The eyes widen for a moment as he hadn't expected to be found out so soon. This tells him that the stranger is among the foresight type of fae. He pauses a moment then Feoras elegantly drops from the tree he was lurking in. He leans against the tree giving the strange fae a side view of him. His eyes close as he crosses his arms into a more comfortable position. With the faintest smirk he speaks. "It should be me asking you that since you are sitting upon my lands and dipping your toes in my pools" His voice is velvety with amusement laced through. He now seems to wait for a response from her, his finger lightly tapping on his bicep. His black ansamble a stark difference to the paler wood of the tree. There is no warning or malice in his voice.
He is not known to kill trespassers on the spot, rather he has a tendency to either let them go with a warning or get their name and gain a servant. Only when he is in the worst of moods does he light trespassers on fire. A lucky thing that the forest puts him in the best of moods.

She knew who he was as soon as he showed himself, and what he said just affirmed it. "What a round about way of introducing yourself...Summer King." She said unperturbed as she took her feet out of the water, and effortlessly stood up. Her hair fell over her shoulders as she gently bowed her head in a show of respect befitting a King. She smiled again to him without hesitation. She caught the lightness in his tone, and the smirk on his face. She wondered if the rumors of his foul moods could even be true. She tiptoed around one of the pools, with her arms outstretched for balance, keeping her distance. "You may call me Janna if you wish." She said brightly. Janna was what her mother liked to call her, and what Cymbeline preferred out of her short list of nicknames. Cymba, CJ, and Celine just weren't her favorites, and giving out her true name was a no no.

She knew of the Summer King by rumors and reputation. She had even caught a glimpse of his face a few times during the Autumn festivals, and galas. But fear was a hard emotion for a Mazikeen fae to fully grasp, and Cymbeline was a eccentric one at that. "Do you mind if I am here? I found this sanctuary sometime ago. It is my hideaway." She said lightheartedly. She came here practically everyday since she found the place fifty or so years ago, and it had become her secret refuge. If the summer king told her she was not to came, she most likely would find a way around that. He was not her King, but this place was apart of his kingdom, so his ruling still applied.

She glanced over at him for a short second, admiring his eyes. The honey color was lovely and reminded her of the amber necklace her mother always wore. He was beautiful, and his olive skin and black hair were a striking contrast to the colorless Cymbeline. She wondered what had brought him here, to this place. The peace meeting was tonight, and her King's hunt would soon be starting, so what was a kind doing wondering around.

Max felt something tighten deep within him when the creature said his name, almost like a choke collar or a noose. It was then he realized that this being may not be the best thing to trust. His hair stood on edge, as he saw that the feline was circling him, like he was some kind of prey for the beast.

"I... Uh"He said, searching for the right set of words that would get him out of this and to safety, "I really don't have anything to offer for a bargain." He said, trying to take a few steps back, "Maybe you could just point me in the direction of somewhere safe?" He asked, checking behind him to see if the path was clear, ready to run if this turned hostile.

Settling to the ground again as Max started to back away, Grimus turned his eyes up to the man's. The human was wary now, of that he was certain. Good. The game was less fun when played with unwitting prey. Perhaps he would be a valuable servant after all.

"I'm afraid that won't do at all. Then you would be left to wander alone once more in a forest full of Fae who desire to harm you much more than I do. There is no place here safe for a human on his own. Come now, Max, I do not ask much. I only wish to hear your full Name from your own lips. Is that truly so much to ask for safety and hospitality? I am certain my Queen would love to meet you. She always wishes to meet the humans I have found. I am sure you would enjoy meeting her as well. She is quite beautiful and generous after all. If not for her, I would not be here now to offer you such safety," Grim said, his tail flicking back and forth behind him. He could not tarry forever, and had already gained much, but the game was still on and he intended to take the whole pot. "However, if you do not wish my help..."

Grimalkin started to fade slowly from sight, starting with the tip of his tail. He spoke as he backed away now, his final words coming only when he was entirely invisible and several feet away. The last pieces of him to disappear were his haunting eyes and wicked smile.

"Then I shall be forced to abandon you to your lonely fate. Choose quickly, Max Napras. I cannot remain with this offer forever."

As the cat spoke and talks him that there was no way he could do that, he felt a pit growing in his stomach. Then he realized that all that the creature wanted was his name, and he wondered why something as trivial as that was so important to him. But he didn't have time to dwell on this, as Grimalkin began to fade away.

Scared of being abandoned, and knowing that he would die without help, he hastilly responded. "No! Don't leave me here! Please." He said, hurrying towards him and falling to his knees, "I-I need your help. My name is Max Oscar Napras and I need your help." He said, near sobbing at the idea of being left alone here.

