Magic: Trinity's Magics -

Energy Make (A Rank) - Caster Magic. Lost Magic. Taught by her father. Trinity molds energy into a state where it can interact with matter. She can manipulate the qualities of this energy-substance to be immaterial or material, and what kind of discharge contact with it will give. She can create a discharge of force, electricity, heat, and light. Pain is something she achieves through heat, electricity, and moderated amounts of force in odd directions. Unless she employs a special technique, she can only vaguely control Energy Make objects she is not within five feet of. She can cheat and create wires, though.

Energy Make can absorb energies, though this may render the energy 'substance' difficult to contain.

Bard's Legerdemain (A Rank) - Caster Magic. Taught by her mother. She can use this magic to play any instrument within 100 feet of her without touching it. It will float as needed, and may even move with her as she moves, but she cannot control an instrument expressly to move it. On its own, this magic must be used to perform. She can do something like play a single note and it counts, though.

She can cheat this a little bit and combine the magic with Energy Make to make an instrument. She creates a blueprint of the instrument and uses Bard's Legerdemain to give it a shape. She doesn't really understand quite how it works, herself. She describes it as imprinting something within the magic of Bard's Legerdemain onto the Energy Make. Trinity can conjure into existence any instrument she knows how to play. She can even create unique, custom instruments, though these creations require more magic power than a generic instrument.

Arrows Magic (B Rank) - Holder Magic, using a magic quiver. Taught by her uncle Weigraf. Trinity can use this magic to conjure arrows to fire as projectiles from a bow. The arrows can take on a wide variety of effects, from exploding into a chunk of ice on contact or becoming a bolt of flame, to bursting into a net, carrying a homing signal, or homing in on that signal.

Magic Level: A

History: Trinity was part of a minor noble family in Minstrel. She learned music, of course, and found a preference for the harp. Her father taught her Energy Make. She lived a calm, peaceful life, playing with and learning her magic, until a Guild (that was, at the time, a Light Guild) attacked her home. She was rushed to the basement by servants, hiding her away in a shelter below. They later emerged to find her father missing, her mother tearful but strong.

Her mother had instructions from Lord Stratos, and met their daughter with a staff, made from a gnarled branch, with some crescent resting on the end, made of some mysterious metal. She was to take the staff with her and go to her second uncle's home in Midi, where she would learn archery with her second cousin. There she stayed for two years. After, she moved in with her great aunt Vivian in Stella, who showed her how to Requip items, and some "finer points of being a lady," though such phrasing made Trinity scoff. Neither of her parents had been very intent on teaching her manners, so she never saw the importance.

After almost one year with Vivian, Trinity then took to wandering. Living under someone else's roof was too stifling (particularly Vivian's...), and she wasn't used to these people, as nice as they were.

She went west, across Bosco, and into Fiore.

Personality: Though a bit of a drifter, she's a carefree, sweet young woman.

This is the magic of a choice few sword and shield wielders who put the needs of others before themselves. Their main magical roll is as an offensive support, creating shields around their allies and healing them to name a couple rolls.

Magic Level: A

History: James is the son of two Knights of Fiore who disappeared from the capital city of Crocus when it was discoverd their only son could use magic and use it well. He discovered this extraordinary ability at the age of 10, when he was defending a friend from some bullies that had taken to singling her out and picking on her because she wasn't as good at swordplay as some others. In fact, she was among those who preferred to be at a distance with a bow or cross bow, something which many of the other kids found to be worth making fun of someone over. Most only did it in passing and in good fun, their parents had honor, why couldn't their children, but this particular boy, his name Ratfink, made a vicious sport of it and had already forced six other children to find other places to learn their family profession.

The day James discovered his magic abilities, Ratfink had led the girl, her name Lianna, off to a corner of the sparring field out of the instructor's sight. Besides that, the instructor, an older knight who had retired after taking an arrow to the knee, though more like six, was busy breaking up a fight between two other students. Ratfink had already disarmed and knocked Lianna to the ground and was now hitting her mercilessly with his wooden practice sword, calling her a cowardly knight for wanting to use a bow over the sword and that she should leave the training and never come back. James, who had just finished his match, had seen this and intercepted one of the swings with his own practice sword, pushing the bully back and stepping between her and him, his wooden practice shield held up high.

They exchanged a series of blows and blocks, with taunts from Ratfink thrown in occasionally, when the bully got lucky and knocked the shield away. Aiming to deliver a painful blow to James's face, the wood broke on impact. Upon the young ten year old's head and body was a suit of magic armor that had increased his durability. Now, since he was so young, it was simply leather armor with an enhanced durability against wooden swords. The ten year old proceeded to disarm and knock unconscious Ratfink. He returned home after informing the instructor of the incident, told his parents, and they left that night, before the Rune Knights of the Magic Council could arrive. He spent ten years training with his parents in the mountains of Fiore, growing stronger in both magic and weapon skill. He uses a sword and shield, becoming a Paladin of old.

Personality: Straight to the point and no nonsense, but he enjoys a good joke.

History: Damian was born to parents who were both enlisted in the Fiore Royal Army. His father was a Captain with a brilliant tactical mind and his mother a compassionate sergeant serving in another regiment. His childhood consisted of following his mother's regiment around and spending time with his father when the two were on leave, with weapons and hand to hand training filling much of the family's time. When he turned eight, his mother was transferred to his father's unit and they spent more time together, with Damian enlisting, unofficially, at the age of fourteen.

Two years later, when he turned sixteen, tragedy struck. During a skirmish with some monster's, his father was killed and his mother fatally wounded. In the stress of the moment, Damian unleashed a hailstorm of ethereal sword blades that laid waste to the monsters and gave the Royal Army the time it needed to gather up the dead and wounded and fall back. As his mother died in a hospital tent, she held his cheek in her hand and said, "My son, your father and I love you very much. And for that reason I will ask you to find a Mage's guild to join and learn control of your powers. Go on to help rebuild what once we destroyed." The light faded from her eyes and the arm fell limp. Giving his teary eyed promise, the young Damian set out to find a guild, training with his magic at every chance he could grab.

Personality: Tends to be serious about everything in life and is extremely difficult to get a laugh out of. Has been known to smile, but the occurence is so rare it has been attributed to him taking a liking to someone.

He wears leather armor to allow for maximum range of movement and speed while still providing some kind of protection. His build is lithe and strong, but he's not hugely built. He's more lean and muscular.

