Ah well, Forneus in the next post goes into the building he landed on and barges in. He's still thinking about DIO and is a bit sore over the defeat when he realizes why DIO has such powerful allies, it isn't because of his power but because of his value of allies. So as he breaks down a locked door he finds the janitor of the building (a woman) who is obviously scared out of her wits that a powerful being just impaled spears through a titanium door. But to sum it up, he basically tries to talk to her in the way he thinks DIO would, with charisma. She eventually realizes that he is not a threat and that he is in fact quite charming. Later he gathers up the whole building's personnel (what's left of them because it's early morning and people haven't arrived yet), tells them all who he really is and what he's here for. He then handles the situation the way his nemesis would and then manages to convince them all to sacrifice themselves. Once this is finished Forneus figures he'll use this building as an Abyssal Dwelling.
If this post is too out of line (just to check to see if it's alright) I was thinking that he'd go into the building, find no one there and then roam off to somewhere in Roanpur where he'd find a place to make an Abyssal Dwelling. Whilst still practicing his nemesis' charismatic ways.
Wow that was long, sorry, I was just checking before I go off half-cocked.
Universe: Hellsing OVA, Hellsing Ultimate, Hellsing (they're all different versions of the same universe but Walter is the same in all 3)
Appearance:
Personality: In his early years as a child and teenager, Walter was very sarcastic, short-tempered, and sadistic towards pretty much everyone he met. He displayed such qualities while dismembering Nazi soldiers and mocking The Major of the army with a smile on his face, which remained through his fight with a Nazi werewolf known as The Captain, who nearly killed Walter, but he always seemed to resent Alucard. Fast forward 50 or so years and Walter has grown into an old man with good morals and values. He displays very polite behavior and seems to value his humanity despite being surrounded by so many immortal vampires and ghouls in the Hellsing Manor. This, however, proves to be nothing but a simple act when he is rejuvenated by The Major and turned into a vampire, which he allows him to admire his rejuvenated body while mocking the dead by mentioning that once something dies it becomes nothing more than simple trash. At this stage (the most recent stage) of his life, Walter belittles humanity and continuously mocks it while admiring and praising his own newly-made vampire body which has been restored to when Walter was about 30-40 years old. All he ever truly wanted was to be remembered for generations to come and to put down Alucard once and for all.
Powers/Skills: Walter may not have the abilities of other characters of Hellsing such as Alucard or Anderson, but he is still quite formidable. Walter has extreme dexterity and durability as he managed to take punches from The Captain at age 14 and still survive even though The Captain was under direct orders to kill Walter. He also has high knowledge and ability in hand to hand combat which is coupled with his superhuman strength and agility (which are shown when he falls 20,000 ft. without a parachute and lands without a single scratch, and in the fact that he can keep up with the likes of The Captain in combat) to make for a deadly adversary for both immortals and mortals. His specialty, however, comes with his pinpoint accuracy and senses which allow him to locate targets he can't see and easily dispatch of them with his wires without any collateral damage or error. Every single one of these abilities is enhanced greatly upon being turned into a vampire by The Doc.
Brief Bio: Walter was raised in London in the Hellsing Manor to serve as their personal butler since before he was 10 years old. He studied at Oxford and knew a lot about immortals, the Catholic Church, werewolves, etc. along with basic knowledge of history and other subjects of similar nature. At the young age of 14 he and Alucard are sent to storm the Nazi base at Warsaw, where he easily dismembers and dismantles the Nazi army until he arrives at the Major's dining room, where he encounters The Captain. Walter fails at killing The Major and is instead forced to fight with The Captain (a werewolf commonly known as Hitler's Hellhound who is over 100 years old yet looks to be around 40) where he holds on until Alucard saves him. At this point The Major and his assistant The Doc are gone and Alucard leaves to kill them both, leaving Walter to fight The Captain, but instead Walter makes a deal with the werewolf and is allowed to live. Around 50 years later in 1999 he serves as Integra Hellsing's butler and helps make weapons for Alucard while still remaining a valuable piece of Hellsing. During The Major's invasion of London (he survived at Warsaw along with The Doc and The Captain) with his vampire army, Walter fulfills his end of the deal (the pact made in 1945 to one day kill Alucard) and joins the Nazis to be rejuvenated and turned into a vampire so he may fight Alucard. This is the moment when he's brought to Crisis City (as a rejuvenated vampire).
Equipment: Walter's only piece of equipment is his monomolecular wire which is extremely long, thin, and hard, allowing him to pull such feats as cutting two buildings in half without breaking a sweat. This wire is used by Walter through his gloved which provide a layer of protection for Walter so he doesn't hurt his own hands while wielding the wire. Walter's wire can be controlled to do anything Walter wants, be it come back, extend, cut an entire army in half or just certain members of a large group; this wire does it all (all that Walter wants and that is physically possible for a wire like this to do)! He also always carries at least one pack of cigarettes with him and a lighter in case he feels the need to smoke during battle (spoiler alert: he feels this need a lot).
Others: Walter isn't fond of immortals, while he is very fond of his own immortality (well, nigh-immortality since he isn't a pure vampire like only Alucard is), he still despises immortals, especially Alucard, and how they can just go on living unlike humans which have a limited time to do something they'll be remembered for.
This is my CS! I played in the original (or at least a previous) version of this RP but I had to drop it due to personal reasons and all of the RPs I was in died which killed my muse temporarily, but now I'm back and looking forward to more RP! Side note: If I were to be accepted (Fingers crossed!), I'll have to take a bit of time to read the entire IC and catch up just so I know what's going on at the moment with everyone.
@Javier I'm sorry, but after deliberating, I am going to have to veto Walter due to the fact he can kill off things way too easily with his razor wire and powers. And also apparently vampirized Walter is unstable and would soon die anyways.
Step one: anyone on the Den-Liner needs to get off and do something. If that's all done... Step two: anyone still in Mahora should get on the other train. Or be assumed to do so, I guess. :T Step three: GDI GS, post.
