Well, by "jump in whenever", we're open to anyone to join. But first you would need to post your CS here in the OOC first to get it approved by at least 2 GMs. Then you can post your CS in the Characters tab and start posting in the IC.

Name: Marik "The Iron Gate" Zasalamel
Age: 25 (Stopped aging.)
Birthday: He has forgotten.
Magic: He is no longer capable of using magic.
Magic Level: could be considered A class.
History: Marik was born a slave. At the age of seven, he was sold to a group of wandering rouge mages, who used him as a Guinea pig for experimental magic. It started small, magic used to change hair color, eye pigmentation, and physical stature. Eventually, they became bored of such trivial pursuits. at the age of 17, Marik was forced to endure the painful process of Magic Augmentation. Soon, the mages had formulated a spell that, had it worked correctly, would have made Marik an invincible iron golem, that would be tasked with raiding towns for supplies. The experiment failed, resulting in the deaths of the entire group of mages. Somehow, Marik survived, though irrevocably changed. 90% of his body had Ben changed into a strange type of metal. His arms, legs, torso, and most of his neck had become a hard, unforgiving surface, that seemed to emit a warmth that was slightly higher than what he was used to feeling. He could feel a warmth inside himself that he was not used to. He made his was to the nearest town, where he stole a few things to hide his new body. Over the course of the next few weeks, he learned of all the things the mage's experiment had done to him. His ability to use magic was gone, yet replaced with superhuman strength,speed, and endurance. Shortly after discovering his new found abilities, Marik began to sell his services as a free lance body guard. Eventually, he found his was to the guild of Phoenix Wing.
Personality: Marik wasn't allowed to speak during his captivity, and he has grown fond of not speaking and observing instead. He is aggressive by no means, but will only speak when spoken to.
Guild and guild mark location: None to show.
Team Members: none, but is open to working with others.
Three Strengths:
1.Hand to hand combat
2. Observation skills
3.cooking ability
Three Weaknesses:
1.Is unable to swim or float
2.is incredibly heavy
3.Fear of needles, and most healing magic
Greatest Love: The forest and all who reside inside them.
Motivation: To return to his human body.

Additional Details: Unbeknowst to Marik, his metal frame is able to absorb some forms of magic (Fire.) and use it as though he still had the ability to use magic. He has not discovered this yet.
