@bluetommy2 Eh, I always found dusters, long coats, and trench coats to be better in simply cold weather, not rainy, wet weather. I like my head to stay dry, and I don't have any hats big enough to keep out the rain.

I'm coming up blank right now but I'll give it some thought later.
I like your idea though OnlyThePie about Jim possibly being involved in the murder of Marco Scordia. It will be important in Lucia's story arc for sure. I planned on the assassination to be her first major story arc.

I am sure that Scarlet has come across the different gangs at one point or another, and most likely they have heard of a thief nabbing things and not appearing on camera or something. Depending on background, she may even know someone personally

Well, almost everyone in the criminal underground knows of Alek. He is the man who can... arrange for almost anything. Retrieval of objects, 'fixer', cleanup agent. You got someone on your back, or need something... 'retrieved', Alek is your man. (While not an amazing ninja superthief, Alek is still quite handy in a burglary.)

I had the Idea that the hit on the gundealer was ordered by Adam for some motive I won't explain. Of course one could not trace it back to him.

Samuel will most likely spend some time with an NPC gang and establishing an underground identity for himself. The guy will be living normally on the side after all, so a disguise will probably not hurt.