Feeling and seeing the Earth Nymph come, Aisling relaxed only slightly. None of Fall would allow her injury, wary against the Fall King's retribution. Giving a short bow, her groceries jangled again, as she says nothing but moves on. Heading back to the Court of Fall. It was little good to talk to Fae, and the foolish fairy that had threatened her was little threat now. Her knowledge, thought not much, was extremely useful when dealing with the Fair Folk. Know what to say, when to say... More importantly was what not to.

Feoras pushes off from the tree and walks closer to her. He shrugs at the comment of the way he introduced himself. Then studies her as she walks to him and bows. He faulty smile takes her hand and kisses it. "Janna, pleasure" he then lowers her hand, his skin is naturally warm. His eyes glimmer as he debates in his head. This fae is not of his season, but she has not damaged or harmed his forests in any way. "you may continue to visit this place...but only you. I have no reason to deny you since you have not harmed the forest." He is in a generous, fantastic mood.
He was known by many different nicknames and by him not giving her one she was free to call him any or come up with one. The popular name being 'Phyre' since that is what he embodies. Those who did know his real name had a tendency to regret it. His tendency to relequece that control was through fire. Usually of the hottest degree.
He goes back to leaning against the tree, this time facing her. Flickers of amusement move through his golden honey eyes as he watches her. "I think I will stay her for awhile. It is a very good spot" that and he found it odd how he hasn't run into her before since he often went to the forest. He was curious what court she belonged to as well.

At the human's first outburst, Grim stopped in his tracks to savor the taste of desperation and hopelessness. Yes, an excellent morning indeed. Turning, he dropped his Glimmer to reappear entirely, revealing now a truly demented smile.

"Wonderful. Max. Oscar. Napras. Yes... my Queen will certainly wish to meet you. Follow me, human, and we shall see what may be done to cure your ailments. The way is not overly long, but we must walk a good distance now. I trust you would have no difficulty following me in this form, but perhaps another would make you more... comfortable. A moment, please." Even as he spoke, Grimus' body began to blur and fade again, as though he might vanish once more. Instead the feline doubled over before standing tall as his body began to elongate and his fur flattened and seemed to meld together. Within a few moments, a dark-haired man in a well fitted suit had replaced the cat. Pushing dark glasses up the bridge of his nose, he smiles once more.

"Shall we? The Winter Queen awaits." Without further ado he turned on his heel, gesturing for Max to follow as he started off.

Bones creaked as the winds roared through the Fall Court. Falk was standing to his full height. Casting his fell voice upon the Fae Winds he sent out the call for any fae to hear. "Shirk ye at thy duties, to not gather as we convened thus every Moot?" The public rebuke of Summer and Winter cast upon the Realm was very public and purposefully insulting. Shadows raced about the Fall King like yarn about a spindle, hiding him from sight as a second wind converged on the Standing Stones of Britain. As they dissipated Falk stoon before the ancient meeting place. His dark hair tugged in the phantom wind. "Greetings Spring, well thou art to be the first arrived." He strode purposefully to the center, standing at his age old place in a parade rest. Legs apart and hands held behind his back. "Thy Court be well-?" His grey eyes gleamed with amusement as the ancient magics of the place gleamed in his memory.

Galahad and his soldiers stopped as they crossed over into Summer territory. Being a bounty hunter was dangerous, and it tended to be more the risk of offending the Fae Rulers. However most of the time it was easy to go unnoticed, and in Winter court he was almost always safe. As he and his soldiers continued walking through the forest, his breathing slowed back to normal. His prisoner was now begging for freedom, whining about how he'd get killed if he kept on with them but Galahad kept silent. As he looked back on the days events he smiled and breathed in the fresh summer air. This was the adventure he'd left home for. He lived for this.

The good mood Feoras was in shattered as the insult swept through the air. Slowly his eyes begin to change color from their golden honey to a vibrant orange red color. Fury starts to sweep through his features as he stands away from the tree. His hands ball into fists and he seems to go statue still for a moment. "I hope you enjoy this spot Janna. I must leave" his voice seems laced with barely contained fury. Twisting it's velvit tone to something more eerily calm sounding. He turns and walks unbeknownst to him, directly toward Galahad and his soldiers.
He pauses when he hears several footsteps and begging in his forest. With a snarl becoming etched on his face he launches into a tree fire wrapping around one of his fists as he waits for the group to come into view. He needs to burn off some fury and this group was being loud...and breathing. The fire glows eerily and unnaturally red. At least it isn't white.

Tarani smiled crookedly as she watched the group of fairies run from Fall Territory, tails between legs like frightened pups. The thought of crossing a Fae Ruler, Lord Falk especially, was an exceptionally scary thought. She herself shuddered at the thought.

