Hey! I'm relatively new to the site but totally not new to rping. I've been rping for roughly six years now and I feel that I have really grown as a writer and all-around rper. I am in college and I do have a job but I love to get on and rp when I can. If you have any questions please ask I'm quite friendly and don't bite, I promise ^^.

...i think that is all of the sites... at least that's all i can think of for the moment.
I guess I should get to a few 'formalities' before droning on and on about what types of rp I like and the what not. I don't particularly care what you call me: Happy, Happily, Haps, Happ, Cadet, Spacey, Kay, Disney, Something of your own invention... it doesn't make a difference to me so long as I know you're talking to me. On certain sites I've changed my username countless times... but lately I've been keeping it to ~Happily.Ever.After~ or something within the likes of that (such as Happily) depending on the limits/requirements of the site (my avatar is actually my signature on most sites, with a .gif as my avatar... but I couldn't use that here :'( ).
As far as some role-play specifics here are a few facts about moi:
I only really rp OC's... very, very rarely will I do a cannon character or allow cannon characters to be played in my rps.
While I am not against any sexuality, I am straight and all of my characters are straight because I am incapable of playing anything other than straight. Any roleplays I make will be limited to Straight, Gay/Lesbian, Bisexual/curious, and Asexual. I don't allow anything else in my roleplays simply because all of the fancy terms confuse me... except for transgender. I understand transgender but I don't allow it because (this may sound awkward, still trying to figure out how to put it into words) I found it too hard to display in a roleplay (it's kind of just something you need to see how I set up my rps to understand).
The majority of my roleplays I will have on more than one site (this is my fifth rp site... not including tumblr as I'm not sure how to rp on that... tumblr is used for pictures and characters imo).
I tend to go a bit character over-board in my rps. I have roughly 145 realistic characters, 1 mlp-style character, 58 anime characters and 3 sim characters. Yes I categorize all of my characters. I do this mainly because my rps never mix character types, ie, if my rp accepts realistic characters then it only accepts characters with a real, human picture/face-claim... no anime or sims or drawings or anything else. Anyways, I have a tendency to use between 11 and 20+ characters in rps I create and (so long as there is no limit) between 4 and 6 characters in rps I don't make.
I am capable of playing any age between newborn and 70ish... however, I only have 2 strictly aged realistic characters. A middle-aged male and an 'eldery' female ... both of whom I only use in certain situations. Generally I prefer playing anything from about 4years old to 25years old when it comes to humans. I'm not much of an animal rper but if I do use animals the range changes accordingly (warrior cats would be based by months, mlp would probably be based the same as human years, etc).
Being a female myself I prefer to play females but I will play males as well, so long as I can have an equal or greater amount of females.
I'm not a huge stickler on grammar so long as whatever was written was legible. I am pretty big on spelling though... especially when you're on a computer with a spell-checker (and yes, I take different countries spelling into consideration such as color/colour).
I'll use the occasional text speak in OOC, but in IC I will NEVER EVER use text speak, not even if the character is texting. I also don't understand a great deal of it... I didn't even get a text capable phone until I was in tenth grade.
I think that's about everything (at least it's all I can think of for the moment). So here's a quick overview of what I enjoy rping and what I don't:
::Likes::
I prefer group rps over 1x1's generally
Basically I only do OC's only... not really into playing cannons or partnering cannon's and oc's together.
Romance! - I adore romance and try to encorporate it in every rp.
Horse & Rider - where all participants control the horse and the rider ... generally it ends up being more rider-based. I am a huge Heartland fan so if you know what that is I like similar rp story-lines.
Opposites Attract - city & country, popular & outcast, sick & healthy, good girl & bad boy, etc.
PJO/HOO/HP/HG/PotC - Every one of my characters has a godly parent (both greek and roman), a district and a hogwarts house. I should probably add this bit: I've never read the HP books (see all the movies several times) and I've only read the first two HG books (only seen the first movie once). I've read all the PJO & HOO books and seen both movies multiple times. I have seen all of the PotC movies a few times, I am a big fan but need frequent refreshers as I don't love it. PotC and HG I am very picky with. I don't particularly like the types of rps where 90% of the characters get killed off and I just have difficulty and lack of experience with pirates.
Disney/OUaT/Quest for Camelot/Anastasia - I totally adore disney. Quest for Camelot and Anastasia are very very similar to disney... just they aren't owned/made by disney. I love OUaT and even have an OC of Ariel and Eric's daughter Melody (so I guess half OC and half Cannon) ... the only problem is that I'm only about half-way through season three.
School themed - probably 95% of my rps are school themed > high school, riding school, college, trade school, boarding school, etc.
Family themed - I sort of use the term family loosely... basically anything to do with real life, starting a family, teen pregnancy, adoption/orphan based, Terminally ill hospital patients, friends, etc.
Warriors/MLP/EG/Pokemon - I am EXTREMELY picky with these... especially the pokemon. I don't have that great a understanding of it. I love the Warrior series and have managed to get my hands on all four arcs as well as most of the super editions and mangas at one point or another. I have seen both equestria girl movies and most of the episodes... I'm about 3 or so episodes behind on the current season because I wait to watch them with my best friend and we haven't hung out in a while. Overall, I'm only picky with the first three because I'm not so great at rping animals imo.
Past Times/Medieval/Royalty/Arranged Marriage - I really like rps set in most past settings. I just find certain aspects of things difficult considering we did not live back then, but nonetheless, it is still super interesting to me.
I'll add more as they come to me.
::Dislikes:: if you would like explanations for these please ask
Insane Asylum
Horror based
LGBTQ+/Emo/Goth only
War/Fighting/Religion based - a quick side note: I'm fine with these aspects being in an rp, just not something purely based on it.
Abuse-Type
Most Animal-Based RPs - Warrior Cats and My Little Pony are Exceptions
I'll add more as they come to mind... but I think that's it
