Reasons I don't join big threads mid way :x

I'm looking through characters, and most of them seem very combat oriented. Is this that kind of thread? Immortals, doom lasers and super powers from different dimensions caught up in trans-dimensional wars?

Its a little overwhelming. I figure I'll get a better handle of whats going on after reading the timeskip and such. Sorry for the annoying amounts of indecision >_<

Right now I'm sitting in the only place that has internet that is near me which is a internet cafe. Posts shall be sporadic, so... yeah. There is no 4g nor 3g connection in the residence we're staying in so I won't be around as much from now on until January 6 maybe? This is a message I'm sending to all my RP's 'cause I may be gone for more than a couple of days.

Should I just consider everything as "business as usual" and carry on like nothing happened?
