By jove, we're really rolling now! Best wishes to all the nations of our glorious land!

Several things I've noticed:

The Sanguine Empire is listed has having been long-lived, when I've had it as relatively new. I don't care, as I like this new setup better, but thought I'd point it out.

The Angevad Kingdom is described as sounding like it has a better military than Kalpia, when Kalpia's military prowess points would suggest otherwise, as it has spent more points in that regard. Again, though, I like this better, as it highlights that balance is needed to be effective in all the areas that make a nation strong. Not that I'm one to talk. Also, Angevad's own name is misspelled in its dossier. That said, I'm glad our mighty generals have been able to learn in its hollowed halls!

Kapitas is not listed in the dossiers, nor is this strange new Tanash Empire. I find this lack of information to be problematic, as they are my neighbors.

Several times, reactionaries are listed as being linked to very progressive movements in the dossiers and the latest IC post. This is a fictional world, so the definition could be changed, but in reality, reactionaries are always linked to regressive, movements, sometimes being monarchists themselves. The dictionary definition of them states they are someone who holds political views that favour a return to the status quo. They in fact get their name to the age of liberalism that came after the Napoleonic Wars, where certain peoples were reacting to the popular notions of progress and reform.

That's all for now. Expect to hear from the Glorious Sanguine Empire in the IC, and via PM very soon.

EDIT: Kudos, by the way, for getting all the dossiers done, and putting all the hard work you have into this RP, Theo. This shall be entertaining!

So I made a psuedo Catholic church religion and I was wandering if anybody wanted to adopt it too.
I would make for great conversations and beer's on the pope.

I was going to fix this, but since you like it better, I won't.

Putting points into a category (like Martial Prowess), generates a modifier for a randomized roll. That means theoretically a nation that put 1 point into Martial Prowess could, 1 out of 100 times have a better military than one that put 10 into it. Kalpia and Angevad both put 11 (or around that much), Angevad's modifier just came out a bit better.

Kapitas is not listed in the dossiers, nor is this strange new Tanash Empire. I find this lack of information to be problematic, as they are my neighbors.

This will be fixed.

While this is right, reactionary and revolutionary's are one in the same for simplicity's sake.

Groovy, this satisfies me. Oh, two more things:

You list the signature of the letter in your IC post has Heinrich, but then go on to name him Hans in the letter's description. Don't know if you've already fixed this.

Could you elaborate on my enemy status with Nehalia, or would it better for me to describe it? It seems we have little reason to dislike each other, being on opposite sides of the continent, and having no conflicting interests.

EDIT: Tommy, I wouldn't mind taking up your cross, so to speak. In your IC, you made several spelling mistakes, and listed the date as January 1936.

It was fixed to Heinrich.

Diplomatic relations are mostly randomized with modifiers based on distance. Nehelania could have insulted the Sanguine Empire. Feel free to make up whatever helps you.

By the way in Ville's description it lists them as having 50,000 standing soldiers. The treaty we now have the signatures for states they keep a mere 10,000.

Simple mistake based on the randomized rolls I presume.

Sanguine Empire's post looks good. Don't forget to PM your actions as well, and put what nation you are in both your IC post and the PM you send me to help myself and others, thank you.

I am surprised to see Sanguine take Glavidianism as their faith!

I'm glad someone decided to take the religious road. We'll see Glavidianism down the road. Bahaha.

People look to be making alliances and choosing sides (or abstaining) for the crisis.

Excellent play people. The Crisis of February is already looking to be intense, while the Jarelian independence movement intensifies.

This was not my intention. I'd just assumed Saint was the stand in for God here. But, eh, fuck it, lets be Gladvian.

Give me some sutras, brother!

A possible war between Amazonia and my enemy Nehelenia? Do the Amazonians need any guns and artillery to fight the tyrants?

If Nehelania doesn't declare war, she risks looking absurd for losing to a bunch of barbarians with sticks, not to mention reneging on their ultimatum. If they value their dignity at all, they'll go to war.

No clue really. Guess lots of people like me as their enemy :)

Edit:

I haven't send any Ultimatum to the Queendom yet. I just stated that a task force is on its way. In my next post I'll land a diplomatic party with a proposal to settle the situation :)
