I would like to, first and foremost, thank you all for your patience. It has been a long few days, and the OOC has mutated and been mutilated in an untold number of ways. We've had a very diverse series of submissions - by far the most diverse and interesting of any iteration so far, and a great departure from more traditional conceptions of what a god character should be like. I'm certain that it will only add to the RP.
Cyclone, Rtron and myself gathered in the PM section, and the debate quickly got a bit heated so we moved over to PiratePad where we could better tear into one another and give each other a good piece of our mind in real time. Needless to say...well, I'm sure you've noticed that none of us have been talking to each other OOCly. Quite frankly, I've had enough of the two for a life-time and hope to never have to enter a PiratePad with either of them again. Thankfully though, while we were in there, we found the Character Sheets to be a good outlet for our rage, and we proceeded to rip into them (and into each other on occasion).
Now, I want to set a few rules before I announce who has been accepted. First of all, our decision will not be appealed and is final (mainly because something might happen to me if I have to enter that PiratePad again, but also because we don't have a Court of Appeal or a Supreme Court or any appellate or GM-review system, so you're stuck with what you've got). Second of all, if your name isn't on the list, don't make a big fuss in the OOC. PM me to ensure that I haven't just missed you randomly. If that is the case, then I will correct the list. If you have, indeed, been rejected, then you can either stay in the OOC and remain part of the group, or if you can't manage that, then leave peacefully and keep it friendly. I know it's hard to handle, but it is what it is - this RP has a particular standard, and we hold ourselves to it. So, without further ado, find the list below.
Thanks! I shall do my best to make you proud! Also, this is exactly what I had been hoping you were doing: trolling us by playing on our worries. Well done.
I'll sleep on it, and start my post tomorrow. I couldn't work on it ahead of time because I spent three days indecisively stressing over what sort of God I most wanted to write. <_<
