100 after the death of the Quincy Blood War, the Gotei 13 is in disarray, with no clear leaders and everyone still trying the fix the destruction from the battle peole will have to start to step forward and become leaders. He only remaing suviors from the was are Captain Ichigo Kurosaki of the Squad 13th and Captain Shinji Hirako of the Squad 5th. Everyone else is dead or missing, and the Soul Society is in shambles and instead of squads there are just rag tag groups taking orders from the two standing divisions left. The Centeral 46 is just now getting reorganized and will start to name new captians and a captian-commander. The status of the Soul Kings palace and the Soul King himself are unknown, the only thing that is known is that the royal guard closed off all access to the palace.
The Wandenreich are no different. With Yhwach gone, and the Sternritter scattered to the wind they had to run. Jugram Haschwalth is now the Emperor but no one knows how he obtained the Letter "A". Due to the previous war the "Shadow Realm" no longer exist and now all the remaining quincys returned to Lichtreich. The Epithet have been scattered and Haschwalth has called them forth to being the "Wiedergeburt" or rebirth of Wandenreich. Despite the conditions they are in the quincys have kept their hold on Hueco Mundo and still use Arrancar to fill their ranks.
But in a mass of confusion and hard times a new threat has arisen from the depths of hell. This group known as the Hell Guard has appeared with the purpose to set the "balance" back in order. Their leader who's goes by Beelzebub has ordered a "cleansing of the old and fallen". This group has started to kill off Shinigami and Quincy alike whenever they go outside of the territorial lines. No one knows what their plan is or if they pose any real threat, but with new leaders and a possible alliance the world might seem brighter.
Plot
The first chapter will be about a recon mission and discord in both the Seireitei and Lichtreich. Fights are happeneing and its up to the new Capitan-Commander and the new Sternritter now have a responsibility to restore order. Not only that dead bodies have been discovered and s outs from both factions have been deployed to investigate.
Rules
-Me and my co-gms make the laws so what we say go. -For now two characters per person. -When it comes down to posting, I like quality over quantity, so if your post is well written and well thought out I don't, mind it being one paragraph. -No drama in the OOC -Please refrain from giving non-constructive criticism. Like if you see someones WIP then don't comment on it if it is not to help. -Follow all RPG rules. -Proper grammar, good writing, character development are a must. -And have respect for each other.
Character Rules
-Two characters per person for now. -Bankai are for captains only. But if another character wants one thay have to ask for it. And they have to give a good reason in the character bio as to why that peraon has it. -Captains are first come first serve. So if you want to be one reserve it early. The only positions not open are the 12th, 5th, and 13th. -Ichigo is not a playable character at all. -Zanpakutō must reasonable and clean. If we cannot understand exactly how it works or functions then it will be denied, Bankai are the same way. -Bankai can be earned through the IC rp. -Each squad can have up to two lieutenant. -Epithet are like Bankai, they can be reserved and only the letter A is not available. There are also three letters with unknown ability, B, K, N. So I am open to ideas for abilities.

Not much is known about the Hell Guard itself. The only thing that is known is that the gates of hell have been randomly appearing and when it does the gates are wide open. The Kushanāda have done nothing about these characters makimg everyone suspect they are not condemned souls, but they skill dress like Togabito. Neither side has faced off against these masked vigilantes, but every time they appear they leave behind the sun mark and dead bodies.

This man has only been seen once but he is the only known leader of the Hell Guard. His face was spotted by a spy and he. Has been seen at each of the kills.
Sinister
The second most spotted member his face has never been seen but he is also another prominent member. He has the ability to manipulate fire at extreme temperatures. The souls have begun to call him sinister due to his sinister laugh after a kill.
@mattmanganon I love playing him too, he is always my first choice. But define rogue Espada. Would they be on there own and not under the Quincy's control or working with the Soul Reapers
All of the Espada are supposed to represent an aspect of death. I was going to make an Espada, the former #1, who's aspect of Death is "Peace". Naturally, he was #1 for no other reason than because it was damn near impossible to beat him in battle, due to his release being to create a bubble around them, inside the bubble is a realm called "Strawberry Fields". A realm of pure Reiatsu, where he pretty much makes all of the rules. Rules like:
1) Impossible to Die 2) Impossible to feel pain 3) Everybody has to be nice to Oneanother.
When he was an Espada, he would transport the others there until they gave up and he took their number. He's a pacifist. Naturally, eventually, Aizen got sick of his shit and kicked him out. He's not the kind of guy to go in balls-blazing, kicking ass and taking names. He's more the kind to sit down, make a pot of tea and try to talk it out, then, when the angry bastards tell him where to shove his tea, he just transports them to the Strawberry fields until he they are ready to talk.
Of course, I fully expect the big-bads of the RP to be able to break the Strawberry Fields bubble, which will be his "Oh shit" moment. After which, he will have to actually assume his combat form. His combat form being rather silly but as powerful as one might expect.
I'm trying to go for the Comic-relief that is secretly a super-OP badass that all Shonen have. I believe the trope name is "Crouching Moron, Hidden Badass"
@mattmanganon Okay I like it. Just be sure to put him in a cs sheet, and iron out any kinks you find.
Overall thou the way I am going to do the Arrancar is that they are divided down the middle. 4 of the Espada are with the Quincy and the other four are working with the Gotei 13. So pick which side he is on. And make sure to make sense of him in his bio.

So, to make a long story short, I was hoping to try to use him as the means to bridge the Shinigami and Quincy sides.
