A doctor rather neutrally aligned, he’ll help with most injuries, ailments, and long term treatments…for a price, what’s reasonable.

Personality: Cythlla on the outside is an outstanding person. She constantly gives and is nice. Yet on the inside she loves the thrill of a kill. She is also a bit of a masochist. She also has a problem with letting things go. Anyone who stands in her way is often beaten down.
Bio: Cythlla was born into a family that worked for a mafia. She used to help her parents as they went about their business of drug dealing. However Cythlla has since realized how much fun it is to work as an assassin after going on a trip with her uncle who was also a hitman. She has since become a rather successful if not dangerous Hitman. Most of her kills look like beatings by a gang. Which is favored by some of her employers as it becomes easier to frame on other gangs within the city.
A few years into her work Cythlla took on a fiancé. However he was believed to be killed by a rival hitman the day before their marriage.

Magic/Skill: Mostly magic used to increase her strength to superhuman levels. She can basically use this magic to pick up small boulders and hurl them at her enemy.
Cythlla also has a bit of a healing factor. She can normally get rid of a wound within an hour. If a critical wound is stabilized then she needs a whole day to recover. Healing factor cannot be used during increased strength.

After whispers of threats from the criminal group known only as Blackjack, the pair worked hard to become completely invisible. Though the crime syndicates had stopped contacting his mother directly, she used the alias Chat de Soir to continue her work in the sale of information. She collected money and left tips anonymously, assisting lawyers and investigators, as well as the occasional corrupt entrepreneur. One day, she disappeared without a trace. Left without a cent, Callisto began work as a criminal investigator, keeping his origins and his ability to comprehend cats a secret, so that whoever made his mother disappear wouldn't be able to find him.

Bio:

He is the older child of a semi rich magic family. He wasnt the biggest talent for magic, being fine with smaller simple spells but just not having the little something to do anything big. Once his younger sister showed a great talent in magic his parents didnt insist on his becoming a magical. He instead he wished to be part of the newspapers. Wanting to improve his skills he started to work early at a bookstore that as well had a section on magical books. The previous owner one day just left leaving the shop in the care of the 20 year old Loman. Feeling responsible and loving the place too much to give up to a stranger he took it on. Becoming the new owner.

He still wonders what exactly happened to the old man. He promised he would keep the shop safe and open for customers.

Personality: Energetic. What ever she does she tries to do with 125% all out. As well she feels protective over her brother.
Bio: From young age she looked at her big brother and his lack of strong magic. One stormy night as she watched the lighting show, she deiced even thougth big brothers should protect their younger sisters she will become strong and protect her big brother. So she did just that. She loved machines as they could do all sort of useful things with out any magic at all, the way the cogs would tick and tack and how inventors would thinker new things together it was like magic to the magical girl. She liked her lighting magic as it seemed to her she could do everything with it. She learned she couldnt when she unintentionally blown up a friends invention and nearly caused the friends house to burn down. Doroteja from then on was more careful, still her growing up was followed with many incidents, but neither was that big anymore. She became part of the guild recently when she was done with her schooling and enjoys the tasks she is given.
