@Vampy Well demons in this Rp are extremely magical beings that rely on magic in order to stay in the material realm as the world humans inhabits is too weak to support their magical needs only a few areas in the worlds are tainted with magical energies enough that a demon could keeps his form together.

AS you will be a lesser demon you don't really have to worry much about this. You can have your character be whomever you want really, their goals as a demon could be to help or to hinder. Possibly being in the material realm for so long has caused him or her to lose their demonic tendencies as most demons cannot help causing mischief or trouble. Your reasons for getting here can be entirely your own. Perhaps you accidentally got here and want to get back or maybe you were summoned here and are now bond by some form of bond to you summoner/master. Your choice.

Personality: Paige quick. With her wit, on her feet, and she's smart but she more often than not speaks or acts before she thinks. She likes to flirt and banter but never means anything by it usually. She's kind, though, and protective of innocents. She's one of those people who'd die for someone she's never met but will be sarcastic the whole way through

History: Descended from Latvian Gypsies, and currently living the East End of London, Paige more than a little eccentric. Her grandmother does Tarot in their attic(despite being a Sigilist, and in no way clairvoyant), her mother is a hair dresser and probably a hooker(Paige is still on the fence about that one), her father is pretty much non existent(he shows up on harvest moons occasionally, for no good reason but usually he brings cake or jewelry. Paige doesn't ask questions), and Paige herself is a con artist. A really good con artist, meaning she steals just enough for a comfy life, but doesn't go over her head. She's also an artist(mostly to make forgeries and for her runes) and is decent with computers.

@Kaalee The problem with being magical is that the Magic Police (The Order) Will arrest you and imprison you. Not saying that you should rethink that part but a word of warning.

(Young dragon character to follow if this is acceptable, was also contemplating a fae dragon if that'll work better.)

Race: Dragon

Race description: Dragons are known for many things, immense physical power, ancient complex magics, natural shapeshifting ability, and an extreme disinterest in the races of short lifespans. These are the elder ones. Fortunately, most of the trouble making ones don't get old enough before their eventual demise at the hands of the rest of the world and the elder ones are quite content to not be involved with the trivial squabblings of lesser beings or even be seen for that matter. This leaves the younger generation as the more social of their kind. Until living through a couple generations, young dragons often mingle with the other beings. Prideful, arrogant, curious, and usually naturally proficient in some style of magic they often get tied up in some sort of drama among the other races. (AKA angsty teenage phase)

Young dragons often are only experienced enough at shapeshifting to hide themselves amongst humans before they are set loose, and tend to naturally specialize in one branch of magic depending on the breed and heritage. They have three forms, a human one that they often view as 'beneath' them to take (but will do so out of necessity), a hybrid form that similar to a half dragon, and a feral form where they can use the full extent of their power. While interacting with other beings they will often take their hybrid form, as thumbs are very useful and their feral form tends to be too large for moving about rooms. They will only begrudgingly take a human form out of necessity as most prefer to show of their draconic heritage (and superiority) if given a chance to. The feral form varies in size greatly between a small car and a bus, and comes with both sharp claws, a breath attack, and (usually) wings.

It is rare for a dragon to live past the age of 500, usually falling due to some sort of drama such as coming into conflict with an entire race or even worse angering an elder dragon to the point of action. Most of those that do are the smarter ones, and only the smartest and most diplomatic among them live long enough to be considered an elder drake.

@Vrrak Having dragons flying around is all well and good but could cause a lot of trouble. The order or possibly other Mages would hunt them to extinction due to the threat that they pose. Cuz that's how humans can be. I'm fine with a dragon human mix. Possibly created from experimentation. But my stand would be anything that big and crazy would need some way to be managed.

Wait, I am confused, your description of the order says the handle relations and deal with magic based crimes. Based on what you've been saying they also hunt down and kill/imprison innocent magical beings just for being a potential threat or magical.

Also the character planned was a small (car sized) dragon with druidic abilities that would work in a brawler role. The rest of the race description is background fluff and can be removed. If that's still not ok I can come up with something else.

@Vrrak The orders main job is to keep the very idea of magic a secret. Dragons are classed as magical creatures like unicorns and werewolves. If they cant be brought under control then they would have no other choice. However Having dragons and twerking them slightly to be creatures that want nothing to do with the affairs of mages, possibly have them live in the mountains.

Race: Dragon

Description:
Dragon - Your typical green scaled western dragon. He's about the size of a small car, which isn't too big for a dragon but he makes up for it with plenty of pointy bits and general durability. His claws are about as sharp as a normal blade, and he has the strength behind to shred weaker materials (About up to wood). His form is sleek and well toned, clearly a predator that is not to be taken lightly, though his white horns are still quite short as he's rather young for a dragon.

Human - Large muscular olive skinned bald male that has the bouncer look to him. He often wears cheap black shirts and shorts due to his tendency to lose them in the line of duty.

Hybrid - A mix of both his human and natural form, he gains back his scales, claws, and horns.

Gender: Male

Magic:
Nature manipulation - Available in all forms he is able to influence plants to move in his favor, either out of his way in someone else's way. It's a natural ability, and thus does not require incantations or gestures, but it can be blocked/countered as if it were a spell.

Animal Speak - Is able to understand and communicate with animals, this magic also is what allows him to communicate as a dragon, so if his magic is somehow sealed in his natural form he will not be able to talk.

Shapeshifting - Is able to shift between dragon, human, and a hybrid form. Going hybrid or human takes about 10 seconds and can be disrupted by breaking his focus. Going to dragon is considered dispelling and cannot be interrupted (It can also be forced by a mage's efforts to dispel it.)

Equipment:
Sensitive nose (Dragon) : Can track scents a little worse than a bloodhound.

Wings (Dragon) : Allow limited flight (Cannot ascend but can glide)

Claws (Dragon, Hybrid) : Consider them the level of steel daggers.

Scales (Dragon, Hybrid) : Consider the hide as thick and resistant as wood.

Personality:
He's not the smartest one around, but he's always eager to prove his overinflated ego has merit. Dragons are superior to the lesser races after all, and as long as everyone doesn't come at him at once he's confident he'll never lose a fight. He love the thrill of the chase, and tends to go a bit feral (Though not out of control) if someone is giving him a good run. While he's not smart, he does know it's a good idea to pair up with those who are. They can just do all the thinking and investigating while he gets all the fun parts.

History:
While older dragons tend to stay secluded and keep themselves out of sight, the younger ones tend to be attracted to society. Kasu is one of these younger ones. After encountering the order at a young age, he was fascinated with their often dangerous work, and quite thrilled to help them out in his spare time for fun. Fortunately, while he's doing it for entertainment, he takes the work quite seriously and is usually quite cooperative, making him a valuable asset for most cases.