Transformation Magic- Karn has the ability to transform into any living creature be it beast or human as long as he has seen it. The bigger and more powerful the transformation is, the more magic it uses.

It is a powerful magic that comes with a high risk. If the user should get too stressed out, feel a abundant amount of negative dark feelings such as doubt, low self esteem or confidence, and most of all fear while in another form. This risks losing their normal self to the one they currently are in. Acting to what the user believed the transformation would act. For example, a cat. A cat would meow and not talk, eat fish and chase mice and sleep quite a bit during the day. All the user would act like, believing he was just a cat. The user uses up all of their magic, staying transformed until the magic is out. This of course, can lead to death due to a Mage's life force connected with their magic.

Eastern Chimera Slayer Magic- Eastern Chimera Magic utilizes the power of Solarlight Fire, using the sun's light as energy. It consists of very hot fire attacks based on the sun's core to make scorching attacks. Users can eat fire to gain strength, but this is most effective during sunlight. Fire is still edible during dark, but not too effective as a energy source. Fire and light attacks are not effective against this user.

History
Karn grew up in a fairly small eastern town, he had loving parents and a elder brother. However, at the age of six, his mother had gotten caught in a storm during a fishing trip she took him on, inevitebly drowning to her death. He had barely survived the incident. When his father realized what happened, he became depressed and started to drink more. Karn's elder brother had to work hard in order to keep them fed. Their father was a bad alcoholic, and took out his frustrations on Karn, blaming him for his mother's death and ended up doing quite a bit of horrific things a parent can do to a child. Karn's elder brother ignored him, wanting no part in his younger brother's or was simply too busy to pay any mind to anything.

At the age of ten, Karn discovered his magical ability when he accidentally changed into a cat in order to get away from his father. When his father discovered such a ability, Karn was disowned and kicked out of the house, raving about how his magic proved he was a devil's child that only killed and destroyed. He wandered the lands for around a month before bumping into a guild wizard who happened to have transformation magic. Since his mother died, Karn hadn't smiled so big after meeting his Master, Rian. A powerful woman who treated her pupil like a son. For years he trained under her, while listening her tales on guild life and how it was like a real family. Karn craved such a livelihood, and after his master mysteriously disappeared, he continued traveling the land in order to search for her and join a guild he can call a home.

Personality
Karn is a pretty carefree fun loving girlish man. He honestly could be mistaken either gender due to his pretty looks. Although unexpectedly, he seems to rather enjoy playing either role. He's pretty playful and often a curious sort who ends up getting into a bit of trouble on his own. He revels in making friends and attempting to please others to the best of his abilities. He's a bit immature and acts just like a child, while being a bit directionally challenged, but when push comes to shove in a serious situation, he will fight for his friends to his grave. He's highly dependent, seeming to favor other words highly and gets lonely easily. He also trusts easily, which can lead into him being take advantage of. Karn also has several animal like habits. Like licking himself, sniffing things, playing with yarn balls, and other things.

- He doesn't enjoy transforming into bugs. Finding the experience weird and freaky.

- Be it oceans, rivers, lakes, rain, or a glass of water... Karn will freak out.

Molding Magic, Ice. She has the ability to create a variety of objects out of ice to be used offensively or defensively. Outside of combat, the user can also change his surroundings using ice, such as covering the ground with ice. She uses a variety of stationary (inanimate) objects, and moving objects such as animals, yet she can not used the complete collection of both. Often times she uses a combination of both, creating things like "Ice Make: Bear shield".

History:
Born from a line of Ice Fishing merchants, Sasha was set to become a merchant herself, until when she was 8, her parents, brother and her fell into the water. She managed to get out, but her family died. Left alone, she was forgotten, and just struggled to survive. It soon became clear to her that she could do things others could not, and she soon figured out, and learned, magic after she was found by an old, white haired man. The man knew magic, similar to what she could do, and she learned from him,hiding her ability outside of him.

When he passed away, she went traveling, coming to Fiore, where she came across the guild, joining in an attempt to finding a place to belong.

Personality:Sasha is kind and caring She is loyal, determined, strong and brave. She will do anything for those she cares about. She can easily laugh and smile, and is desperate to make friends and fit in.

I can super charge my body to hurt people that attack me and making me twice as fast, I can also shoot lightning bolts that speed can be increased determining how much magical energy I put into the throw Magic Level: A History: I lived doing absolutely nothing, I did magic in a small town to entertain people although not many people liked magic to begin with I did small shows for kids that didn't believe their parents and get chump change from time to time but I never stayed in one place to long. I tried going to different places that had some people that appreciated my magical abilities but sadly their were none to be found so I just kept trying even if it got me nowhere but most of the time I just sat on a floor and held out my hands for a hand out from kind people I never had a good job but when I learned about phoenix guild that I joined them 3 years back or even a good family for that matter, I left home when I was 10 wanting to make it on my own, after 2 years of being on my own I was lonely and I didn't have any friends and I barley had any food to feed myself half the time but a crow was nearby looking just as hungry as me although I was hungry I didn't want to let an innocent animal die either, so I gave him a few pieces of my bread and he took it happily and I smiled at him and after that me and my crow mark I distracted shop owners and mark would grab some bread so we could eat together although I miss my mom terribly I couldn't stay with my abusive father and I told him I would make something out of myself but so far nothing good has happened. but when I saw the guild of the phoenix wing I wanted to join them to prove myself. Personality: I do everything I can to do the work right and I usually laugh in the most tense of situations I can smile most of the time but im usually quiet....unless im drinking Team Members: does my pet bird mark count? History:
Penny was born in a small town, and adopted by a loving family. Her birth mother was young, at that time, just 16 years old, and unattached. She wanted to give her daughter a good life, but Penny learned when she was nearing adolescence that her mother had perished with her husband of eight years, and young son, leaving behind an orphaned daughter. Penny had set out to find her half sister, but after a time, she headed back to her adoptive family.

She soon took the time to learn fire magic, developing the transformation magic that she has made her own, and traveled the land, having fun, and generally enjoying herself, creating memories and adventures. She has just recently come to Magnolia.

Personality:
Penny is a Happy Go-Lucky person. She enjoys the little things in life, and loves to laugh. She is outgoing, bubbly and essentially someone who laughs a lot. While she tends to keep things playful, she does have a serious side, and for her, that's her family and her friends.

