Dang joey xD I'm typing right now.

-There are going to be festivals but the once a month tournament doesn't have anything to do with a lot of these. Somiar is simply a place that loves festivals. The tournament is part of a battle festival where people sell weapons, armor, etc.

-People in Somiar, which is a big place will be joining together here at the tournament. So sure, all around the globe.

-If the enchanted weapon comes in a pair then sure. There can be different forms of your weapon.

-The dragons are in the Dungeon Forest (Will be adding details for it later) People usually go there to tame and kill violent dragons. Killing dragons that did no harm to you is illegal in Somiar. Dragon babies are often sold in Somiar but that is only in the extra shop. Also, they can begin to speak at age 4.

-The people of Somiar love their technology. It all depends which city you go to (Will be adding Marida town later: Tech city). But yes, they do heavily rely on magic.

Name: Arson Steelheart

Age: 65

Gender: male

Appearance:

Race: Human

Personality: A hard man and as stubborn as a bull. Though he is 65 he is still very well build and fit like he was ready for anything. He very forward and gets straight to the point without sugarcoating it. He is also short tempered to people to disrespect his work that he poured sweat and tears into making and would throw them out regardless of who they were. Though through that hard metal exterior he has a heart made of gold.

Likes: Well made items, customers, money, his job, and well rounded people, he also tends to be a pushover to small nice children.

Hates: Scammers, tax collectors, brats, and petty workmanship.

Background: Only a few really knows his story since he's very closed about his personal life. He was supposedly from the bloodline of craftsman that made Excalibur and other legendary artifacts though not even he knows if that's true. He was in fact born to a craftsman blodline though and became one of the greatest blacksmiths within the century. In his younger days he used to go out and get ingredients himself and though he will never admit it he supposedly broke that law and killed a few dragons for there scales and hearts and not in self-defense. Though one day he was out doing so, after he slain the Dragon he saw a child crying behind the corpse in the cave, a dragonborn. Guilty he felt that he must take the child in since he no longer had a guardian and taught him what he knew. He quickly warmed up to him but was uninterested with his work and would rather learn how to use the weapons he made than actually make them. Though he was stubborn to teach him his ways he eventually gave in and taught him what he knew, which wasn't much. After he was old enough he began taking him to the festivals with him to help and the shop. He would quite often sneak away to explore. He didn't really know how but he began to learned more and more about fighting till he rare call him a expert. His till lives with him today helping him with his work.

Magic: Enchantment. Many can place a enchantment on a small trinket but only few can truly bring out the most of art of enchanting. He brews ingredients freakish and turns them into liquid. From there he mixes them in with the molten metal and magic. After he crafts the metal into a blade that can withstand anything. They never dull or break and are always seemingly perfectly balanced. Most of his enchanted swords can not only parry other weapons but sometimes magic too. All of his works have some type of ability that sets them alone from the others blades he has made like the ability to increase the users speed or to bend earth magic. Though his main stock contains swords he has made enchanted armor upon special requests.(All characters, even humans can use magic or at least one special power)

Weapon: Whatever is handy, which tends to be a sword since he makes thousands of them.

Profession: blacksmith if you haven't guessed. Though he does create the finest enchanted swords out there he still makes amazing require swords for the...less fortunate. Compared to the workmanship to the swords, most prices among regular swords would be considered dirt cheap though they are still expensive. Also upon a requested item he requires you to obtain the ingredients needed to make it, to insure you are worth of such a powerful blade.

Are you new to Somiar? Or have you been living here for a while?- He has been heard from all around the world of his remarkable craftsmanship though he lives high in the mountain away from society. Unfortunately that doesn't pay the bills so he frequently visits Somiar to sell his works, usually a festivals when there are more people.

Name: Jade dragnelian

Age: 27

Gender: Female

Appearance:

Race: Dragonborn

Personality: Lighthearted and just as stubborn as Arson. She looks for the best in everyone and quite the negotiator. She picks her words carefully and is very sly when needed though when she's distracted she loses that ability. Though she doesn't hold grudges she never forgets it whether it be good or bad. Quick minded and can think on impulse what needs to happen when in dire need.

Likes: People, fighting, festivals, new things, and magic.(Doesn't have to be too much if you want to be mysterious. Just at least three)

Hates: Pointless lethal fighting, staying stagnate, indoors, water.(Doesn't have to be too much if you want to be mysterious. Just at least three.)

Background: Jade remembers very few memories of her childhood before Arson but the ones she does were always happy. She remembers the Dragon black as night and yet seem to shine in the light. It had big Amber eyes and breathed fire which was also black. She remembers sliding down its back and snuggling up with it for warmth in colder nights. Her favorite memory was when it took her on a ride through the sky on her back. It was twilight and had a hard time telling if she was up or down nothing through the clouds. She would do almost anything to have that feeling one more time. After the "incident" she likes to call it, she wasn't necessary unhappy but world seem to lose a bit of magic and became less colorful. He taught her his work but was resistant and stubborn about learning it. She found it more entertaining to play with the things he made. When she was old enough Arosn took her to a festival in Somiar and the world seem to regain its lost magic. There was colors and people everywhere, chatting, bartering, playing, and much more. She often snuck away from Arson to go play with other children or learn more about fighting through watching others. As she grew older a few kind souls began teaching her moves and styles till she was trained enough to develop her own fighting style. You can often find her either training or in the shop though there are the occasions where she has some fun.

Magic: She can create and wield fire at will. What makes it special is that it's black flames and it works slightly different. It would burn you like a normal fire but is cooler than normal fire, though where it really gets its power from is the massive pain it inflicts on people. She is also is very resistant to fire than most races though it can still burn her, though she is completely immune to the effects of her own corresponding the potential burns. She is extremely nimble and has the ability to significantly increase her power for a short amount of time. Unfortunately this comes with a price and exhausted and out of energy to use magic. This ability also creates what one would call a shell of armor around her resembling a dragon. Her swords also amplify her powers but limit her to short ranged to melee attacks, which she finds a plus for her.

Weapon: Two enchanted blades that can wield fire, though instead they simply just boost her magic.

Profession: Swordwoman, blacksmith, and a clerk for the shop.
