I did say that I would get to it after I finished the Hawkeye (All-Star Marvel) and Iron Knight post (both of which are done). I will hopefully get something up in the next 12 or so hours (was going say by the end of the day, but that meaning varies depending on your location ).

Anyways, the last Lyger/Radiance post was put up 4 days ago and the last Raptor was 14 days ago, so I have quite some time on my hands.

Actually, she usually does things that accomplish several things to better the city itself as you'll learn when she starts kidnapping homeless metas in min-arcs after this. Right now, this only serves as a test to the heroes and will only further the city's dependence on them. Something that won't help the weaker citizens in the long run according to her mind. The strong exist to make the weak desire to be stronger, which means protecting the weak is only making them more dependent and pitiful rather than building them up through hardship and suffering. (her own history actually developed this psyche so she believes since it worked for her, it will work for everyone)