History: Mayt Derren Marris grew up in a small town, its name of no importance, in the middle of virtually nowhere. In his hometown, he had grown to know almost half a dozen different parents. He was taken away from his birth parents at age 10, as they were both incapable of properly taking care of a child. His second set of parents were nice, but his distrustful tendencies, and getting new parents just before his teen years, he blocked them out. They fed him, clothed him, and took him to school, that was all that was important about them to Mayt. They weren’t his birth parents, he didn’t like them. They gave him to the local orphanage the first time he drew a knife on them, which he had done in an attempt to prove that, despite his somewhat meek frame, he could be a powerful fighter. He didn’t have to be a bookworm. By this time he was 14

At age sixteen, Mayt was adopted by, as he likes to put it, “Parent Wannabees”. His parents were sort of doing a trial-run on adopting a child so that they had some idea what to expect. They didn’t expect a child distrustful of them to the point of learning how to cook and handle himself while not getting in the way. Mayt turned into a child who simply lived in the same house and breathed the same air. He had gotten a part-time job, bought his own food, did his own laundry, and cleaned his room. Despite his seemingly good-nature in doing this, he acted very sour, and often was caught by Truancy Officers, and managed to barely pass his classes. Not caring about the future, the month he was allowed to leave his parents house as a legal adult, he did, setting out into the world. He wondered at first, choosing to go town to town on foot, enjoying the walk, and eventually starting to enjoy being on the road, where he could think.

By his twenty first birthday, he had rented an apartment in a small city, and has chosen to stay there for a while. He needed money and odd-jobs while traveling wasn’t cutting it. On his birthday, he received a package from his birth parents. At first Mayt was skeptical of the package. He hadn’t known his parents since he was a child, yet they knew where he was setting up temporary residence? Once he had gotten over this, he opened the package to reveal something stranger still, a Katana. They not only had known where he lived, but had known he had been practicing, off and on, different sword skills. Mostly due to the fact that they interested him, and he couldn’t understand how they had known. He still kept the weapon, and he started to train more with it, eventually finding somebody of teach him in a more official manner. At this point, he has some skill with the weapon, but he is far from professional.

Around twenty three, he started to realize he had magic, he just had never noticed it. He discovered this when practicing with the gift sword, and he had accidentally burnt the blade on a hot day, leaving char on it. Despite how often he tries to clean it, the blade never seems to not have that char from his first real use of magic, and ever since he’s been practicing to the best of his ability. He does it best through his weapon, but he can do it when not wielding his weapon.

Personality: Loner, vocal in his opinions, and stubborn.

Three Strengths:
1. Good Cook, Mayt, having lived on his own for a long time, has learned how to cook pretty well, without any reliance on magic or supernatural abilities.
2. Loyal, Mayt’s trust isn’t the easiest to gain, but it’s not difficult either. And when his trust is gained, he is quite the loyal friend, risking bodily harm to protect those close if neccessary.

Magic: Blood Magic

Blood Sap: If Melina can make an opponent bleed by any means, she can use the leaking blood to restore her magical energy, and, should there be a high enough quantity, she can restore minor wounds with it. Contact with the blood and her skin must be made however. Amount of magic recovered also varies based on if the blood is from a magical or non-magical creature or person, and what kind of creature it is.

Blood Mimic: If Melina can ingest a sample of an individual’s blood, she can use a weaker version of that individual's blood for a minute/ml of blood ingested. Up to a limit of an hour at a time.

Blood Copy: Allows Melina to make herself look similar to an individual for an hour if she ingests two liters of their blood. Works best if blood is from individuals who have near the same features. This change could cause them to be mistaken for the person, but anyone who knows the individual closely or is good with faces will likely see through the ruse. (Improved by Blood Covenant with Mithera)

Sense: Melina can sense the locations of nearby living beings, but cannot tell what kind of critter they are.

Locate: Melina can turn a small amount of blood into magical energy, and use that energy to track the location of the blood’s origin.

Blood Pact: Melina can create a document, and if two individuals sign this pact in their own blood (Obviously), they both must follow the terms agreements, and will be physically unable to break any term of the agreement until the pact itself is destroyed by one of the two that signed it. (The individuals are able to break the pact, even if the pact explicitly states they can’t.)

Blood Covenant: Melina can create permanently tie herself and another witch or wizard magically. Both her and the other must be completely willing, and must mix their blood together. This completely drains both individuals of their magic pools to create the link, which allows the two to share energy pools, speak telepathically, and, to a limited extent, use each other's powers. This link cannot be broken save by a very powerful mage who knows how.

Shape Blood: Melina, if bleeding, can shape her own blood into crude objects. Melina often uses this to make things like claws so she can tear into enemies easily and draw lots of blood.

Recovery Ritual: Melina is unable to naturally regenerate her magic over time like most wizards can, she must use blood. However, if she has the proper items, she can fully recover her magical energy for less than the normal amount of blood required.

Blood Gate Ritual: If a proper setup with the right items is built, Melina can move between two of these ‘Ritual’ locations almost instantaneously. However, this requires the sacrifice of a small animal, such as a dog, cat, chicken, or other animals of about that size, to activate. Amount of energy needed to maintain the portal long enough to cross increases with range.

Blood Queen: ‘Ultimate’ ability, requires the sacrifice of a larger creature to initiate (Human size up). She uses the life force of the sacrifice to create a surprisingly tough armor of blood, and a scythe created from the energy of the leftover amount. However, this ultimately completely drains her of all her magic energy.

History: Melina’s parents were a part of the dark guild Iron Enigma, one of the few that that thrived and wasn’t snuffed out by the new council. It harbored those who wished to do magic without fear, and had no qualms with murder or assassination. Melina found the first half of her life in that environment, and had murdered three individuals in cold blood by age ten. It was quickly discovered that she had an affinity for blood magic, which was used to much gain for the guild.

At about age fourteen, Melina met Mithera, who at the time was in her full ‘dragon’ form. The two fell into dialogue after a few moments of awe, and soon formed an agreement. Melina was tired of Iron Enigma, and Mithera was sick of being alone. Melina left Iron Enigma, and wandered with Mithera for several years before forming a blood covenant with her. They have been travelling together since.

‘Pet’ Form: Non-combat form. A small furry white dragon that can fly and shoot small tufts of mostly harmless fire.