Rays of scattered light fragmented off of Tarani's Fae Form as her form faded to her glamour--a form she preferred anyway,"Perhaps a less frightening form will ease her nerves," she thought to herself, visually inspecting the young maiden for any physical injuries--including ones that were naked to an untrained eye.

"Are you unwell, young one? Lord Falk would be quite dissatisfied if you were. I'd hate to see his wrath incurred upon those foolish Fae." a satisfying tone disguised behind somewhat false words.

She was awefully stunning for a human girl, but that's to be expected... Lord Falk did have taste after all. "Thou art safe out wandering around at such a time. If you may, I insist on accompanying you back to Lord Falk's."

The presence of other Fae making her sense of urgency even more dire, "If you will, Ómorfos? We must put distance between us and this incident." Tarani graciously extended her hand to offer assistance in lightening her load.

With the hunt on the horizon, and the peace meeting just about to start, she decided to officially warn those select few she cared for, about the coming hunt. Though the horns and howls were usually enough warning for anyone, extra time to prepare was always welcomed. She sent ravens with warnings attached to their legs. She changed her dress from the dark blue one she had been wearing all morning into one of her more showy one. Her long black hair was loosely pulled up and pinned, a gold crown atop her head. She dressed in a gold gown to match it. This gown was made of pure gold fabric, something only the fae could create. It moved and shimmered as if it was molting metal. This was what she was wearing to the gathering.

Getting ready for the peace gathering she went over her plans and hopes. Allies with Fall was her biggest priority, though futile that task may be. Peace with the idiotic Seelie Courts was also a desire, but less necessary. The human world was another issue. The advancements the humans had made in the past 1000 years since the last peace meeting were troubling. The technology and complete disregard for the earth was chilling. They had been cutting down forests since long ago, but the magnitude at rate had changed drastically. Creating iron cities to hide away in, and distinct decline of belief in the fae was also angering.

The hour for the peace meeting had finally come. Traditionally, Winter court held a short procession as the winter ruler would lead through to the threshold between the fae realm and the meeting place. But with the truthful rumors of the Wylde Hunt in the air, the fae creatures of winter were in more of a dark and somber then usual. No one felt safe, the memories of the previous hunts where only ones of bloodshed, and sorrow.

She heard Falk's taunt. She was not angry with the Fall king words, to Marzanna they were obviously meant to rile the Seelie rulers. Falk knew better then to anger Marzanna, right? But rather then being mad at his words Marzanna was perturbed. He was acting like a fool, but the Fall King was not a foolish fae, so what was his end game? Marzanna called the procession off, and told her people to prepare themselves for the worse, but hope for the best.

She made her way to the gathering in England, to the ancient place where humans once worshiped them. The cracked stone and overgrown ivy was all that was left of a better time when they had more control over the humans who had once feared them and gave them offerings. She was the second ruler to arrive, which was atypical, as winter usually came last. Fall and Winter faced one another now. "Good day, Fall King." She said calmly as greeting. She had no idea what to expect here, he was up to something. Her internal thoughts and feelings did not show on her face, she looked completely at ease, and beamed with confidence.

"Greetings, Queen of Winter." His silky voice sounded haggard, though his stance proved otherwise. Grey eyes with the overcast of a storm watched Marzanna, lightnings of amusement flashing across them. "Thou looks as lovely as ever. Might I inquire as to you're lateness? It is rather- unusual for those so young and eager in their attempts for royal gain to miss such a important event." Oh, he was amused by this Queen. She was a pretty thing, but that meant little. It would be his demeanor, his words, his actions and all things that concluded what happened in this Moot. If the other two would show up as custom demanded. If they didn't... Well, he'd have to get strict with them.

Aisling glanced away from the Fae, gripping her groceries tightly. "I thank thee for thy help though I must turn thy aid down, My Lady. I highly doubt any would dare attack again as I go deeper into the Fall Realm." She stemmed the carefully worded excuses, determined not to put herself or Falk into any debt. Her steps were light, and soon, tapping against the paved path to the Fall Court. Hoping the Earth Nymph would not be so offended as to stand before her Lord. Most likely not, and she had reason enough. To eat Fae food would tie her tight to the Fae Realm. Still, now, at least she could regain freedom once more.

Galahad marched through the forest, tramling the grass under his steel boots. He could sense something, though he did not know what it was. He felt the danger in the air though, a sixth sense that he'd developed from years of being in the forest. He turned to his fae and relayed his message. "Be careful going forward. There may be danger." Galahad kept up his steady pace, one hand on his sword. There were fae out there that might sense danger and send their people ahead to scout it, or march in the back of the group. Galahad was not one of those commanders. He knew that death would come for them all, in time, and Galahad felt no need to try and run from it. If today was his day, then it was his day.

