@Shiny KeldeoThe offensive at the East Gate was progressing, albeit slowly. Advancing under the cover fire of the two walkers, Lucky's forces slowly drove the droids back into the city. All was going well, until one walker sustained a blast to the right front leg, bringing it down with a thunderous rumble. "Walker 1 is down, I repeat, Walker 1 is down!" A trooper shouted over the radio, confirming the loss. "Not one step back, men. We have to take that gate! For the Republic!" Lucky responded, leading the force into the enemy lines, blaster fire blanketing the field. After an arduous battle, and the loss of roughly a third of the force, they were able to secure the East Gate. "This is Sergeant Lucky. We have secured the East Gate, sustained moderate losses, including one AT-TE walker. We will hold until further orders are received." Lucky sent over the comms to the Main Gate forces, hoping there was still someone left to get the news.

Sergeant Rocker: "General, Sergeant Lucky just Reported in, the East Gate is Secured, For Now."
"Tell Them to Hold the Position as Long as Possible, If it gets too heavy don't be afraid to run."
Sergeant Rocker: "Running Might Be a Good Thing Right About Now, Look What's Heading Their Way."
I Picked up a small pair of Macrobinoculars and peered at the droid forces. A Division of Hailfire Droids Was Headed Towards the East Gate, Spelling Death for Anything In Their Way.
"Sergeant Lucky, Get Your Forces Out of there! Hailfire Droids are Inbound to Your Location, You'll be Slaughtered!"
I Look Back to the Wall and the Ray Shielded Auto Turrets in Distaste, Letting Out an Angry groan.
"Come on Onyx Squad, What's Taking You So Long? You're the Key to this Mission, Don't Let us Down Now."
Our Cannons Continued to Pound the Enemy Battlements, Preventing Them from Massing Another Full Frontal Assault. The Previous Encounter just a short while before resulted in the disabling of a second walker, and the deaths of 23 More troopers, Bringing the Casualty Count to 106 Dead and about 30 or So Wounded.

Commander Cody and his Top Two Troopers, Waxer and Boil, Were Scavenging the Debris Field of their fallen forces. The Defiant Was Slowly Drifting into the Debris Pile while Repair Crew Attempted to Reboot the Engines.
Commander Cody: "Waxer, Boil, Any Life Forms on the Scanners?"
Boil: "Negative Sir, And This Thing is on Highest Sensitivity... Wait, I Think I've Got Something, Point Eight-Four, 200 Meters."
Waxer: "Same Here, Only Point Seven-Seven, 350 Meters."
Cody Steered the Republic Nu-Class Shuttle in the Direction the Life Forms Were Coming From. Of All Places, it was the remains of Blue Squadrons V-19 Torrents, Brought Down by Turbolaser Fire. They Came Upon the First of the Torrents. They Latched on and Pulled the Pilot from the Cockpit. He Was Semi-Conscious.
Waxer: "Trooper, Can You Hear Us? What is Your Name Soldier?"
He Nodded that he Could Hear Them but was too weak to reply, so they scanned his arm for his identification.
Boil: "He's Blue Squadron Alright, Calls Himself Onesie it Looks Like."
Commander Cody: "Well Onesie, You're One of the Luckiest Sobs I've Ever Seen, Maybe one of two if we hurry."
He Detatched from the Wreckage of the Torrent, and Proceeded to the Next Torrent, This One a Little Less Beat Up.
Waxer: "This One Could be Even Luckier, Let's Get him Out of there."
They Attatched and Pulled the Pilot from the Wreckage. He was very much alive, but out cold. They scanned his arm ID as they did Onesie.
Waxer: "Another Blue Squadron, Called Blaster. No Obvious Signs of Injury, Probably Just a Concussion."
Commander Cody: "Well, Let's Get them back to the medbay on the Negotiator, then join General Kenobi on the Surface."
Cody Headed the Nu-Class Shuttle Towards Their Venator Flagship, pushing her to her speed limits.