Predator Form S: Primary combat form. A small (Comparatively) fire-breathing white dragon. His scales are not nearly as tough as an actual dragon’s scales, so dragon-slayer magic is not required to defeat him in this form. However, a number of magics and attacks will still simply roll off his scales in this form. However, due to the size of this form, it takes days to gather the energy and mass to shift into this form, since she can’t create substance from magic. Can comfortably fit three regular-sized people on her back in this form.


Predator Form A: Comes up to about the shoulder of a tall individual, and claws and teeth are capable of rending through any armor and flesh with ease.


Predator Form B: Totals to about half the size of a person, its dark fur that easily allows it to hide in darkness, and only the toughest man made armors can withstand her when she’s angry in this form.


Predator Form C: This form comes up to the average person’s knee at te shoulder. Sharp teeth and speed make this form dangerous, but not as much so as other forms.


Transition Forms: Transition forms are any form in between two forms. These forms typically look incomplete or deranged, and are nigh-impossible for Mithera to fight in.

Magic Level: Strength of an S-Class, but considered an A-Class wizard.

History: Most of Mithera’s past is lost to the entropy of time, and all that is really known about her is that she is somewhere over a hundred years old, and learned her abilities through extraneous trial and error. She has lived most of her life in the wild, and doesn’t know as much about modern courtesy as she should.

She met Melina, who had been on a job, in the forest near her nest. After much oo-ing and ahh-ing on the part of Melina, the two talked and became friends. They have been nearly inseparable since.

