As Gearfried sliced Camryn with their iron blade, a yawn came over from the audience. Haas' eyes flickered open, adjusting to the light for a bit. Once he regained sight somewhat, looking down upon the field revealed... A missed duel. Aw, damnit! Would've been great if Haas had gotten to see that... He jumped up from his seat and fist-pumped the air, feeling fully refreshed after that nap. "Alright, Not missing the next one!" they shouted to themselves, before realizing there probably were people around still... Erm... Whoops? A few of the students were giving him a weird look for just a second, then minding their own business again. "Note to self, don't do that in public again." Haas mentally reminded himself, scanning the area once more afterwards.
It seemed like there was an especially bored girl hidden in the audience, leaning on a skateboard and chewing on... Something. Didn't seem like they took a notice of Haas... Though he decided it'd be a good idea (somehow) to approach her anyway. Figured she might appreciate someone to talk to, right? Puffing up his chest, Haas walked as if he hadn't a care in the world towards the other person. It was a tad annoying, considering a few others were in the way and he actually had to jump over a row of seats at one point. It also basically ruined any cool entry he might've had. When Haas got in earshot range, they cried out a simple "Hey there!" from a little bit aways. Then, Haas realized had NOTHING to start a conversation with. Which led to a bit of awkward silence on his end as he walked towards Cassie. And even when the boy stopped in front of them. Damn. "Hi, I'm Haas! I thought you looked bored, so I came over to say hi." ...Was that seriously the best he could do? Haas didn't show the inner panic he had, but right now his mind was in turmoil. The guy's face didn't betray a hint of that though, just having a goofy, friendly, smile plastered across it.
The boy Ethel attempted to talk to reacted better than she expected, which was good. She put on a little fake smile to come across as friendly, even. Andre replied to her greeting with something quite frankly... Stupid... But that didn't matter. All Ethel needed to do was hold his attention for a little bit. "No, I don't mind you being creepy." she replied, fake smile plastered across her face. The girl would have said more, but then something... Unexpected happened. First, someone fell a little ways behind Ethel. Then she could hear them scrambling to get up and stumbling on over. If it wasn't already bad enough, the worst possible outcome happened. They started to talk. "Is there any chance I could join in on this little gathering?" came from next to the girl, the boy from earlier being the one to speak up. Oh god, why was VINCENT here?!
This situation got worse by the minute. The wind dorm had sufficiently managed to piss Andre off, who bit back pretty harshly at Vincent. Ethel needed to try and salvage the situation to the best of her ability, though that duel doesn't seem to be in the cards anymore for her... Argh! "N-No... He's... Not a friend. But I'll do that." Ethel did a small bow to signal her leave, then grabbed Vincent's collar and dragged him off. Surprisingly enough, even without having the best of conditions the girl showed some pretty remarkable arm strength. Probably from drawing all those cards. She didn't even give Vincent the option of leaving on his own, throwing him forward a little once out of Andre's ear shot. "Don't do that again." she warned the guy, then proceeded to walk past him and make her way back to the Tower.