@Shiny Keldeo"Sergeant Lucky, Get Your Forces Out of there! Hailfire Droids are Inbound to Your Location, You'll be Slaughtered!" is what Lucky heard in reply. "Yes, sir. Right away." He replied. He then proceeded to give the retreat order. "Everyone, incoming Hailfire droids. Destroy everything you can, then fall back to initial positions, right now!" The comms lit up with a mass reply of "Yes sir." as the clones acknowledged his order. As he was gathering the last of his men, Lucky noticed a group of wounded. "Sir, the walker's already full, and we won't be able to move them fast enough." the trooper standing watch over the wounded said. "I understand, trooper. I'll call command, see if they can't spare a gunship. If not..." He handed the trooper two Thermal Detonators. "Take those metal bastards down with you." Lucky finished, his heart feeling like it had just been ripped out of him. "Command, I have wounded I am unable to transport in our retreat. Requesting immediate evac for them." He said over the main comms channel, hoping that something could be done in time.

After a few minutes of fighting and sneaking by Droids Kais and Raider were at the grid. with the signal from Deadeye and Haz that they had found something to get them to the Extraction site, Kais covered Raider as he set up the explosives. From time to time droids would happen on them only to get their heads taken off by Kais's blaster. "Haz Radio Command, the door should be open soon." he said over coms as the Droids had finally figured out they were there. "Also Haz hurry up, We could use some help here." he said as several supers closed in on his position. With a pat on the Shoulder Raider let Kais know they explosives and timers were set "Haz Moving to Rally point Alpha, Meet us there." he says as he and Raider sprint from cover to cover quickly moving away from the grid, stopping to only cover the other as they sprinted from cover.

Commander Bronze: "We Can't Get Gunships Out there With those AA Guns Still Operational, But Maybe... Hey Smiles, Get Over Here."
Smiles: "You Rang Boss?"
Commander Bronze: "Yeah, Get that PLX-1 Out and Blast One of those Hailfires, the One in the Lead. We need to buy time for some wounded troopers to get away at East Gate."
Smiles: "You Got it, Sir."
He Pulled Out his Trusty PLX-1 Mobile Missile Launcher and Activated the Lock-On Mechanism, Aiming at the First Hailfire.
Smiles: "Almost Got it... Fire!"
He Pulled the Trigger and off Went the Rocket in a Blue Aura, Seeking the Head Hailfire Droid. It Hit Right in the Optical Clusters, Severing the Body from Its Wheels in a Brilliant Explosion. The Resulting Wreckage Blocked the Rest of the Rolling Death Machines as they Reversed Course to take the Long Way Around.
Commander Bronze: "As Usual, Great Shot Smiles, You Just Saved a Lot of Men's Lives."
Smiles: "What Can I Say? It's a Gift of Talent with This Baby."
Smiles Headed back to the front with the others as Bronze Contacted Sergeant Lucky with the News.
Commander Bronze: "Lucky, we bought you some more time to get back, we blocked the short way around the city, so the rest of the Hailfires are headed the long route. Get out of there while you can, you don't have much time to spare."
He focused back to main wall, it's Ray Shielding Still Unyielding. Rocker and Livewire Came Back from the Walkers Behind them and stood alongside him.
Livewire: "Do You Think... Onyx Squad Failed?"
Sergeant Rocker: "If they Did, This Mission is a Bust, and We Just Lost a Lot of Lives for Nothing..."

After Bringing back the Survivors, Onesie was Immediately put into a Bacta Tank, while the med droids wrapped up Blaster's Head with Bandages for his Concussion. He Was Now Very Much Awake and Very Eager to Get Back into the Action, While the Med-Droids Kept him in Bed. Commander Cody knew how he felt, and decided to do something for him as his Gunship descended into the 212th RV Point.
Commander Cody: "It's Terrible what Happened to Blue Squadron, but This IS war, we have to count on losses like these. Not all the time, luckilly."
His Gunship landed and he got off and looked around for Freefall, and saw him sitting on the edge of his LAAT/i, Looking Somewhat Depressed. He Flicked on His Communicator Holodisc and Contacted the Medbay, Bringing Blaster on the Line. He Kept it Behind his Back and Walked over to Freefall.
Commander Cody: "Hey, Freefall, I Got a Message for You, You Might Like to Hear It."
He Brought out the Holodisc and Gave it to Freefall, Walking Away to Rejoin General Kenobi.