**_Name:_** Maddox "Blink" Colburn **Age:** 20 **_Magic:_** _Teleportation Magic_ The signature magic that gave Maddox his epithet. His [Teleportation Magic](http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Teleportation_Magic) allows him to cover distances almost instantaneously, though not quite. Longer distances thus take more time, when it comes to travel. But in close proximity, the difference between his teleporting speed and "instant" is slim. He is capable of bringing along objects and people that he is in contact with as well. Distance also affects how much magic is used, so he often is tired after travelling while on the contrary being able to teleport a multitude of times in combat. He often refers to this as "Blink Magic" for "you blink and you miss it." It can be noted that while Maddox can teleport from nearly any position, he cannot teleport if he is in water. _Light Magic_ Though not as renowned as his Teleportation Magic, Maddox is also an incredibly skilled user of [Light Magic](http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Light_Magic). This magic is more simple, but arguably less cost effective than his Teleportation. His proficiency in Light Magic allows him to create light bright enough to blind his enemies temporarily and he can even create powerful energy waves to attack foes from a distance. This magic is lesser known than his Teleportation Magic, so Maddox refrains from using it in order to have an element of surprise. _Thought Projection_ Maddox can use his [Thought Projection](http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Thought_Projection) Magic to create illusory copies of himself that are capable of retaining information. While he has used it often and is adept at creating Thought Projections, his range is somewhat limited, preventing him from maintaining Thought Projections from across the country. The most common form of Thought Projection he uses is to supplement his combat style, creating illusory copies of himself to trick his foes. **Magic Level:** A **_History:_** Maddox Colburn was cursed at birth, being born into a Dark Guild known as White Hydra. The rather unfortunate part was that he was born to slave parents, Keith and Patty Colburn. Destined to serve the members of the guild by mining the ores and minerals needed to create weapons, Maddox spent his early childhood learning how to be a slave. However, at the age of five, it was noticed that he had great magical potential. With a sick sense of humor, the master, Ursus Beofax, trained him to use Light Magic like himself. Though he was no longer a slave, he was still bound to evil men by force. As he grew older and learned more about the world outside the Guild, "Maddy" realized how vile White Hydra truly was. And he hated it. More so than anything he wanted to escape with his parents, but he knew that he was nowhere near powerful enough to do that. While robbing another guild that White Hydra just destroyed, Maddox found several books on martial arts and various kinds of magic. An idea came to mind and he kept them to himself, training in secret for the day he can break out. All the while, he put up the façade that he actually enjoyed White Hydra and the other Dark Mages. But on the inside, he despised them. He wanted to personally break them. When he was seventeen, the day finally came. After coming back from a raid, he found Ursus beating his parents senseless for "causing a cave-in" in the mines beneath the guild. In his rage, Maddox performed a surprise attack on Ursus, defeating him in a single, powerful Light attack. In that brief moment where the rest of the guild was stunned, Maddox displayed his new magical ability of Teleportation and his martial arts skills and began to defeat them one by one. Even after they recovered and formed a proper effort to kill Maddox, it was too late. He intentionally targeted the most powerful Mages first, dispatching them while they were stunned. In a manner of minutes, the entire White Hydra guild was defeated, with most of the members entirely incapacitated. Despite his victory, it did no good for his parent's health. On the older and more frail side from the hard years of work, they couldn't survive the beating without medical attention. Something that the guild was now lacking as Maddox had mistakenly attacked their doctor in his earlier rampage. After they passed away, Maddox broke down crying. All his training, his effort was in vain. In a rage, he stormed out of the guild hall, before turning around and destroying it entirely with a powerful wave attack. Though it was likely that many survived the blast underneath the rubble that was formerly White Hydra, Maddox left nothing to chance. He wanted these fiends to pay. One by one, he teleported them to the nearby ocean, to let them drown in their states of unconsciousness. It was when he attempted to drown Ursus that the master awoke. The two ended up falling into the ocean due to Ursus hitting Maddox while the younger was still gripped onto him. In the new life-or-death struggle, Maddox grabbed his old master by the throat while they were submerged. While this finished off Ursus, Maddox encountered an unforeseen problem: he had never learned how to swim and there was no way for him to get back onto land from where they fell. In his panic, he was unable to focus and couldn't teleport to safety. As he slowly began to lose consciousness himself, already believing that he had doomed himself by having such a dark and twisted plan and this was his deserved fate, he was pulled out of the water by a young fisherman and his elderly father. The two fisherman had been deep-sea fishing and returning to port, but miscalculated and navigated incorrectly, bringing them to the wrong part of the coast. By sheer coincidence, they spotted Maddox and Ursus fall into the water and came over to save them both. After explaining the evil of the man he just killed, they had no problem not saving the Dark Mage. Even after they made it to port, Hargeon specifically, Maddox couldn't believe that he was given a second chance at life. He still believed that he had doomed himself by behaving just like the Dark Mages he hated so much, but through what seemed like divine intervention he was spared. With this in mind, he found a new purpose in life: destroying all that is evil. But in order to avoid the temptation to fall into evil himself, he vowed to never kill again. Even if his opponents were absolutely despicable and had no chance of changing, he would spare their lives. But he would never show them kindness nor would he ever allow them to breathe easy. With a new purpose in life, Maddox set out from Hargeon with the goal of finding and destroying Dark Guilds. As there aren't all that many Dark Guilds in the world and finding them isn't exactly the easiest thing, Maddox had to settle for taking freelance jobs to get by. The time he didn't spend on missions was spent tracking down Dark Guilds. However, he never managed to find one before he encountered Phoenix Wing for the first time. Though he was aware of Guilds that were not full of evil Mages, he was unfamiliar with them and was shocked at how the Phoenix Wing Mages behaved. He met them when he stopped in the town of Magnolia, at one of the libraries. He was impressed by how close and friendly they seemed, but he didn't approach them. His mindset was that they would never want someone like him to associate with them, considering his life as a Dark Mage. After a few days in Magnolia, he was on his way again, having picked up a trail for a Dark Guild. Though the trail he picked up was false, it was several months before he was back in Magnolia again. This time, however, he met several wizards in the street. This time, however, there was actual interaction. Two of the wizards were having a heated discussion over something that Maddox never ended up figuring out and one threw a punch. The other dodged and it connected with Maddox's face. Though he knew that it was an accident, he felt the need to retaliate to even the score and kicked the wizard hard enough to send him flying into a nearby river. The remaining was impressed and asked if he was a Mage himself, to which Maddox nodded. An offer was made to join Phoenix Wing, but Maddox initially rejected it. But after thinking about what it could be like to be around enjoyable company and to have friends, he came back to Phoenix Wing the next day and accepted the offer. This was at the age of eighteen. Over the next two years, he was only able to destroy one more Dark Guild and arrest its Mages. When he first joined, he explained his history, though with a bit of a twist. He claimed that he was merely a slave his entire life before breaking out when his parents were killed, omitting the facts that he himself was a Dark Mage and that he killed the entire Dark Guild. **_Personality:_** Generally assumed to be unapproachable by his seemingly dark and cold exterior, "Maddy" is actually a mostly friendly guy. He knows pain and suffering quite well and hates to see others in such states, so he takes care not to upset people. While he can often seem reserved or uninterested in things around him, Maddox is actually a calculating individual. He always pays attention to his surroundings, even if he pretends that he doesn't care. Though he is a caring person, he elects not to show this unless a situation calls for it. As such, he has a façade of not caring about anything, often directly stating this. However, he does like discussing things with people and trying to understand how they see the world. In a way, he's curious to see how well people can relate to his past. For all his generally acceptable behaviors, Maddox has a maliciously ruthless facet reserved for those he perceives as evil. When faced with such "villains", he becomes almost bloodthirsty with an intense desire to pulverize them, going so far as to beating them within an inch of their life. This isn't how he is for combat in general, as he is far from ruthless when fighting someone or something that he doesn't believe is evil. **Team Members:** Maddox has always preferred to work by himself, though he accepts jobs with comrades when _they_ offer it to _him_. Spells marked with two asterisks (**) are spells not even his friends are aware he is capable of performing, as he intentionally refrains from using them due to their powerful nature and dark origin. _Blink_ - The trademark technique that has given Maddox most of his fame. The user teleports almost instantaneously to any location, limited only by the user's knowledge of the destination. More distant teleports are thus somewhat inaccurate but close to the intended destination, whereas short-range teleports are ultimately precise. Distance also dictates time. Teleporting across the world takes several minutes whereas teleporting around a foe in a fight is close to instantaneous. Distance even dictates magic cost. The user can teleport any objects or people they are in contact with, at the cost of more magic. Teleporting can be done simultaneously with other magic, allowing Maddox to perform devastating surprise attacks. So long as he can focus, he can teleport. Even if he is charging one of his more powerful attacks, he can teleport to dodge in order to continue charging safely. _Thought Projection_ - The only spell related to the magic of the same name. The user creates one (or multiple) ethereal thought forms of themselves. They are intangible but retain information, so any conversations or observations with a thought form will eventually be returned to the user when the spell is concluded. Maddox's range for thought forms is 10 miles. Beyond that, they are forced to dissipate. _Light Magic: Flash_* - The most simple spell in Maddox's arsenal. The user creates a blinding light from a location on their body, or their body entirely. A variant of this allows Maddox to throw the blinding light, though touching it does next to nothing damage-wise. The light generated, in Maddox's case, is red. All his Light Magic spells are of a red color. _Light Magic: Impact_* - The user coats their hands or feet in red light, amplifying the power of every strike. This can be combined with Flash to make the coated fists/feet also blinding to watch, to make it even more difficult for foes to block or dodge. _Light Magic: Burning Palm_* - The user generates a thin but dense layer of red light over one of their palms. By striking an opponent with an open-palm strike while using this technique, the light magic rockets off into the opponent. This sends the opponent flying backwards, being perpetually pushed by the red light. As soon as the opponent hits something, like a wall, another person, the ground, etc the light will detonate in an explosion powerful enough to destroy a house. _Light Magic: Burning Ray_* - A projectile variant of the Burning Palm technique. Notably different as Maddox throws this powerful attack rather than strikes an opponent directly. However, they are not interchangeable. The light flies at a respectable speed in the shape of a small red orb. If it impacts something that isn't soft (like a living opponent) it will detonate immediately. If it connects with a living opponent, or something soft, it will have the same effect of Burning Palm where it pushes the victim back until it hits something hard and detonates. _Light Magic: Light Wave Stage 1_* - Another ranged attack. Using one hand, Maddox charges a red light within an open palm. Once sufficiently charged, usually taking only several seconds to do so, he thrusts his hand toward his target. This creates a destructive energy wave of red light, flying at high speed in a straight line. For the first ten feet, it has pure penetration power, punching through foes and structures alike. Beyond that range, the energy wave detonates in a powerful explosion upon impact with the first object it touches. The explosion is considerably larger than the Burning Palm and Burning Ray techniques. _Light Magic: Light Wave Stage 2_* - A more powerful version of the Light Wave. Rather than using one hand, Maddox charges the attack with both hands by placing his palms in front of his chest and facing toward each other, yet not quite together. It functions the same way, requiring a charge time and firing in an energy wave. The key difference is the power. The wave not only flies faster, but it has a larger radius and more energy in it. It has penetrating power out to twenty feet before being prime for exploding on impact. The explosion created by this technique is significantly larger than Stage 1. This is an overall upgrade to the Light Wave at the cost of taking more time to charge. _Light Magic: Thruster Palm_* - Similar to the early stages of Burning Palm, where Maddox charges red light in an open palm. However, when he thrusts his palm forward, a plume of red light shoots forward like flames out of a jet thruster. This doesn't require a direct hit on the opponent, as the thruster effect reaches out ten feet. Not only does it have concussive force, battering an enemy physically, it also causes severe burns to victims caught in the blast. This can be considered akin to a small, directed explosion from his palm. _Light Magic: Divine Blade_* - A buster sword is formed of red light. The blade's length is over seven feet, making it rather large. But due to being entirely made of Light Magic, it is nearly weightless, allowing rapid strikes. The size of the weapon is something of a false pretense, as it is not actually ideal for going through armor like an actual buster sword. It functions more similarly to a katana. Due to its light weight, it lacks power and can be blocked fairly easily. In fact, a hard enough impact against the light sword will make it dissipate. _Light Magic: Divine Shield_* - A rectangular wall of red light is created. This can be in front of the user or at a location selected by the user, such as in front of an ally. The size can vary, but is typically ten feet long by seven feet tall. Thick enough to not be transparent and block many attacks. However, the wall is stationary and only lasts three seconds, regardless of size. Multiple walls can be created, but they all suffer the same time limit and restrictions. _Ultimate Evil Light Magic: Spring Equinox_** - One of Maddox's more imposing techniques. If it can be considered that his Flash technique adds light to an area, this takes light away. Maddox absorbs visible light within his vicinity, a maximum range out to two miles. While it can be considered an illusion magic, Maddox _actually_ takes all the light and converts it to magical energy. So this technique is dangerous two-fold: foes lose their ability to see the world around them temporarily and Maddox gets a boost to his magic reserves, albeit only a tiny boost as visible light doesn't carry much energy. Everyone within the spell's radius can't see a thing, not even their own body. But visible light slowly starts to shift back in, having been slowed down by the magical disturbance of the technique. After about thirty seconds, enough light will have returned to allow sight. _Ultimate Evil Light Magic: Autumn Equinox_** - One of the less direct spells in Maddox's repertoire and the only one that involves the drawing of magic circles. Maddox draws seven magic circles on the ground, preferably in a circle and around a target. Though the distance between the circles doesn't matter, a tighter overall pattern makes a more concentrated effect. Once all seven are complete, the circles appear and shine radiant red light. Everything caught between the circles becomes unable to move their bodies. However, the tighter the grouping of the circles, the more painful it is for all the victims caught inside. The spell can be broken by removing one of the circles, or perhaps if someone had enough magic power to resist. But as the coup d'état, if one of the magic circles is removed or the spell is otherwise deactivated, they all detonate in powerful explosions. _Ultimate Evil Light Magic: Summer Solstice_** - One of the dangerous dark magic spells taught to Maddox in his time at White Hydra. Maddox brings his hands in front of himself with his palms facing each other but not touching. In this pose, he begins charging red light. At first it starts small, only the size of a marble. But as it expands, Maddox brings his arms out wider to fit the sphere of pure magical energy. The ball of red Light Magic reaches gigantic proportions, over ten feet across. Then it begins compacting itself. Maddox forcibly shrinks it down to the size of a baseball. The magic energy becomes so dense in the area that gravity becomes altered and the earth begins cracking. The user then simply drops the highly condensed ball of magical energy. Upon impacting the ground, or anything really, it detonates in an incredibly powerful explosion. So powerful, in fact, that everything within the blast radius is turned to dust. Originally taught as a suicide technique, Maddox adapted with his Blink Magic to survive performing this attack. The magic cost to such a ridiculously powerful attack is equally ridiculous. _Ultimate Evil Light Magic: Winter Solstice_** - The other evil spell that Maddox was forced to learn as a dark mage. It starts out similar to the other evil magic, with Maddox charging red light in front of his chest. However, after it becomes about two feet in diameter, it begins blasting needle-like waves of red light in the general direction that Maddox is facing. Though they are small and thus not powerful individually they all have incredible penetrating power and there is many of them. While it may seem like they are randomly fired, the needles are actually all aimed at specific targets. If there are multiple enemies, the needles diverge an equal amount toward the enemies individually. If there is only one foe, they all are aimed at the one foe. They are also somewhat homing, being able to chase targets to a certain degree. The sheer quantity of attacks from this spell is the lethality. Victims struck by multiple needles are almost guaranteed to die. Thousands of red needles of light are launched before it is over. Almost like a magical gatling gun that can punch through even steel armor. In contrast to the other evil technique, this spell has far less collateral damage, but there are more ways to defend against the needle barrage than against a massive explosion. This technique fires so many deadly needles that it consumes the same amount of magical power as Dawn of Summer. **Supplementary Combat Details** **_Martial Art Style:_** _Onikwon-Do_ Reminiscent of Taekwon-Do in function, the martial art taught to Maddox by Ursus is a hard striking style that relies on speed and stopping power for linear attacks. While many martial arts focus on more fluid motions, Onikwon-Do is a very direct style, as evidenced by it's name: "Way of the Demon Hand." Maddox makes use of both open-palm and closed fist strikes, striking his opponent in weak spots. This style was developed long ago by Dark Mages, though the name of the founder has long been forgotten. As its origin would imply, this style is particularly effective at bringing down opponents in brutally efficient manner. Maddox has taken his own twist on the style, as most accomplished martial artists do. Though he hasn't named his variant, yet. Maddox's style of Onikwon-Do isn't geared toward brutalizing an opponent, but rather incapacitating them in a minimum number of strikes. This is accomplished by aiming for pressure points along the body, where sometimes a single strike can defeat a foe. The nature of this art is highly offensive, leaving little practice to defending. Maddox has made up for this with his magic, which also serves to significantly improve the effectiveness of his offense. It still retains the high-speed high-power nature of Onikwon-Do with an emphasis on single-strike attacks, but is a somewhat more gentle version where the opponent is far less likely to die from successful attacks. Though this functions perfectly fine without magic, it is when combined with Maddox's magic that his style becomes something to be feared. Not only is he granted the unpredictability and speed of his Blink Magic, but can create Thoughtforms to confuse his enemies. His illusions can be dangerous, for the hard-striking style forces an opponent to stay on their guard. Being duped by an illusion is an almost guaranteed knockout by the real Maddox. His ability to navigate around defenses makes him a force to be reckoned with. Adding his mastery over Light Magic, this style is devastating to not only the foe but the area around the foe. However, without magic, this style is much more down to Earthland. While Maddox is both fast and strong, making his techniques dangerous and undesirable to be struck by, opponents of equal or greater skill with a more fluid style of martial arts would be able to hold their ground from the hyper-offense that is Onikwon-Do. **_Named Techniques:_** _Demon Sport: Volleyball _- The only named technique that Maddox attributes to Onikwon-Do. By combining his martial art and his Blink Magic, Maddox essentially plays a game of volleyball using his opponent as the ball. The technique is started by landing a solid, powerful hit on the foe, sending them flying. He then teleports to intercept them as they are flying away from the power of his strike. Mid-flight, he strikes them again in a similar manner, sending them flying. This is repeated as many times as Maddox wants, unless the foe can get out somehow. With each strike containing tremendous power, and are often aimed at pressure points and vitals, the foe is usually incapacitated with the final strike. The second-to-last strike sends the opponent flying straight up in the air, where Maddox teleports to intercept with an axe kick to whichever weak point is open. This sends them careening to the ground, often causing quite some damage at the impact point. **Supplementary Records** **_Weekly Sorcerer:_** Maddox is only slightly popular among the staff. They initially approached him based on his looks, as a candidate for Most Eligible Bachelor, but found that his personality was nothing like the title nor did he care for such a thing. However, it is on-record that Maddox has defeated an entire Dark Guild by himself. This has created debate among different editors of the magazine (and its readers) over whether or not Maddox is actually a powerful wizard or not. Due to his seemingly weak presence and the recorded fact he has lost every single fight against another Phoenix Wing member that he has ever been in. While his job history contradicts this, Maddox has only claimed to the Weekly Sorcerer that he doesn't care how he's perceived. Regardless of that statement, Maddox Colburn has been given the title of Fastest Man Alive by the magazine, recognition that Maddox doesn't seem to mind but doesn't seem to show pride in either. The popular magazine is unaware of both his Light Magic and his inability to swim. However, in one of their issues, they did model Maddox as a contender for Sexiest Man Alive. He ended up ranking fifth in a reader poll. **_Off The Record:_** Facts and figures on Maddox that are only recorded in Phoenix Wing rather than the media. He has taken 230 jobs over the two years he has been in the guild. Over %50 have been jobs involving Dark Guilds or Dark Mages, while another %40 have been delivery jobs. His total earnings since he joined has been 53,230,000 Jewel. This means his missions have an average payout of 230,000 Jewel, also making Maddox one of the most profitable members of Phoenix Wing. However, most of his income goes directly to Phoenix Wing, as he typically donates over half of his award to the guild. Despite his accomplishments, there are several records of his shortcomings. His inability to swim is on file, for instance, as well as a job that almost went wrong because Maddox attacked the wrong person, mistaking the poor man for a Dark Mage. It is also on record that he was raised as a slave in a Dark Guild, something that the Weekly Sorcerer is yet to learn. It is also recorded that Maddox has Light Magic, as he has demonstrated it before, but the extent to which he can use it is unknown to the guild.

