Just wondering: How powerful is a Dark Naga? How well do you think Omero (someone with extensive training with fighting creatures such as these) would hold up against it?

I was planning on putting up the Beastiary soon, but you can just assume she is relatively weak from being captured and imprisoned for some length of time.

DM and I have started another collab, deemed that it would be easiest to write one post than two separate posts reiterating the same thing (me personally, I'm excited to see how Artemisia will react to the naga, as she's never seen one before, and this will be her first technical fight). Also, looking forward to the Beastiary!

Yes, DM and I are still working on our collab, it has been slow going because I had to leave for a few days which slowed my response.

I scrapped it. Because it started weak my whole post was just shit. Couldn't fix it. Best to start a fresh; should make it easier for me to write as well. Don't you hate it when that happens xP

So, don't worry about the delay, I think we're all suffering from scheduling problems.

For example, I think I might be able to respond to Eru this evening, but god only knows.

Secondly, amazing post! That was a spectacularly good job on almost every level. I can't wait to see some of the other perspectives of the story.

I did have one thing I wanted to clear up, though. What I sort of obfuscated is that in my telling of the story the Burnt Bitch rides up along side the pirate ship and they transfer Epu that way. It may be slightly unrealistic, but it cuts out all of the really tricky stuff about getting Epu into and out of the dingy's while he's unconscious. So I'd really like to see that small change made to the post to make it even better. And, as I said, I don't really blame you for not spotting that really unclear aspect of the story.