With a Massive explosion The grid goes up. With Onyx squad riding out on Stolen speeders the four race through the City. "Haz patch me into command." after a few seconds Haz chuckles "Here you go boss." he said As Kais took a deep breath "Primary objective achieved, moving to secondary objectives now." he said as the four raced to the last AA tower.

Everyone Was Startled by the Sudden Explosion coming from the city. They Turned and looked up at the Droid command Building to see Smoke Billowing out of it. They also watched as the Ray Shielding on the Walls Dissipated, and the Autoturrets Drop, offline.
"Now's Our Chance, All Forces Advance! Take Down the Walls!"
Livewire: "Well I'll Be... Onyx Squad Did It..."
Commander Bronze: "Now's No Time for Talking, Let's Blast These Tinheads!"
The Walkers Lead the Assault, Taking Out the Tanks in No Time, Letting the Foot Troops Take out the Droids With Ease, Pushing Quickly into the Main City.
"Sergeant Lucky, The Shields are Down, Press Your Attack Now!"
I Lead the Charge into the City, as the Walkers Shot Down the Gate I Took Apart my Saberstaff and Rushed Headfirst into the SmokeCloud, Letting the Force Guide Me.

@Shiny Keldeo"Roger that, sir." Lucky replied over the radio. He turned back to the trooper guarding the wounded. "Good news, command just bought us some time. Now let's get these men out of here." Lucky assisted in getting the wounded secure for transport, and led them and the others to the fallback point.

After reaching the fallback point, Lucky met up with his friend Strongarm, and they talked for a bit, while waiting for news that they could proceed. "So, that was some fight back there. How'd you hold up?" Lucky asked, patting his friend on the shoulder. "Not bad, lost a couple good men, but we took twice as many down each. I took out fourteen myself." Storngarm replied, quite proud with the fact. "Fourteen eh? How about my twenty? That good?" Lucky said smugly. Strongarm gave him a light slug on the arm. Lucky then took his leave, checking up on the surviving troops, and ensuring everything was okay amongst the ranks.

Hearing the order to advance, Lucky charged the gate with the others, quickly securing it, with minimal losses. "East Gate secure, sir. Awaiting further orders." Lucky replied once they finished the fight.

Sarrish- Ground level

The Larties descended towards the planet with Freefall over taking the others by heading straight down. The cockpit was ingulfed in flames from breaking into the atmosphere. Pink clouds rushed past past until they suddenly broke to reveal the rocky landscape.

"We're back you b***h!" Freefall screamed at the planet. He scanned quickly, not bothering to start pulling up just yet. Judging by the smoke columns green squad seemed to have done a good job. Finally something going to plan Freefall thought to himself. judging by the blaster fire there were already Republic troops on the ground and he quickly spotted the 212th RV. But heading there now with a fully ready AT-TE and loaded up troopers didn't sit right. Which is why when he noticed some troopers pinned down by a rather large group of droids the locks holding on to the AT-TE might have malfunctioned right behind them and with the AT-TE being dropped the other pilots might have assumed that they were supposed to drop everyone of there. Freefall grinned to himself as he watched the AT-TE and troopers rip into the the droids. He then banked towards the RV.

Helix:"You did that on purpose, didn't you"
"I have no idea what you are talking about"he could barely contain his amusment and Helix burst into laughter at the clear lie. They descended into the RV and he checked on the other Larties most of them had survived a couple were picked off by the guns in orbit before they made it planetside. Most of the engineers were ecstatic at their first experience flying he couldn't blame them as there was nothing else like it. He deceided not to ruin their moment with the news that some of their friends hadn't made it. They probably weren't going to take it well. Engineers rarely died and when they did it was because the ship blew up and in that case they all died. Freefall sighed and wandered towards the LAAT/Is to get a moment alone. He let the reality of his squad mates deaths sink in as he sat on edge of the vessal removing his helmet to help get rid of the suffocating feeling in his throat.