Name: Sayuri Takashi Age: 18 Magic: Light/Dark Assault - Combines light/dark magic with an unarmed combat style created by the user to fit their own fighting style. Sayuri uses a combination of both close range and long rage spells though she uses close ranged more often. She has a good grasp at using Dark Assault but is still teaching herself Light Assault. The magic can be modified to be used with a weapon. Magic Level: B History: She is the eldest twin daughter of Masahiko Takashi a member of the Wizard Council. Because she grew up around magic and the Council she doesn't really get why people are wary of magic. She also had very few friends only having 2 besides her sister, Akami. Akami on the other hand had lots of friends. Her father started training them to use magic when they were about 6. They both were quick learners but gravitated towards close combat magics. Over the years they each developed their own styles and eventually decided to each learn how to use a weapon. Sayuri the sword and Akami the spear. They learned from a Requip mage who worked under their father. Their happy times soon ended however. When she was 14 she was out hanging with her sister and some of her friends when an evil mage approached the group and attacked. In the attack Akami and two others were killed the rest were badly injured and survived only because Masahiko arrived barely in time to defeat the mage. The mage, despite being badly wounded from the fight, escaped. Over the next few years she started training harder in order to catch the evil mage. Eventually she decided that training and the little work her father gave her wasn't enough and decided to join a guild. She heard a couple mentions of Phoenix Wing from different places and decided to check it out. Personality: She is generally laid back and carefree but knows when to get serious. Magic: Heavenly angel magic

