as well as regular bullets.

Physical Attributes
Apearance: Nicole has short cropped ebony hair and a rather slender body. She's fairly short with a height of 5'6 and weighing 120 pounds. She has an ever present smirk on her face. An expression that shows pure arrogance.
Physical Weaknesses: Nicole was never one for sports, or anything that involved moving her body strenuously. It was only when her father was murdered did she ever begin to push herself. Thus, she has low stamina and can't handle long fights. Even simple things like running a kilometer drains her energy. She has little, to no upper body strength at all, having a hard time lifting large heavy objects.
Physical Strengths: Nicole has always been quick on her feet. She's got fast reflexes and reaction time. With her father being such a prankster often pulling tricks on her and her mother, she's adapted to his jokes. Other than that, she's not much of a physical fighter.

Mental Attributes
Personality: Nicole is sly and cunning. For what she lacks physically, she makes up with intelligence. She's more into the art of deception, lying as if it were just a walk in the park. She loves to keep people in suspense. Hardly ever telling the whole story unless it was of utmost importance. To a degree, she's become manipulative. Wanting to control what she can't, just like her father's death. If she could, she would turn back time and prevent it.

Dislikes: Liars (ones that can't lie convincingly), Ignorance, Waiting, Exercises

Biography: Nicole's childhood was a happy one. Constantly being played a joke on by her dad, she became quite the trickster just to get back at him. She was clever and often thought on her feet. One could say that her father left a huge impression on her. So, it wasn't a surprise that when her father was murdered, she took a turn for the worse. Her once playful, just for fun manner disappeared. Instead, she became detached and focused herself with her studies and the study on psychology. How a person thinks and what makes them tick. As her own way of trying to find out who had killed her father and how she would act if the oppurtunity arises. She was the type of person who held grudges and her father's murder wasn't something she was going to forgive.

Physical Attributes
Apearance: Scout is 8 feet 5 inches and is fairly fit. He has good biceps and pecs but his love for food makes belly squishy but it remains toned.
Physical Weaknesses: He is fairly slow when he attacks and can be clumsy as well. He will trip or get "butterfingers" at inappropriate times.
Physical Strengths: He is incredibly strong and resistant. He can take a lot of hits and just shake it off. His stamina is pretty high too so h can move and fight for a while without getting tired.

Mental Attributes
Personality: Scout isn't the brightest guy but he has common sense. He is a very gentle person despite his size. He sympathizes with those that have a sad story to tell and can even be brought to tears. He can be describes as a big teddy bear that also has the strength of a bear.
Likes: Eating, Cats, Hugs, Sports/Games
Dislikes: The cold, Wasps, Fire, Jerks, the Dark.
Phobias: Dead Bodies, anything bigger than him, and getting a fatal illness.

Background
Biography: Originally Scout had a normal life. He lived with his mother who was the Archon of Gravity. The father left his mother when he found out she was pregnant. In his world there are two territories. The humans lived on what they considered sacred land and had everything they could ever desire. The other side was where the Faeries lived, but the humans called them imps. The Faeries are much taller than humans and much stronger but they are not a smart. They are much more gullible and have the innocence of a child. The humans of this world see them as an inferior species and banished them to the Woodlands. Any Faery that crosses the borders becomes the property of the humans and becomes a slave. The Faeries also have horns and long tails with a bushel of fur on the end.

When Scout's mother was murdered he was given the blame. His mother's farm was a great food source for the Faerys but it was all destroyed in a fire, the fire was also used to kill the Archon of Gravity. Scout ran away to the sacred lands where he is a wanted criminal.

Physical Attributes
Apearance:
Fuma is 5 foot 8 inches, a bit lanky despite his smallish stature. He is a bit younger than the others, but his countenance is a mystery.
Fuma wears a mask with three black bars on his chin, and big double circles for his eyes. The white background remains blank, and the mask itself is extremely hard. No one is sure of it's material, but it never comes off. It's odd ways allow him to eat and breathe just fine, and it remains a mystery of how this is possible. Duma can even convey emotions through expression, as the mask's markings change with his facial gestures.
(I'm an artist so I wouldn't mind posting some character sketches of him).
Physical Strengths:
He could easily lift Maya, but probably not Marcus. Despite his small build he can move quite fast. His pain threshold is inhumanly high, for some reason.
Physical Weaknesses:
Fuma is prone to having tight lungs, his chest burns if he runs too much. His speed doesn't lack power or skill, but accuracy tends to be a bit of a problem... His greatest weakness is probably how ticklish he is.