Commander Cody: "Hey, Freefall, I Got a Message for You, You Might Like to Hear It."

Freefall looked dumb founded as the holodisc was pressed into his hand. He looked at it then paused. he read it again and again, tears were starting to pour down his face. Suddenly he broke off in a sprint towards Helix. Helix looked rather confused as his Captain ran towards him with tears coming down his face.
" You alright, sir?" Helix questioned
" They're alive, the bloody bastards. They're alive!"

With the blockade in full retreat, Jason had had his fighters return to their hangars and all troops prepare for transport to the ground. He stood near his LAAT/i, watching the clones load up on their ships and head for the surface. Hammer approached him and watched for a bit as well before speaking. "We just got some orbital scans. The clankers are determined to maintain control of the plains and have put a considerable amount of heavy artillery into place to keep it." Jason nodded and considered their options. It would be in their best interest to bombard the locations from orbit, but he didn't want to catch any of the already deployed troopers in the blast.

"Have the captain order a bombardment the artillery locations and the anti-air gun. General Kenobi and I will figure out where to go from there." He and Hammer boarded the LAAT/i as he relayed the orders to the Aegis's captain, who would relay it to the other vessels. The trip to the surface was uneventful with the Separatist fleets having retreated to avoid being completely destroyed. Upon touching down, Jason headed to the command tent where Obi-wan was. "Master Kenobi. Any ideas for how to proceed? I've already ordered my fleet to bombard their artillery locations and the anti-air gun."

Over the course of the war few could find fault with the effectiveness of ARC squads, their speed, their subtlety, their ability to get in and out without being seen. It was, however, these exact traits that made the fact that a few of these squads operated within the 419th surprising to some.

One of these such squads was Rancor squad.

Slightly larger than a normal ARC squad (topping out at eight members), Rancor squad was the resident advance demolition team of the 419th. They earned their name in action, coming from their ability to leave a path of destruction as wide and absolute as that of a rampaging Rancor. To their credit the clones of Rancor squad embraced the name, painting their armor the deep brownish/crimson coloration of Rancor skin, with only a few burnt amber stripes to mark their affiliation to the 419th. That and the inability to stay still for long, which was shared among the legion. As if to illustrate this point, each member of Rancor fidgeted with their weapons, taking them apart or loading and reloading them as the stood in the landed LAAT waiting for the dust off., They wouldn't have to wait long as Krayt exited the command post and mad his way to the gunship his, putting his helmet on as he walked.

Reaching it Krayt stepped aboard and pulled the attention of Rancor squad to him "Alright Listen up and listen well! Our remaining time on this forsaken, rust-bucket filled rock is hopefully short, but until the general leads us back up to space to lay in our comfy beds we will do our job! Now, today's job is this, A holo display of a small outpost not far from the droid foundry came into being from a projector in Krayt's hand, "This is believed to be the seps power generator, powering their Flack batteries that are making any push impossible. Our role here is simple, we get in, be blow it to atoms and we signal the general to begin moving the AT-TE's up. Simple right? Well I'd like to think so, but we all know the clankers are always full of surprises, so keep your eyes open and you rifles loaded. Now, Pilot if you would be so kind." Grabbing his own blaster rifle, Krayt reached up to grab the LAAT's hand railings, an action that was copied by the members of Rancor as the gunship raised itself of the ground, closed its doors, and shot off into the darkening night, its iconic warbling sound fading fast as it gained altitude.