- Wing formation, Lazarus can grow wings out of his back, just like an angel. The spell allows him to fly, much like an exceed, but at greater speeds. The transformation wear's off much like exceeds too.

- 3 layered magic 'Tower of judgement', If given enough time via a distraction or his sheer luck or speed, he can draw magic circles in a towered formation in three pieces. The tower forms a stream of energy, which the opponent is struck by.

- Victory light, uses magic circle created with one hand, to fire beam of light. Similar to a dragon slayer's roar in appearance, it is an attacking move, which is targeted at the enemy for damage purposes.

- Regulus impact, His hands are filled with silver shining matter, similar to flames in appearance. They are to aid in attacks such as punching, adding to damage.

- Lord's protection, Creates a shield of light in front of himself, used to block oncoming magic attacks.

- Satan's grip, dark magic he learned whilst reading strange books at the church. The user forms an X with their hands, to cast darkness on the entire battle area. Horns grow from the user's head and their hands are filled with black matter. The matter can be cast in several ways, including the formation of minions, or pure attacking moves. This magic is basically a power boost.

- Heaven's pain, In a last gasp effort to destroy an enemy stronger than himself with no hope remaining. He uses all of his magic at once in an attack from the sky. He flies directly upwards as far as he can, before concentrating all of his magic into a tiny light orb of light. He throws this downwards, where it explodes releasing whatever magic he has remaining. Because He has no magic left, he will fall from the sky and take the brunt of the fall, leaving him unable to fight anymore.