Feoras' eyes get brighter as the group stomps into view. This group seems to disregard his forest that he is very fond of. Not only that but they seem to have a fae tied up. He recognizes none of them which makes them trespassers to him. Good. The leader talking about danger. A brutal smile as the flame on his wrist dissipates as easily as it had appeared. Silently he drops in front of them and tilts his head."danger only comes to those who seem to ask for it." his voice comes almost as a purr, his eyes vibrant red orange showing that he is still furious at the insult and angry at the group. Loners using an area as a hide away he was fine with, but a group stomping through with no care for the foliage he looked at as rude. He seems unarmed, but those who know him know better. His hands being at his side was just as dangerous as him having anything there.

When Grimalkin said his name, he felt his skin tingle on edge, and he bit his lip, had he made some kind of mistake in telling this creature his name> A look of horror spread across his face he morphed into a human form. " What are you?" He asked, shaking now," Before we go any further, I demand a full explanation. What are you? What did you mean when you called this the world of fairies? And why did you care so much about my name?" He asked, his voice getting more and more panicked and loud as he went on, completely yelling at the man by the end.

As the Fall kings voice echoed through the land, Ardaie audibly groaned. She clapped her hands, and called for a court magician to come to her room. One quickly showed up, and the queen said," Please be a dear and send me to the British Isles, the peace talked to be exact," She drawled, and the Magician bowed, and within the minute Ardaie faded from her castle to the meeting place. In her hand, there was a cup of tea that was at least a third sugar, which she took a sip from. She sized up the other rulers and felt great disdain for each and every one of them. In the end, they were all just obstacles on her way to ruling the rest of the land, and for her to act like they were anything else would simply be a detriment to herself. "Good morning," She said, her voice brimming with false enthusiasm," How lovely it is to see all of you!" She gave a wide smile to the other rulers as she finished off her tea.

Galahad let out a deep sigh as Feoras came into view. He kept his hand on his sword, wary of this fae. He recognized him. He was the ruler of the Summer Court, a fae that Galahad had come by many times in his travels but never spoken to. "My lord. It's a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. I'd give you my name but I'm no fool. Most people call me Gally. You're welcome to as well. Any how I'm sure you've heard of me. I'm a pretty well known bounty hunter and all. I'd hope you'd let us pass today. My good friend is a member of your court, she goes by Bren to most. She speaks quite highly of you," Galahad said, his words flowing out as smoothly as silk. He looked the Summer Ruler in the eyes as he spoke, unafraid of the fires that were supposedly wielded by the Fae Lord.

Feoras listens to the fae start spinning silk to talk his way around him. He tilts his head then taps his chin as if considering allowing them through. "it is lovely to be talked highly of. However, you have a problem. She is a member of the court not you. Actually not any of you...especially the rather displeased tied up one" he seemed to be gaining amusement from this but his anger from the insult was still clearly there. As he gestures to the group red flames start to dance on his finger tips. "considering that...why should I let you who trampled the forest floor with no regard, through these lands unharmed? Or even allow you through at all?" his full attention then lands on Galahad with a look that would give most fae a heart attack. His attention with these colored eyes is always a game of risk. Wrong words lead to horrible injuries or death. The fire on his fingers seem to make his features sharper, more feral.

His expression souring, Grimalkin turned back to Max with a frown. It was too late now for him to present any difficulty or real resistance, but still it was annoying to be called out in such a manner. The use of the word 'fairies' was particularly irritating.

"Listen closely this time. This is the Fae Realm, home to all types of those you humans call 'fairies.' If you wish to be specific, I am a member of the race known as Cait Sith, or the Fae Cats. I wished your Name from you as payment for a bargain and because Names, true Names, have power. Now, Max Oscar Napras, you will cease your caterwauling and address me with a civil tongue. We go now to my Queen, and you will follow." Berating the man in little more than a harsh whisper, Grim stepped close and put his face close to Max's while allowing his glasses to fall enough to show his eyes. He had barely finished when the voice of the Fall King rode across the winds of the realm. Thinking on the call for a moment, he decided to make one of his own, though entirely more personal. Calling on the magic within him and that bestowed upon him by his Queen, he sent a message by way of thought to his liege.

Mine wondrous Queen, I fear the distance is too great for me to come immediately to your side. If thou wouldst honor me with a favor, I ask that you summon thy humble servant. I have with me a human as well, whom I have coerced into my service. He would also require transport by thy hand, unless you prefer that I return him first to Court before rejoining you. As ever, I await thy call.