Without the Security of the Ray Shielded Walls and Auto Turrets, the Droids Were Quickly Swarmed and Pushed Deep into the City. It Seemed Like All of their Troops Were Stationed Outside the Walls, with the Commanders Believing there Would be a Waste of Resources to Defend an Impenetrable City on the Inside. There Were a Few Tanks Inside, With Small Patrols and Detachments of B1s and B2s. Nothing Like the Outside had Been Though.
Commander Bronze: "General, The Droids are Pulling Back Past the City Center, They're Headed for the Rear Wall Exits."
"Push 'em on Out, this battle is more than won now. I'll Radio the Gunships to Prepare for Takeoff, and Hunter Squadron as Well."
Commander Bronze: "Yes Sir, Let's Move it Troops, You Heard the General, Let's Kick 'em Out!"
Bronze had since left his Valued Minigun Behind, having run out of Ammo. He had Pulled out his Dual DC-17 Silenced Pistols, why they were silenced I have no clue at this point. I caught sight of Onyx Squad, Riding in on some Landspeeders past the Walkers that were continuing their crawl through the city.
"Good Work Out there 45, But We're Far From Done Here. You know the Drill, One AA Gun to go, then we bring in the rest of us."
I Pat Him on the Shoulder, and Continue on with the Walkers and Other Troopers. I Finally Caught Site of Lucky's Group Making the Approach from the Right. From First Appearances I Could Tell They'd Lost A Walker and About a Third of their Force.
"Lucky, Good Work, If You've Got any Wounded Leave Them Back Here, We've Set up a Forward Command Center in the Old Droid Command Building, the Coward Commanders Fled When the Auto Turret Grid and Ray Shields Went Offline."
I Motion to His Walker Driver to Proceed Onward with the Other Remaining Walkers, and rush off myself to catch up with Hailfire Squad.

After the Arrival of General Je'and, Kenobi, Cody, Je'and, and his Clone Commander Hammer, Gathered Around a Holotable to Plan Their Separate Assaults.
Obi-Wan Kenobi: "The Best Bet for Our Mission is This Facility Here, It's in Close Proximity to the Cities and Far Away from that Massive Anti-Air Gun Base."
Commander Cody: "Anti Air Gun or Not, It's Still Gonna be a Rough Slog, They've Got Trenches Running for 500 Feet from the Base, Filled with Mortars, Gun Positions, not even mentioning Droids."
Obi-Wan Kenobi: "A Steady Supply Convoy Runs Through that Base, If We Can Cut it Off, We Can Cut Off the Main Supply Routes to the Other Bases and Cities. Your Thoughts, Master Je'and?

Jason regards the map carefully debating on table. However, it was Hammer who spoke up first. "They're obviously expecting a heavy ground assault right? Well then don't. We've got a couple commando squads, send them in to take out the more vital positions, get snipers set up for overwatch and then when the commandos give whatever signal you decide on, launch the main assault. Sure it's got high risks, but you can minimize the losses." Jason chuckles and turns to Obi-wan.

"I can say that there are a lot of risks, but the plan seems solid enough. Does that work, Master Kenobi?"

/0700 HRS/Naval elements alongside major battle group break through CIS defences in orbit. All CIS orbital presence elimanated and shipyards secured. Landing Zone's identified and Initial Scout force is currently being deployed.

A force of twelve dropships made the descent through the atmosphere, slipping through the cloudy night sky to land inside a shallow valley. Settling down quickly as their cargo holds disgorged a company of heavily armed clones that spread out around the landing zone. They were 2nd Battalion's Beta-Scout Company, the best of Joachim's Legion at just these sort of missions, intel-gathering and preparing the way for major operations.

Captain Aurah was their leader a hard bitten clone who numbered among the dying-out originals, he'd been at the first battle of Geonosis and a hundred other combat zones since then. Now he was in charge of one of Joachim's best outfits with the task of securing for him an LZ and meeting up with the local resistance. He'd been ordered to put down his force in this valley so that they could link up with some Sluissi guides that would take them to the ideal LZ for the Legion. It was a hefty task and one he wasn't keen on failing at.

Then with a short fizzle and pop his radio squawked to life, "Captain I have a party of five individuals approching us from the east rim of the valley, body shape places them as Slussi, orders?".