History: Lazarus is an orphan. He was raised in a church by priests, and taught the ways of religion, patience, and understanding. The man whom he called father was the priest in charge of the church. One day, he caught glimpse of his 'father' doing something quite amazing. He was using magic. After revealing that he saw him use magic, his 'father' taught him basic heavenly body magic. At first it was fun. But by the time he turned 18, it wast enough. He wanted more and more power. His 'father' did not know anymore powerful magic.
Lazurus turned to books to teach himself. He learned more offensive styles of heavenly magic behind the church's back. After learning of his secret, his 'father' attempted to reason with him that offensive magic would do more wrong than right. He didn't listen, and continued to delve into more and more powerful magic. He wanted... power.
A day came where he was confronted by the church. To this confrontation, he responded with magic he had learned. He wiped out the entire church, only leaving one man completely untouched. His 'father'. Lazarus thought his 'father' would be proud of his magic. But he was wrong. Lazarus was banished, never to return to the church.
Lazarus has been trying to make up for his own misfortune ever since. He switched to magic with angel like properties, in order to show his faith in the true power of the church. His newly acquired, heavenly angel magic serves him well, as a preacher and justice giver. One day, he hope to return to his 'father' and atone for his sins, and return home.
Personality: Lazarus has a personality similar to Jellal. He is poised, and careful. Yet deep within he is filled with rage. On the outside however, he is pretty emotionless and makes little friends. Dealing out judgement and justice is his soul focus. However, despite his hard outer shell and serious personality. He s a hit with the ladies in his free time.

Three Strengths:
1. Persuasive skills
2. He can take one hell of a beating, even without magic. He is a force to be reckoned with in hand to hand combat
3. No task is too much for him, even if he believes it to be impossible, he will take it on headfirst

1. Though he doesn't like talking about it, the church never taught him like a normal child, so his literacy skills are quite basic.
2. Often he is incapable of working in a team, because nobody will give him the time to get to know him before casting him aside.

History:
Wes was born and raised in a town called Jazand which was built on a desert said to have burning sands, but it had a great community except for his parents who abused. While growing up, he found a wizard who knew gravitational magic and the teacher gladly accepted Wes’s request to learn magic. The magic he learned was what he found the most joy in until his parents pushed him too far, which enraged Wes, and buried the entire town beneath the burning sand. There were only a few survivors from the event and those who did survive had severe burnt marks and they had to wrap most of their body in bandages, including Wes. When the Magic Management Council arrived to help, the citizens told them that Wes was the one who caused the event. Afraid of what the Council might do to him he tried pleading that he was innocent since he didn’t use his magic. However, he accidentally pushed one of the soldiers away with his gravity, which started the government’s attempt to capture Wes. After being chased out of town, Wes quickly tried to cover himself so no can recognize him and went into hiding. Years have gone by, he traveled to many places, escaped the Council’s grasped multiple times, battled against various wizards, accidentally putting people in danger, and where ever he went his personality outside slowly developed into a cold and apathetic attitude thinking that if can’t protect anyone, then he might as well turn them away to prevent any future problems. Eventually, he found himself at the Phoenix Wing Guild and decided to join since it would easily help him find jobs to earn money, but after joining he doesn’t stay in the guild much because of the requests that he takes quickly.

Personality:
Is mostly quiet and introverted, but might joke around, has a cold and apathetic attitude. However on the inside, he does care for the little things he finds in life, especially people that have helped him, but feels sad that he can't properly help anyone.

Team Members:
Currently not part of a team.

Three Strengths:
1. His resistance in intense heat.
2. His determination when he can actually help someone.
3. His parkour skills.

Three Weaknesses:
1. His terrible social interaction skills.
2. His cold and apathetic personality.

No one actually knows his past, not even the guild master, because Wes tends to be quiet, doesn't stay in the guild hall too long, and took his wanted poster from request board.

Name: Nicolas "Phones" Rodriguez Age: 18 Magic: Nicolas gets his nickname from his area of magic and because he is always sporting crimson headphones. His specialty revolves around vibrations and sound. When you see water rippling inside your cup, Phones is probably near. He utilizes his magic to create small tremors and sound waves. Scream Landslide: An ability that needs to be aimed carefully. He needs to be on ground level in order for this move to take effect. Nicolas pushes the ground in front of him via sound to create a direct path of destruction. It is easily avoidable unfortunately as someone could just step to the side. Vibe Reaction: Phones utilizes his special ability on himself to guarantee a stronger attack. When punching or kicking, he applies vibrations to his feet and hands to ensure a drilling effect. His vibe reaction hits are able to level concrete walls. Clap Trap: Nicolas claps his hands together to create a sound wave. This sound wave pushes objects and people out of his path. It is mostly a successful attack. Magic Level: B History: Phones was abandoned on the steps of an orphanage of when he was a baby. He loathes talking about his past because of how much of a cliche it is. All the other kids at the orphanage who shared his abandonment wanted to find their parents someday. Phones is more than complied with not knowing who left him. If they chose not to raise him and give him a normal life then forget them. While living at the orphanage, Phones was beginning to learn about his powers. Things around him were starting to shake and quake. The kids and the caretaker always thought it was just tremors in the ground, but the more Phones grew up, he realized he was the source. It was hard for him to control it as he didn't have anyway to practice; however, he started with tiny objects like a cup of water and dice. Once he got older, he decided to leave the orphanage early in the morning. He considered that he can practice his abilties in a more open area and be around people that actually were more like him. A Guild. He had to leave the orphanage for another reason too, but that is a story that will forever haunt Nicolas. Personality: Nicolas is humorous person. He rarely gets serious unless the situation calls for it. If obstacles are in his path, he will do anything to overcome them. Additionally, he hardly forgives people that abandon him as it relates back to his parents. There is another darker reason why Nicolas left the orphanage, but that will be told in good time. Three Strengths: (Not just combat) 1. Nicolas has trouble sitting still. He cannot very well stay in one spot for very long. This does help him in combat as it give him great evasive moves. 2. Nothing really phases him. He can keep a cool head through most arguments and react calmly to hostile behavior. Someone would have to be completely persistent on making Nicolas angry, or destroy something close to him. 3. Nicolas knows how to raise morale. He doesn't like frowning. Three Weaknesses: (Make them Applicable) 1. He can't stay in one place for long. He is constantly moving if he's not comfortable which means he is not a “stealth” guy. 2. Nicolas has abandonment issues. 3. He will not step into another orphanage....ever. Greatest Love: Adventure Motivation: You try staying cramped in one place with a bunch of mischievous kids and one adult. Stuff gets annoying. They are both easy to laugh, and do tend to the the laugh of the magic council. Their magical abilities seem to compliment each other, and they work well together, not needing any words between them. One can control water, the other can control wind, and together, they can make a serious force to be reckoned with.
