Welcome to Eagleton High - Home of the Lions!

A place for learning, growing, and perhaps... other things. Who knows what could happen in this average, overdone story where creativity flows freely? Sometimes it's good to just explore the ordinary! Here are the rules:

- Each character must be approved by me before they may be used in the IC tab.
- All characters need to have a permanent role within the school (it won't be any fun playing the creepy neighbor or kid from out-of-town, trust me!).
- As of now, no magical powers or abilities (may change later on upon request, or if things get boring).
- No power-playing; you may only control what your own character does.
- All content must remain PG-13; sex and violence are allowed, but no graphic details, please. If you think it's too much, it probably is, and I reserve the right to have you remove your post.
- To keep it simple, only students in the same grade may be in the same classes; do not say that your sophomore character sat next to the junior character in their class (this is to prevent every student in the RP being all in one class - more realistic, that way). Lunch will be a time for all students to interact.

Let's get started with some characters! Applications are always open, but characters need to be ORIGINAL - no anime/movie/TV characters, sorry. You may have as many characters as you can handle! But you do need to fill out a separate form for each one. If you want to join in at any time, just fill out and post this character sheet here for approval:

If you add a character later on, be sure to edit your last post in the Character tab, rather than adding a new post! You may begin posting as soon as you have done this. :)

Bio (your character's backstory, how they got to where they are now):Elisabeth is an only child. Her family moved her just a month ago right before school started. She is now having to get situated in a new town with not really knowing anyone but the few people she meets while walking or going out to shop.
Anything Else We Should Know: Nothing really.

Here is my character! ^.^


Name: Kimberly (Kimmy) Connelly
Gender: Female
Role: Student
Age: 14
Grade: Freshman
Bio: Kimmy was born in the heart of New York City, where her parents had thrived in their artistic careers- her mother a painter, her father an editor for a big magazine company. However, Kimmy was born with a defect known as Albinism, which meant frequent doctor visits and eye exams, and even a couple surgeries. Her parents no longer had much time for their art. Her father took an office job to pay the bills and her mom stayed home to care for her through her youth. She grew up those first few years like any normal child, but once school started, so did the taunting. Her classmates often called her "Vampire Girl" because of the umbrella she had to carry around, and often they would lock her in closets and say, "I thought you liked the dark!" when she would cry. She was outcast for her white hair and gleaming red eyes.
Stories were told about how if you became friends with her, she would climb into your room and drain you of blood until you were as pale as she was. Of course, all of the children stayed away from her after those rumors got around. As they saw their child slowly become more and more unhappy, her parents decided it was time to move away from the city and to a smaller town where, hopefully, people would be more accepting. The excellent doctors in New York had supported her through the worst of the defect (mainly her eyesight, which has improved enough to be sustained by strong contact lenses), so they would be okay with regular small-town doctors. And her parents would have more time to continue their art, since the cost of living in this small town was more affordable. Both of her parents took part-time jobs during the day and continued their art in the evening, at home with their child.
Despite the change though, Kimmy did not become any happier. The kids in her new middle school in this new town did not spread the same nasty rumors about her, but many still felt frightened or intimidated by her demon-like appearance. Just as before, she was outcast, though more silently this time. With high school starting, and only a few of the kids from the new middle school here in the same town, Kimmy would normally be excited about the new chance to start over for a second time. However, something in her heart told her that things would be no different than before...
Anything Else We Should Know: Because she did not have many friends, Kimmy would often submerge herself in books, reading stories of epic heroes and underdogs seizing the victory. Although she will deny it to no end, she always has a small sliver of hope that one day she will become the underdog in her stories. Her parents bought her many books, seeing that they cheered her up, and she has since found herself quite comfortable being alone. She is also very intelligent because of this, so she usually has a good relationship with teachers (who are not usually as judgmental as the children).

▸ Biography: Nina is the only daughter of Neil Roscoe; a musician by night and a custodian at Eagleton High by day. Which is why Nina attends Eagleton in the first place, for her dad to keep a watchful eye on her.

Having only lived with her overprotective father her whole life Nina tends to go wild whenever she can spare the time. This includes, smoking, drinking, and partying with seniors and even college freshman when she is given the chance. Though these actions have given her a little bit of a reputation, she tries to remain under the radar in school- maintaining relatively average grades and even landing a spot on the varsity volleyball team.

I didn't go too far into detail for her biography, as I always like to create as I go.

Bio: Jessica was born to a single parent teen mother. Her Mother was 17 when she had her. During her early childhood Jessica lived with her Mother in her Grandparents house. Her grandmother spent a lot of time with Jessica as her Mother completed her education. Once her Mother became a midwife they got their own place. Jessica doesn't see her Mother a lot as she is often on night shift. Jessica spends a lot of time with her friends partying, smoking and drinking. She has a very good relationship with her Mother though and treasures the time that she does spend.