He reached to the side of his helmet and turned his microphone on. "Show yourself and check them for ID and other things they might have, I've got Lieutenant Anders with a tight band laser transmitter on the horn with our HQ so we can vet them before letting them further into our perimeter. Copy that?"

The reply was positive and soon the company was heading north, up and out of the valley and into the wooded foothills of the large mountain range that loomed above them.

@Shiny KeldeoAfter ensuring that the wounded were securely placed at the command post, and that he had gathered up the rest of his force, Lucky begun the march with the force from the main gate assault. Meeting up yet again with his good friend Strongarm, Lucky spoke with him a bit. "How'd the assault on the gate go for you? I lost sight of you after we had to fall back." Strongarm chuckled and replied somewhat gloatingly with "I took out about ten of the junkers myself. No big deal." Lucky laughed and said "Only ten? Try fifteen, like me. It's much more worthwhile." Making contact with the Hailfire droid squad, Lucky and Strongarm began working with the others in combat, with them and three others managing to take out one on their own. Fighting with renewed vigor, Lucky and his force continue the assault.

After Finally Routing the CIS Forces Out of the Walled Fortress, and Waiting for Onyx Squad to Finish off the Last of the Automated AA Guns, I Had Most of Our Force Patrolling the City, while Hailfire Squad, CT-1313, CT-1998, CL-1692 Lieutenant Rewind, and Commander Bronze were gathered with me in the Command Center.
"Alright, The City is Ours, But We Lost a Lot of Men, We Lost 124 Men and 2 Walkers on Our End, We'll Need to Know Your Exact Casualty Count as Well, Lucky."
Commander Bronze: "We're Also Running Short on Supplies, Once those AA Guns are Finished Off, We Could Use a Supply Drop from the Excalibur."
"Good Thinking, Some Fresh Ammo and Supplies Would be Nice to Have. Rewind, Radio Admiral Millon to Prepare for an Ammo Drop Here."
Lieutenant Rewind: "Yes General."
He Walked to the Console Behind Me and Began Transmitting on our Republic Frequency.
Lieutenant Rewind: "This is the 286th Legion Hailing RBS Excalibur, Admiral Millon Please Respond, We Require a Supply Drop Immediately."
I Can Hear Behind me the lack of response from the transmission. I turn to look at the console. Rewind is looking it over, seeing if it is damaged after Onyx Squad Blasted the Room Down the Hall.
Lieutenant Rewind: "This is CL-1692, Lieutenant Rewind of the 286th Assault Legion Hailing RBS Excalibur, Can you Read Me?"
Still Nothing, Something Wasn't Right. I Walk Over to the Console Myself.
"Admiral Millon, this is General Rolin, Please Respond. RBS Excalibur Respond... Nothing, Rocker Check for Planetary Jamming Signals."
Rocker Walked to a Console on the Opposite Side of the Room, and Turned Back.
Sergeant Rocker: "Nothing Planetary Sir, Want me to Check Atmospheric?"
"Do It, I Have a Feeling We're Being Jammed from Somewhere..."
Sergeant Rocker: "You'd Be Right Sir, There's Currently a Sep Blockade in Orbit, We're Cut Off."
"Grah, What Happened to Admiral Millon and the Fleet?"

The Massive Battleship Class Republic Cruiser Was Billowing Smoke from the Engines After a Recent Run In with the Seps in the Solus System. The Cruiser Forced them to Retreat Before Republic Reinforcements Arrived, and at a Heavy Toll.
Admiral Millon: "When Will the Engines Be Online Once More?"
Engineer: "It'll Take a Few Hours, They Took Quite a Beating out there..."
A Deck Officer Rushed Over to the Admiral, Ushering Him to the Communication Room. In the Holoprojector Were Jedi Master Mace Windu and Grand Master Yoda.
Yoda: "Admiral, Important it is, to Bring Master Rolin back to Coruscant."
Admiral Millon: "I Understand Sir, As Soon as the Exalibur is Repaired, We Shall Return From the Solus System."
Yoda: "No, Immediately He Must Come, A Disturbance in the Force, There Is. Danger, Master Rolin is In."
Admiral Millon: "Yes Sir, I'll Take the Impersonator and Personally Retrieve Him from Solus 4, and Bring Him to Coruscant."
Mace Windu: "See That He Is, I Know his Streak of Disobeying Orders..."
The Hologram Ended, and Millon Headed for the Hanger Bays to board a Shuttle Bound for the Venator Class Cruiser Impersonator.