Mental Attributes
Personality:
Fuma is your typical angsty teen. Lovable, frustrating, and most of all... strong willed. He likes to laugh off his pain with a joke and a brave smile, sacrificing his own feelings to keep those around him smiling and motivated. This of course can effectively work against him. One may feel as if they know him inside and out, only to find that he's a deeper mystery than before. Kids, right?
His attachments to comrades do run deep however, despite what it may seem.
Likes:
Fuma likes cherries, puns, and flying any kind of aircraft within his reach. He likes to flirt, but it's just a front. He likes to be protected, but not so much that he can't return the favor.
Dislikes:
He doesn't like his orange hair, liars. He DESPISES anyone who mistreats others, so his sense of justice is delicate. He also dislikes being discriminated according to his age. Being useless, forgotten, or discarded.
Phobias:
Losing his mask. The majority of Fuma's frequent nightmares stem from his mask. It cracking, falling off, being taken, or simply disintegrating. His mask is like a safety wall, in many* ways.
He also fears losing a comrade due to his own lack of strength. Fuma's personality leans very much toward self loathing, but he'll never tell you that.

Background
Fuma has lost his memory. He understands that he is different, but he isn't sure why. He prefers to brood on these questions at night when he should be sleeping, and in his dreams when his broken memories form into new unseen horrors. Fuma recognizes the violent murders of his parents, but the shadowy their of his childhood remains unknown, and he continues to ignore it.
When he wasn't drowning in the void that amnesia brings, Fuma continued the ritual of maintaining his training and wearing his mask. Sometimes, he noticed, it refused come off against his will. This brought to life fragmented memories of his childhood, scratching and pulling at the mask...
Without proper memory and timelines, it's hard to establish an effective background. I suppose one could assume that his background is what you see. His personality, his emotions, and his determination.

Combat Information
Typical form of combat:
Being the archon of fire, Fuma can perform close and long range styles of combat. The personal nature of his style tend to leave vivid imprints on his mental health, being a youngster, so he prefers* long range.
Preferred Team Role:
Any sort of airstrike is welcome in Fuma's book, and he is impeccable backup. His ability to read a fight is innate.
Weapon:
Fuma carries a thick black sword, two-handed or single-handed. This sword is broad enough to act as a shield, but long enough to maintain grace and balance. The capabilities of the sword remain to be seen...
Unique Equipment:
Mask/Shadow Cloak (cloak is more of his angsty tendencies bubbling up)

Physical Weaknesses: Cøld. Being a desert rat, she's never seen a cøld climate, let aløne støød within øne.
Physical Strengths: Endurance. She's seldøm had an idle day, and døesn't tire easily. Unless she's cøld. Then she becømes a blanket snail.

Enøch was level headed as a girl and shøwed immediate pøtential with hunting and tracking in the harsh arid climate.

Physical Attributes
[b]Appearance:[b] Deidre is average. She has long brown hair, and wears reading glasses occasionally that she doesn’t really need. Her complexion is almost olive, and her skin is generally flawless. However, Deidre works hard to maintain this appearance. Naturally, she has pure white hair, solid black eyes, and skin that almost looks gray in the night. Her nose is very flat, with small openings and almost no shape. Deidre covers her skin, just in case, and likes to wear layers.

Physical Weaknesses: Her body will change to its natural form if she is injured. She isn’t terribly strong, and if she changes forms to a burlier one, she still has to build the muscle mass if she wants to do more than intimidate.

Physical Strengths: She heals quickly (in her natural form), and can reset her own broken bones. She is good at running, both short and long distances. She took a taekwondo class after school for years and can defend herself in a physical fight.

Mental Attributes
Personality: Deidre is a secretive person, but she likes the idea of being outgoing. As such, she tries quite hard to be sociable and friendly, and is easy to follow other people’s leads. People think that she always keeps her cool, but it is really that she doesn’t wear her pain or heart on her sleeve. Guys tend to think that she is distant, which is true. Deidre doesn’t like how she pushes people away, but had a hard time doing anything else. She doesn’t know why she was born a freak, but she is grateful that she can make herself normal.

