Hi Mr. Tree!

If you're still looking for Kanohi, here's a list of all the canonical masks and their names and functions. Actualy, this wiki is generally brilliant for any research into BIONICLE you might want to do.

I personally prefer Bionicle Wiki to Sector, only because I found it first. But sector's more stable and probably better tbh.

I found a mask two hours ago, but I am happy with my pick, DFTNA. I will continue more research, but point anything out that needs fixing.

Lel I forgot the Mask of Quick travel had a canon name. I noped.
*Deep breath* But-at-the-same-time-I-would-caution-you-to-reconsider.Or-at-least-let-you-know-that-all-Le-Matoran-use-treespeak-so-I'd-maybe-have-either-a-pattern-guide-or-an-experienced-Bionicle-fan-play-one-tbh.
But yeah. You may want to either rethink or double check.
Also, maybe re-read your CS and check, like, your wording? Because some of it is a bit stumbly and I don't exactly know what you mean? I know I've made similar mistakes, where I lose my place or point in the middle of a sentence I'm writing and don't realize.

OK. I don't mind being a fact checker.

Changed a few things... re-read the Cs and... noticed my mistakes. XD I can be a scatter brain most times, or when I have caffeine, or just plain tired.

On the subject, here's an extremely minor one for Hura's last post.

Brother/Sister – A title that roughly means 'partner' or 'comrade in arms'. The title is normally used by those who work closely together, or fight for the same cause, usually in the same group. Nearly all Toa call other members of their team brother or sister, and often continue to call each other by the title after becoming Turaga. Artakha and Karzahni also refer to each other as 'brother', though Karzahni uses the term bitterly.

Since this is the term he used to greet Kumanu, I'm going to assume that he's either mistaking Kumanu for someone else or is just that dazed.

Getting a post up now, by the way.

Ah, totally get it. Thanks.

I was aware of that, but though most Matoran referred to each other as such at some time. He's mostly being formal, but I also want to give him a unique speech pattern, as seen with his relation section with Kumanu. I was thinking it'd be a Bo-Matoran thing, or a Bo-Congro thing, ya know? I do see how it's a bit of a continuity error, but it's probably him not sure what he's seeing and being polite.

OK. I can roll with that. Either way, Kumanu the Ko-matoran wouldn't get it.

And hey, it lets me put in the "I'm not your brother" line, which is soon to change, so that's development.

@DeathXtheXTreeDo you have a reason Aiko doesn't feel she belongs? Don't have to tell me know, just have it ready. Also, maybe describe what a powerless Kualsi looks like, since I don't think one ever shows up? And are you confident with Tree-Speak?

Okay... I have the reason, and I am not that confident with tree-speek (even though I'm a tree xD) [@tobias]

Cool, yeah. Not sure how tight they'll end up being. They both have Rahi related Kanohi when they're Toa, which is cool.

@DeathXtheXTree Well, a lot of times it combines words, and has a bit of a pattering cadence. It's kinda quick, matching the typical Le-Matoran quick whit. Apparently it drops articles and mushes prepositional phrases into single words. Something someone using Treespeak might say (though it's done by choice, so it could be a slower version) "Musn't quarrel-fight. Time-wasting bicker-talk. Toa-heroes have Destiny-trip taking. Quick-run!"

Though since Aiko is a nomad, her tree-speak might not be quite so heavy as that. Living among non-treespeakers would do that.

I see, but Aiko will probably speak almost clear, but her grammar and wording would be different but slightly the same as a Tree-speaker.

Truly-duly! Also, I've found an interesting tidbit- Toa Stones transform Matoran into what they think a Toa looks like, and essentially what they think a Toa is. It would be very interesting to see what forms they take, having only ever heard of Toa as far-off legends.
Also, @DeathXtheXTree, yes, you are clear to put your character in the Character section and start posting in the IC.

Yup. This is why the Toa Metru looked like Lhikan but the Inkia didn't look like the Nuva - they didn't use stones.
Surely they would have some idea though, maybe from paintings or sculptures of past heroes? We're certainly not going to have a matoran turn into an elementally-powered kinloka!