Obi-Wan Kenobi: "That Could Work, If They Didn't Know We Were Here. Now That We're Here, They're Bound to Have All of their Defenses On High Alert."
Commander Cody: "I Have an Idea, It Requires the Bulk of Our Forces to Split Up Though. One Attacks the Front of the Base, as a Diversion. They'll Draw in all the Droids. Another Half of Our Force Attacks the Convoy, Which We've Found Arrives Every Day at 1200 Hours. They'll Send Even More Troops to Aid That. Then, The Commando's Could Most Likely Get in Without Being Detected, with Minimal Resistance Inside."

Hoth may be a backwater planet of no monetary value, but it is within striking distance of both Sullust and Bespin." the Clone finished as he looked around the room of Generals.

"I will take the Mud Jumpers to Bespin, we will need Jetpack troopers to get into the cities to take care of the heavy Anti-air presence before we can send in an Invasion force." Kiana said, stepping forward. It was also good because the trip would take almost a week. A week of downtime with Scraper was always appreciated. But, she backed down when Plo-Koon raised his hand

"No... Our fighters will require expert leadership in order to destroy the anti-aircraft guns without damaging the civilian populace." He said. "I will make a joint attack on Bespin with the assistance of Master Tiin and his men." It was undeniable that Plo-Koon and Tiin were the greatest pilots in the order, it made sense that they lead the attack on the planet. They were also good enough to easily avoid Droid Anti-Aircraft guns.

The rest of the meeting was planning the invasion process, Masters Varrel and Fredur had been assigned to lead the Sullust attack. As soon as they finished, she began walking out, when she was approached by Plo-Koon. "I apologize for not allowing you to accompany us on this mission, my Padawan." he said.

"You haven't called me that in over a century." she frowned at him.

"I apologize for that too. But you are needed here... I sense a disturbance in the force, a disturbance that tells me not to allow you to accompany us." he said. "There are very few people I would rather have on this mission, but your duty is-"

"First and foremost to the Force." she finished. "Thank you, Master."

Barracks

The Barracks were a swarm of activity as most of the clones were strapping up to be deployed. "I bet we're going to be taking the fight straight to Neimoida." laughed one of the troopers as he pulled his armour over his head.

"Of course, they know that the Mud Jumpers are the ones to call when you need a dictatorship overthrown." As Kiana entered, the men quickly finished what they were doing and stood to attention.

"At ease, soldiers... Don't bother kitting up, we haven't been deployed." there was a chorus of groans from the men. "They haven't deployed us because they see us as their +-5 in the Pazaak deck... Now, where is Captain Scraper, I have urgent matters to discuss."

Scraper - Coruscant

"Come on then shinnies, show me what you got!" Scraper yelled as the clones opened fired on their targets. His voice echoed back into the barracks. "No! Your not shooting for the head your aiming for the jet pack! If you catch a droid in flight you need to hit fuel tank, hit that and he goes boom!" The commander yelled as another batch of fake droids were brought out and set up. "Sergeant if they don't improve by tonight they go with out dinner." He told the recently promoted clone.

He stepped up next to a squad training with pulse grenades, they had it down just right each of them sliding it just so it entered the shielding. "You boys earned a rest, you've got that down like the pro's. Get some grub and then go see the Lieutenant about your markings." He said as he took off his helmet, three others squad were doing jump training and getting their space training in.

His men were the finest Jet troopers out their no way about it. Those that made it past the first drop got stop being drilled like rookies. Mud jumpers were famous for their win or die trying tactics and fate had yet to deal them a bad hand, of course the Commando's that had been sent along with the Shinnies didn't bode well to him.

