Just use a standard CS, and make sure to include Grade and Mutant Ability, this is a school after all. Also I only need the last teacher before we start, any takers?

Actually, the edit made it worse, it created a mutation more similar to Spider-Man or as was mentioned before, the Fantastic Four. Also to help clarify, as far as X-Men are concerned, you are considered a mutant when you are born with a genetic mutation, due to your father's mutated x-chromosomes.

Position:Teacher, Psychology, Politics, History, and theater. (Battle strategy, danger-room scenario designer)

Personality: A man of many faces, his students see him as the stern teacher. A man how is dependable and always ready to answer a question. To his comrades, they see him for a loyal ally but with a bad habit. He thinks very, very,very lowly of humans. A victim of experimentation and abandonment brought about a vengeful blood lust. He is trying to work through it, but old habits die hard.

History: The older teachers and Headmaster of course know, but this information would never end up in the hands of a student. Weapon X obviously wasn't the only research going on, M-08 was used in the "Next" project. His power allowed him to manifest a type of string, but it was of pure energy. It would shock and or burn depending on the stress he was put under. Chemicals surgeries and stress. To try and steal and or augment his gift. Years past. Hellish years. Soon his string was a Chain, the researchers believed it was a mental imagination of what was holding him there. Originally it only reached 3 meters now could be pulled from him to a maximum distance of almost 18 meters! But after 15 he apparently began screaming for mercy, and at 17 went as far to plead for death. It would seem he is unable to faint while they are active. The other notable experiment followed soon after. Apparently he had been with holding his ability to bend space, similar to instant transmission but the scale was much shorter, in combination with his ability to put an edge on his chains.
As they began another volley of testing he showed just how much he could do. His bladed chains formed on the other-side of the glass, bouncing about as if a serpents in a nest of rats. Obviously they had safety parameters in mind for such an event. But again and again he showed just how much he was concealing. The two chains they had been made aware of had a withdraw time. The two that bust forth from his throat and chest seemed to have enough velocity to leave a Barrett longing for a handicap.
What happened after is obvious from the fact The project vanished, every last participant....
After many years, he has cooled his head to a degree and does not let the deeds of the weak measure the deeds of a race. But it is damn hard to just smile and press on.....

As mentioned in his history, His power is the ability to release chains from within his body. To help you grasp the process they follow along his veins, and are released through gaps on the underside of his wrist. The one that comes though his throat is actually tearing through the roof of his mouth, and the one in the chest is through a gap that formed in the center of his rib cage. The ones in the chest and wrist do no harm, but the one in the mouth is a bloody mess. It would seem in times of crisis he can generate more, but the effects to his form are more than just a little damaging. His fifth chain replaced his left eye, and it sits coiled within the socket. *eye patch for sure.*
These chains start out slender but once outside his body they expand and gain their metallic look, along with their electrical charge.

He can also send his chains through "Reality rifts" The chain passes through a bend in the spectrum making it appear to from from the air.This is limited to what he can mentally picture, but thankfully if he misjudges His chain just comes back covered in material of whatever he tried to send it through.

(Will draw him but for what an image cant convey, 6'1 180lbs. Eye patch over his left eye. Suit is set up for chains to extend from eye and hands, but chest and mouth are generally emergency use and particularly harmful. As such the suit was not designed for ease of access. He dresses the part of a teacher, button down shirts and ties. Should I draw him marvel esque or anime? Or do the happy meadium with xman evolution?").

Okay, so in regards to your character I just want to mention a couple things, first, I actually enjoy the character though its more general superhero than x-man, second, the power cosmic is not an excuse for having "sustained life." By this I mean, the power cosmic does not allow you to live without energy, for a human at best it can cause resistance to fatigue toxins and a high healing factor. Even common Cosmic Beings Galactus, Phoenix Force, to a lesser extent Spider-Man, require sustenance, Negative Energy, Stars, Burgers, respectively.

I know that. I mean "sustain" as in "he can alleviate his needs using his powers, but it still drains him and he'll have to eat/sleep/etc. eventually to recuperate". I'm not saying "he doesn't need to breathe at all", or anything like that.

I'm interested in this :)

The pure savagery of his back story aside there is no real problem. He has a Logan-esque feel to him.

Well I like the idea of his escape being this legend and then you meet him and hes a rather proper gentleman. Lets people pry icly XD

The plot is teen drama and power driven, however, it wouldn't be X-Men without its villains so there will be a few, but not until everything is settled.