Background
Biography: Deidre didn’t know her parents. She grew up in a group home for children, in a world filled with only humans. She had asked a few times what happened to her parents, if they had left her, or been killed in an accident, but she received different answers every time. When she learned what was wrong with her, she was terrified, and did her best to hide it. That meant making sure she looked enough like the other kids to pass off as normal, as human. She tended to have problems throughout her life with maintaining this façade. When the other kids gradually aged, she didn’t. She had no idea how to control that aspect of her appearance, and so she tended to look younger than the other children who were meant to be her age.

Deidre tried to stay out of trouble, and out of fights as a child. She learned quickly that if she were injured, her skin would begin to change, and she was terrified of it coming out as to what she was. When she was old enough to look it up at a library, she found only myths and legends of monsters. She didn’t feel like a monster, and she didn’t want to be treated like one, so she did her best to become invisible, in a figurative sense of the word.

As she became a teenager, and other children from the home began to stay out late and break rules, she had to as well—to keep from standing out. She was still polite and generally timid, but when the other children told her to walk down the street and distract a man so they could steal his wallet, she didn’t feel as if she could refuse. When they told her to wait with a friend’s car for them to arrive and then drive them to another friend’s house, Diedre of course obliged. She didn’t know that the car was stolen, and so was the contents of their bags…well, a part of her did know, but she chose to ignore that information. These were her friends, and she supported them. That’s what friends did…right?

Combat Information
Typical form of combat:taekwondo- a bit rusty, but knows how to not get assaulted by creepy guys, loved archery when it was done in school
Preferred Team Role:Field medic (couldn’t afford to send kids to the hospital every time they fell off something), distractions through shapeshifting, or voice changing.

Physical Attributes
Apearance:
Rai has ash colored skin, or more of a charcoal. Like a scarf. It is broken up by strange tattoo like markings that pulse a light blue, and white when his Archon powers are activated. His hair is short and jet black, styled in a too-young-for-him fringe. His eyes are black as well, save his bright blue irises.
Physical Weaknesses:
His greatest physical weakness is that he tends to get overexerted. On a less serious note, when Rai gets excited he tends to lose his words.
Physical Strengths:
Rai is durable, he can take a beating. He may not be the strongest or fastest, but it will hardly matter once your knuckles are shattered and he's still moving.

Mental Attributes
Personality:
Rash, tends to jump into situations before analyzing them. However, despite his impulsive nature, he is contrarily loyal to a fault. His trust is not easily gained, but he would never tell you that. Rai sounds like a pretty hard guy, but when he interacts he is very animated and a good listener/responder (conversation, as it were). Compartmentalizes things well, he can fight tooth and nail one minute then share chimichangas with you the next.
Likes:
LOVES to tinker. Being an engineer, this is a cathartic pass time for him. The color blue, yes. Also tends to explore a bit too much, but he learns a lot that way. Kinda likes Fuma but can't decide.
Dislikes:
Health food. Things he has a hard time understanding. Jerks. Also jerks that are hard to punch. Hates being lied to, unless its necessary.
Phobias:
Needles. Doesn't mind being up high, but once he looks up and sees how close he is to the sky, shit goes down. His leg.
The suspense of what hides within the dark. Darkness itself is harmless... it's residents, however.....

Background
Biography:
Spent his early years as a freak, traveling with a strange magician named Sloth (Zane Stryker). He didn't understand what was going on, but the young, twisted magician mistreated him. Eventually Rai built up the strength to escape his captor, discovering great courage and power from his desire to be free. After this, he found his way to a battle field. Unfortunately, he was mortally wounded in the crossfire.
Rai woke up in a rusty rebel base that smelled of blood and metal. A strange silhouette stood over him, one without facial feature, only a mask... and bright orange hair.
Soon he learned how to fight, alongside Fuma and his rebels. Rai eventually made it up the ranks and now fights as a motorcycle rider doing scouting missions and reconnaissance. Even though Rai is older than Fuma, the timeline he is originally from causes him to age differently. Rai has the mind of a 24 year old and the body of a teen.

As he has no recollection of his parents, Rai made up his name and discovered he needed two for his license... Legacy is somewhat of a joke.

Combat Information
Typical form of combat:
Mostly close range. As he grasps his powers, he will master long range as they allow him to.
Preferred Team Role:
Support, and scout as his experience as a rebel was in navigation.
Weapon: Until he discovers his powers, whatever he has time build. His Archon weapon is a lightning rod.
Unique Equipment: Motorcycle, a hybrid between a personal spaceship and racer. It's compact and meant for combat.
