"Thank you," Archer smiled at her before walking back towards the living room.

Ivonette had been eating the fruit on the table. She was contemplating eating some of the table when she heard someone.
"Hi," she told him.

"Whats your name?" William would ask "My name is William, William Stukov" he says with a smile then looks at the food thinking this might me a nice change this place.

"Ivonette Gwerder," she answered. Just then Archer walked back in.
"About ten minutes till food. So don't eat too much," he told her. He then saw William.
"I'm her brother. My name's Archer," he extended his hand for a handshake.

"hello Archer and Ivonette" he says extending out to shake archer's hand "William' he repeats for Archer he smiles, so far liking the good feel from this place.. this causing the lights to get a bit brighter. "So judging by what that Leo said.. you both have something unique as well?" he asks.

Haven ignored the small talk at the end of the table. She eyed the young girl picking at the fruit, noting the child's expression. It was as if she had never eaten fruit before. Maybe she hasn't. Haven often had to fight off the bigger children at the home previous to this one in order to save food for the smaller ones. Of course the parents at the home didn't care who ate what. Neglectful parents were a constant in Haven's life and something she never saw changing. Just a few more years and I can be my own authority. No more relying on anyone else. She picked up an apple she saw within arm's reach. She started running the fruit along the table, cracking the skin, and planning an exploration of the house after she ate.

Once in the dining room, Thomas feels his way around the room, avoiding occupied chairs and standing people by relying on their feelings to guide him. Finding two empty chairs next to each other at the table, he pulls one out and places Katherin's hand on the back of it before sitting in the other. Once he released her hand, it was difficult for him to focus on the emotions of one person in particular. This was common when so many others were nearby, and a little disorienting for Thomas. With the others talking, he didn't really feel like adding his own voice. The caretaker would be the one to introduce Katherin to everyone if she wanted an official introduction done, and he didn't want to force her into an awkward situation.

Leo looked at the two new arrivals, Haven and Leon, before looking back at the direction of the dining room. Ah crap, he was hungry. He turned to Leon once more since since he hasn't made a move to leave. "Well, since they're all there, we might as well follow. I'll show you to your room later on." He pointed out before gesturing for him to follow. He headed for the dining room and took a free seat at the table.

"Wow Ms. Caretaker, you really outdid yourself this time!" Leo exclaimed as he looked at the food, his mouth almost watering. Well there was a lot of food on the table and since it was to welcome some new people, it should be pretty delicious... it was special. But of course, he didn't eat before the caretaker told them to since they had to wait for everyone to gather before they do anything else.

Katerin carefully felt along the chair until she was sure that she knew its exact shape and size. Then she carefully sat down. She was alittle nervous to eat with so many people around. She had never been around so many people her own age. She felt along the table until she found her bowl, spoon and a cup. She frowned in though she could manage most foods but there were some that were harder to eat then other's.

"Welcome. Please be seated. My name isnt important. You can call me housekeeper or Ms. Smith. There is a large variety of fruit in the center of the table feel free to help yourselves to them. If you have an diet arty restrictions please let me know and I will do my best to work around them. I have made pancakes and sausage this morning." the housekeeper told them.

Leon had waited patiently which was rather hard for him since every second felt longer then normal. He wasn't to surprised when the first two hadn't noticed him, he often moved so fast that other people didn't even see him at all. When the other guy spoke to him he seemed to be in a really high spirit, "Well thanks man, means a lot, super hungry." Leon made his way to the table and sat down next to the guy, "So the suits didn't tell me to much about this place...is...is everyone like me?" He waved his hand so fast that his arm disappeared, "I only ask cause I don't wanna freak em out ya know?" When the caretaker spoke Leon smiled, "Hey there nice to meet ya Ms S."

"Well since I doubt most people are comfortable with their powers right now, then I'd demonstrate first." Leo said, tearing his eyes away from the food given to him. He then stretched out his hand and a broom materialized on it. "Materialization is my power. Nothing too grand." He said before it disappeared once more as he willed it to. "This place is made for people like us." He continued before he started to eat. Yes, he remembered that those things were explained to him when he was placed inside this orphanage. He didn't mind really, having powers and having to live outside of the real world for the meantime. That was how the world works and he has accepted that fact.