Enter his room he clicked off his helmet and began to stow his gear.

The clone nodded he was one Scraper's platoon leaders. "He's probably up in his bunk if he's finished looking over the Shinnies, we even got a couple Commando squads with this batch, Commander doesn't like it." The Lieutenant spoke up, Spanner, more than likely his name written across his helmet. "I would be careful, he's in one of his moods pretty sure he made a whole squad of Shinnies go up against him in hand to hand." That got a chuckle out of a few of the men. As one of the Captain's set up for a game of Pazaak, Spanner moved to join him.

As Onyx squad arrives at the AA tower, they come under fierce resistance. As the four fight they slowly get to the loading area for the towers weapons. Quickly Raider sets explosives in the ammo storage, while the other three cover him destroying every droid that comes to stop them. Once the bombs are set, they move out of range as quickly as possible. It took 15 minutes but just as soon as the squad got clear the explosives detonate tearing the structure apart in a massive and loud explosion. soon after the four head back to Republic lines on their speeders.

As the lone Venator jumped out of hyperspace, it was met with a most unpleasant scene: a Massive Droid Blockade Surrounding Solus 4, and it was already converging on them.
Admiral Millon: "Deploy Spade Squadron, We Need to Buy Enough time to Contact General Rolin!"
The Order Went Out, and in the Hanger Bay the 12 Torrents of Spade Squadron were Loaded Up.
Ace: Alright Spades, Check In, We All Accounted For?
Flush: Spade 2 Checking In, All Green.
Riot: Spade 3, All Systems Go.
Shatter: Spade 4, Ready to Rock.
The Rest of Spade Squadron Responded the same, and were ready as the Hanger Doors Opened and the Green Light Was Given. The Torrents Sped Out of the Hanger Door and Immediately Engaged the Incoming Vulture Droids and Tri Fighters.


Sergeant Rocker: "Sir, We Have Someone Attempting Contact on our Frequency."
"Put 'em Through then, Don't Leave them Waiting Rocker!"
He Clicks the Button, and a Visual Appears on Screen of Admiral Millon.
"Admiral, what Happened Up There? We Need Reinforcements Down Here!"
Admiral Millon: "I'm Sorry General, but we had to take the fleet out for Repairs after a surprise attack, I guess they fortified their defenses while we were away. Anyways, I Was supposed to retrieve you and bring you to Coruscant by order of General Windu and Yoda, but it appears I will be unable to at this time..."
"I'm Needed on Coruscant... Damn what timing they have. Well we're in a tight spot ourselves, we're running low on supplies and men, we need help down here."
Admiral Millon: "I'll try to get ba-- to -ou a- so-- as po-si-le, tr- to -old ou-..."
Sergeant Rocker: "We're Losing the Signal Sir."
"I Can See That, Whatever, Looks Like We're On Our Own for Now. Scavange Any Supplies the Seps Might have Had in the City, We'll Make Do With What We Have."


Deck Officer: "We've Lost Our Comms Array, We Have to Get Our of Here Sir!"
Admiral Millon: "You Are Correct, Recall All Fighters over short Wave Radio, We Are Leaving!"
The Deck Officer Complied, Ordering All Fighters Back to the Impersonator. As Soon as the Last of the Torrents Was Inside the Hanger, The Venator Jumped to Lightspeed.


After Returning and Letting the Impersonator Be Repaired, Admiral Millon Contacted Republic Command Immediately Upon his Return to the Excalibur.
Admiral Millon: "Without the Excalibur We Would Need a Much Larger Force to Force the Seperatists from Orbit, If You Have any Available..."
Command: "Understood, We'll Get You Some Reinforcements Within the Hour. Stand By Until Then."

EMERGENCY ORDERS FOR 224TH LEGION

224th Legion - General Kiana: Dispatched to the Solus System, A Blockade Has Trapped General Kelen Rolin and his Men of the 286th On Planet With Limited Supplies and Men. Assist Admiral Millon in Driving the Seperatists from Solus 4 and Aid Rolin and his Troops.
