Personality: A cheerful and kind man, a rarity in the wasteland. He keeps this face on for his own sanity and his soldiers. Andrew puts his morals above anything else and would not betray them for anything.

Faction: Outer Banks Republic

Equipment: Standard OBR equipment including brass knuckles, 20 rounds for his 10mm pistol, 50 rounds for his .22 rimfire hunting rifle, and was able to get two hand grenades.

Skills: An excellent marksmens he has showed his worth in long-ranged battles against raiders. Andrew also has a wide knowledge of the creatures and plants of the wasteland able to pick put which ones are dangerous and ones that aren't.

History: Andrew Jacks comes from a long line of politicians in the Outer Banks Republic including his father who is a high end politician and the mayor of Elizabeth Town. Due to this Andrew grew up a spoiled life, as far as living in the wasteland goes. While he was growing up the Claw Raider-ORB war was going on near Elizabeth Town and the mayors house was used as a hospital for injured soldiers. Andrew saw many dead and injured men in his house while simply getting from room to room. This inspired him to join later in live wanting to give back to the country he lived in and after much disapproval from his parents joined the Army.

He passed the tests with flying colors and was deployed as a Riflemen with the 3rd Outer Territory Company. This is where he has had a few combat missions fighting Covenant Raiders and other considered pests. His biggest challenge is coming with The Covenant closing in on a trading settlement to the south with heavy causalities from the OBR his company is to be sent in and push back the Raiders towards the sea. Andrew is anxious but ready for mission whenever it begins.

Name: Brick "Forge" Burnside

Appearance:


Age: 25 or so

Personality: Fairly lax and care-free. A lighthearted individual who's friendly demeanor makes him easy to like and a popular choice among customers. He treats his work with the utmost respect and treats all weapons he views as a work of art. His one "trigger" is people who treat weapons as disposable tools and nothing more. If he gets even a whiff of disrespect off of someone the switch flips and he goes completely psychotic, usually ending with the offender dead on the floor, killed by their own weapon.

Faction: Self-aligned, open to contracts from anyone willing to pay.

Equipment: Personal weapons: .44 Magnum (modified with bull barrel, heavy receiver and comfort grips) and combat shotgun (modified with full stock, long barrel, drum magazine, and compensator). Professional Gear: Large selection of weapons, mods, and ammo for sale. Toolbox stocked with every tool he needs to repair or modify weapons. Small ammo-crafting kit. Stockpile of assorted scrap metals and other miscellaneous items used as components.

Skills: Weapon maintenance/care/modification, ammo production, and at least a passing knowledge of most styles of combat.

History: Brick's father was a Gun Runner operating out of New Vegas. He was one of their best men, a highly-skilled salesman and craftsman who simply loved his work. He learned everything he could about weapons, and wanted to know more. He jumped at the opportunity to join a caravan headed for the mythical Commonwealth on the east coast. Their mission? To establish a series of east coast branches of the Gun Runners, and eventually create a national network of death-dealers. The Commonwealth Gun Runners flourished in their initial years, and began to spread out by making lucrative deals with major weapons dealers in every region, as per the plan.

By the time of Brick's birth, they had established small, but successful and well-respected outposts in Ronto, The Pitt, and The Capital Wasteland. Naturally, Brick grew up surrounded by weapons and took an interest in learning everything his father could teach him. Throughout the years, the two of them wandered from outpost to outpost, learning both the slight and significant differences in how the different craftsmen of the Gun Runners operated. With time, he too became obsessed with the 'beauty' of weapons, and truly took the teaching of 'weapons are art pieces' to heart.

Shortly after his father passed, Brick was selected for a new project. A travelling caravan of Gun Runners equipped with all the necessary equipment to preform their signature services even in the middle of nowhere. They were known as the Wandering Weaponforge, and for several years, business was good. Not long ago, word of a new opportunity for expansion came- The Outer Banks, Brick, a few guards, and three other craftsmen were to move into this region and establish a new outpost near a major settlement. Their journey was long and not without setbacks, only Brick and 3 of the guards made it to their destination. Three months later, Brick has made some success in his mission. Word is beginning to spread of a man known only as 'Forge' who is set up at the Davenport Homestead outside Creswell who can do miraculous things with weapons, as long as you have the caps to pay.

Appearance: 

Charles Xian is a tall, well-built man whose mixed race parentage can been seen in his rounder eyes and bulkier build. He wears a mottled green Chinese camouflage uniform and combat armour with an officers cap. He also sports a neatly trimmed goatee beard.

Age: 34

Personality: Xian is a dedicated combat soldier and officer, and is a skilled strategist. He is a kind man who dedicates his life to the cause he serves, Communist Carolina. He is also a well-spoken and affable man, who is easy to get along with.

Faction: People's Liberation Army (Chinese Remnants)

Equipment:

History: 

Charles Xian is the product of a union between a Third generation survivor of the Chinese 35th Army and a local woman. Growing up in the relative safety of the Remnant territory, he was enthused by tales of incredible bravery and sacrifice of his ancestors who had braved the sea crossing to attempt the invasion of the USA. When it became clear that the USA had ceased to exist and so had China the army had struggled for decades to survive on the coast, building alliances and fighting wars with their neighbours. 

Xian's  father, Hsin, had also been an officer in the PLA, the armed forces of this new Communist state. He raised his son to undertake the same mission, and serve in the field. As soon as he was old enough Xian joined the army, reaching the rank of Captain. He is a veteran of many vicious battles throughout the wastes.

