First and foremost, they are young people who should not be thrust into wartime matters, regardless of their previous experiences. So, while special treatment is given to them as Arms Masters, they are also treated the same as regular teams. The goal of most Arms Masters academies is not to create exceptional soldiers with Noble Arms, but to create Arms Masters who excel at being people.

@Altasaire Just because it has a direct had does not mean they are in total control. By having a direct hand, all it means is they are the prime benefactors and thus also the ones that get the most scholarship recommendations after graduation - which typically leads to a swell military career. Trust me, many schools in the Philippines are backed by the military and have a direct hand in some of their programs while not being in total control.

And by excel as a person, I mean as someone who can contribute to society, which basically means someone who graduated from high-school with enough understanding to put the knowledge he learned to good use. College graduates fit that definition too I guess xD

I'm terribly sorry to be "that guy" but how did Winston a "Model student" pickpocket a bullet into Nishka's pocket without her or another individual noticing and doing something to stop it? I mean given her background she's be use to thieves trying to pick her pockets.

She picked up on the wrong thing, namely him being a pervert and her having little to no valuables other than her sack, which he clearly didn't touch, so she didn't care about that part. Now if she'd been carrying around some money, it'd be a different story.

Huh. I thought Takumi sat with or near Nishka. I do welcome adding an in for Claire to join the active scene, so I'd go with what is established by Eklispe.

So, right now, Takumi is sitting near Winston across an aisle, Nishka by herself, Yuri in the back, and Claire is hovering somewhere in limbo until she posts. If I'm correct.