Thomas sat in silence while the caretaker didn't quite introduce herself. He was privy to her first name, having overheard it years ago, but never used it out of respect for her preference. He was glad to immerse himself in the center of the stoic calm that she always seemed to carry no matter what went wrong. Her pressence allowed him to be among the others without being overwhelmed.

Passing up the pancakes and sausage, Thomas felt along the center of the table until his hand covered an apple, which he identified by the stem and firm flesh. Bringing it up to his nose he gives it a sniff, smiling at the slightly bitter scent of the green apple. It crunches as he bites into it, settling into his chair. Thomas always stuck to simple foods because too many conflicting emotions at once could cause his stomach to turn, and he found it easiest to keep things like fruit and bread where they belonged.

While eating Thomas keeps his left hand flat on the table, not far from where Katherin is seated. He wanted to be within easy reach if she needed something or wanted to leave. Subsequent touches would not carry the wild tide of emotions that the first one had, but it would still cause their emotions to become linked until they parted again.

William would look away from the two he was speaking to, to look at the others and when he notices how many people are there he would start to get bit nervous sense he wasn't use to being around so many people at once... this caused the lights to flicker again. he would look at the food from how delicious it looked and would slowly reach out to grab his silverware and take a bite of the food before taking a deep breath and eating some more.

Katherin was relieved in a way. She had had pancakes before. She should be able to manage them again. She picked up her fork with one hand. With the other she felt around until she found the pancakes. She didn't mind that they had no syrup. It was actually better for her that they didn't. She took her time cutting the pancakes into bit size pieces and eating them. Having Thomas by her side was oddly calming. She didn't feel so alone in her struggles.

Leon's jaw dropped at this guys use of his own power, "So you can just make like anything?" He grabbed a plate and filled it with all kinds of food, his metabolisim was super strong and he required much more food than any normal person, "I mean bro...That's an amaziing ability...All I do is go fast.." He laughed a bit before stuffing a sausage in his mouth.

"No, not everything. I can only make things that could fit my hand. Guns, bows and arrows and the likes are out of the question too. I can maybe make two to three objects before I have to dematerialize one of them." Leo replied with a small shrug. He then grinned. "But super speed is on another level man! I mean come on, if you have speed then you're capable of beating anyone if they can't read your movements." He pointed out as he took another round of sausages and another pancake.

Leon looked like he was thinking for a moment before he simply asked. "What about swords?" He smiled pretty big when he said that he could beat anyone, "Honestly never thought of it that way...I've never really pushed my powers to the limit...might evaporate...or travel through time or something..."

"Longswords, broadswords, katanas, wakizashis..." Leo listed all the swords he managed to make. 'Sword' was a very general term after all. "Yeah, I can make all kinds of swords!" He continued, seeing as he was able to make some swords. "Have you broken through the sound barrier yet? With just that, you're faster than anyone meaning almost no one can keep up with you. Unless of course there's some person out there who is just like you or uses teleportation or something of the sorts." He continued.

Leon continued to stuff his face only coming up for air to speak, "That's super cool bro...With powers like yours you could be the worlds most dangerous secret agent or like ninja." His eyes sparkled brightly when he brought up the sound barrier, "Yeah the first time I broke the sound barrier I was over in nevada and I live in new york...was gonna be late for a job interview...pushed it hard and heard a boom go off behind me in the desert..." He smiled, "If there's someone out there like me I would love to meet them...Maybe have a little race." He laughed at the thought of just how fun that would be.

Leo rubbed the back of his head and had a sheepish smile. "I wouldn't go that far really." He said before letting out a nervous chuckle. Yes, his power was useful in ways such as getting caught and thrown into jail because he can just materialize things to protect himself with but in reality, of all the offensive powers he has read about (through comic books), his was probably the weakest as it completely depended upon the user's strength and capability. "Wow, then you must have control over your powers..."

Thomas smiles, crunching away at his apple, while Leo and Leon discuss their powers. Over the years he had found that the simplest way to explain his power was to just touch the person he was trying to explain it to. It was by no means the best way, as it could have myriad results. Most 'normals' feared or were disgusted by him after such a contact, and would avoid him at all costs. Particularly weak-willed individuals would find their emotions slave to his own during and for a time after his touch. Those around him need not fear that happening to them, as Thomas had spent years with the caretaker honing his skill and practicing control over his volatile 'gift.'

After finishing his apple, Thomas sits back to wait patiently for Katherin to finish as well.
