I don't think we've ever not accepted a character, save for maybe a slayer or two.

And while I'm not the official word, I believe this is completely open to join.

And, no, you don't have to read the whole IC, but the last ten pages (Give or take) might be a good idea so you know where everyone's characters are-ish.

Yes, we certainly are! You can submit a CS by posting it here in the OOC. You need a majority vote in favor of it from the GMs, but they'll give you feedback so you can make changes and stuff. I haven't seen them turn anyone away outright.

There's also a summary that may or may not be up to date. I... Mmmnnn should read it sometimes.

We're always accepting new Wizards! Keep in mind that if you wish to join a guild there are three currently: Phoenix Wing, Dragon Fang, and Frenzy Plant. I run Dragon Fang through the guild master Jack Goran and Lugubrious runs Frenzy Plant through the guild master/general Sanders. Welcome to the RP!

Also, don't be afraid to ask questions. Right now is a good point to join as almost everyone is at the Grand Magic Games. And in this case there has not been one of these games for 100 years, so it is a new experience for just about everyone.

Guilds are really making a come back and we're currently in the first Grand Magic Games in a hundred years.
