@Levythelevy The door closed behind him.
Darn! I can't just push it open...he'll notice! For a moment, Chiari wondered if it would be a better plan to just wait for them to leave and raid the cabin while they were gone.
What if he expects it and takes the bag, though? I'll be following him around forever... There was probably a more reasonable plan that involved less of a chance of getting caught and more of a chance of just taking the bag while he wasn't looking, but impatience seemed to rule the day today. Or maybe it was something else. Something odd had been brewing at the back of the nervous youth's mind since they had tried to escape at the bus. It was stupid, but this person really did seem to want to talk, and they were a little curious as to why exactly.
Again, it was stupid. This was more of a trap-like setup than the bag had been. Granted, that had mostly been paranoia taking over, they suspected...
Either way, the cabin was right there, so it was time to do something. No way could they just leave their rucksack alone there.
Still, alerting him to their presence before fully working out a plan was a big no, so rather than opening the door, they walked around until they reached a window, peering inside to see the boy inspecting...fishing gear? Well, this was supposedly a camp site...
With an unseen shrug, they set about inspecting the window. They could already see the bag from there, all they had to do was get through and take it. Hopefully without making too much noise, anyway.
