When Axon said "boy" that was aimed at his dragon, not your character. He'd be looking at Razeth and not Quincy. Not saying to retcon anything, just that's how it was intended. Thing is, perception is a beautiful thing, so maybe he did think it was meant to be aimed at him.

Axon was wrapped on the raised neck of a dragon the size of a small house, so I doubt he could reach that high.

And also I'd like to think I could at least have the chance to resist if he could lay hands on him.And, you did! Quincy is now humiliated! If there was god-modding in play here, Quincy would've done something like: easily block the attack, say some sort of quip, then flip Axon instead of getting flipped by him. For the moment, I don't think there's any god-modding afoot.
