I'd prefer most trainers created now be new trainers, meaning they should only have one pokemon to start out with, their starter.

Since the group in the RP now has already left the professor's lab--you could either have your characters catch up to them, or wait for a new group of trainers.

ok well I'll keep the pokemon there and keep in mind I only have Cyndaquil and Maya doesnt really have a starter she just has pokemon sent to her from her mother in another region. Her mother is another professor.

So first things first, do we get to choose which pokemon out of the route list that we end up encountering?

Also I am thinking there has to be an event before facing the first gym leader.

Anyone who has ideas for events feel free to brainstorm them here anytime. Frankly I'm sure Oz and myself are more than happy to take into consideration and in all probability, use quite a few of the ideas in this story.

(Also if you have any plot or sub plot related ideas, please pm one of us with them. To keep the story going with less spoilers.)

Anyways here is some more ideas: A man comes up to your character and needs them to do a job. He says it will pay well. He doesn't say what the job is. He will only explain that once you have said that you accept this job. He promises whoever completes the job will have future employment with him, whenever they like. Will you accept the job?

A 'certain' man has his pokemon injured from some type of mishap. You happen across the man and his pokemon as the guy is crying and apparently lost. Help him or pretend you see nothing?

@Gareth @Oz I was thinking you guys needed an evil team like they have in all pokemon games. May I offer you my OC Team, Team Atomix, and it;s info is down below.

Team Atomix uses Steel Types
Grunts would have pokemon such as Metang and Pawniard what the grunts have is up to you guys however.