Name: Eden Reen

Appearance: A wild woman of the wastelands, skin tanned from always staying outside, golden eyes, long curly brown hair that goes past her waist, almost always matted with a head band made of leather. A more toned form than anything standing in at around 5,7- 5,8


Age: Shes lost track but thinks its around 22

Personality: An almost feral air around her. Living in the wasteland to survive with her family as a child had done some damage to her. Learning to trust her instincts shes usually extremely closed off. Only speaking when needing to. The only one who sees the almost motherly nature from her is her younger sister.

Faction: She'll work for anyone that will offer protection for her sister.

Equipment: Donned in leather armour and a sniper rifle slung over her back she carries a blade with a compartment for irradiated blood to insure that if a threat crosses her they will fall one way or another. A lighter and pocket knife used as tools as well as a slightly burnt journal that looks to have been read far more than it was intended to.

Skills:Sneaking is what kept her alive, A sharp shooter like no other in her old settlement, shes been using her ability to become an exceptional hunter. Some thinking she has the ability to subdue any creature due to her following her instincts and is sometimes able to ward off what many would call dangerous beasts, though some would find that shes just learned their habits after hunting them down for so long.

History: Living with her family on a small farm like settlement, Eden and her younger sister Aurora collected extra caps for their family by collecting strange radiated herbs and trading them to travailing doctors. Their dream was to get a Gallows horse and ride through the fields by night when the skies were not so harsh. Yet everything changed when raiders came, slaughtering everyone she knew as though they were the cattle they raised they destroyed everything, taking all that would have some use. Taking her father's gun from his corpse she killed her first human yet she had no time to even vomit. Her sister's screams were enough to tell her that they had to get out and get out fast.
By the time she found her, Aurora was unconscious and obviously hurt. It was from the killing of everything they knew that created the person that was able to get their life savings and safely steal her and her sister away into the night. She did not stop until she found another settlement, and it was there that local doctor had given her the news that might as well have been a death sentence in the new world they found themselves in.

Name: Aurora Reen

Appearance: Deep red curly hair that reaches her mid back, a vary clean appearance and kind golden eyes that are identical to her sister's fair skinned from almost always being inside she seems to somehow have become a lady in such a place as the apocalypse. Even if that lady has almost always been caught wearing old worn in overalls.

Age: 19

Personality: A soft spoken woman with a mind like no other. A kind smile to all, she can have a few witty come backs, a charismatic person so long as you can get her away from a book or work.

Faction: Shes been wanting to use her talents for more, but has no idea where she should go.

Equipment: A trusty tool box of anything and everything. From crow bars she found in the trash to screw drivers and wrenches her sister found for her in the abandoned cities. The only thing she keeps on her at all times is a pocket knife that holds a cork screw, nail file, lock pick and a vary vary small screw driver.

Skills: She will never be able to fight and so has worked on sharpening her mind. Working around lost technology she became obsessed with upgrading weapons and military works such as power armour. Always tinkering with things with no fear from a fat man waiting to be loaded to a child's toy that no longer ran. Her memory being top notch she found she had a knack for all things that she saw as a puzzle waiting to be solved.

History: She doesn’t remember much from the night that haunts her older sister. Only that she heard her parents yelling and her legs were tingling for a bit. After that she found herself in a bed, a strange sensation in her belly with her sister in tears as she spoke with a doctor who explained that she would never walk again.
Life had been hell after that. She could not remember when she was left alone outside to enjoy the sun or her own independence. Being stuck in a chair meant that now her sister fought to keep her protected from those who would take advantage of a cripple. From becoming someone's punching bag to even whoring herself out just to keep her little sister safe. Aurora has know the entire story of what Eden was doing for her and had taken a toll but was also one of the things that sparked her need to be useful and learn how to use her mind to help her older sister.
Shes still setting aside extra money shes been getting from fixing random things people bring her to buy a gllows horse so that she can finally walk alongside her sister. For now she lives in a one bedroom hut attached to a garage where shes seen more than her fare share of family owned body guards.

Name: Rey Velasquez

Personality: Rey had always used to be a stern person. He would straighten his back and carry a grim look on his face. There was a serious atmosphere around him during casual conversation. He hardly ever cracked a smile. Rey believed it was the proper attitude for the current state the world presented itself. Unfortunately, he was involved in an incident that changed his perspective within himself.
He changed his personality ten-fold. Instead of a stern attitude he has a sarcastic demeanor. Rey hardly becomes serious unless the situation calls for it, but casually he does hold a smile. This doesn’t necessarily describe him as carefree, but more entertaining. Rey will feel trapped if a moment is calling for him to be serious and there is no reason for it; he refuses to listen sometimes if it will bring him down.

Faction:(Optional) N/A, but claims to be a part of Outer Banks Republic

Equipment: He carries most of his equipment within his handy backpack. Rey’s backpack contains the common necessities like bottles of water and some miscellaneous food items. Rope and a flashlight can be found inside for whenever the situation calls for it. A pair of handcuffs for multiple reasons, but no key is available.
His defense relies on three weapons he has managed to stumble upon during his adventures. For his common shootout, he hauls an efficient 10mm pistol with a good supply of around 35 rounds. His secondary weapon is called out when more fire power needed. The combat rifle is swapped out when the moment is becoming too hostile. If melee weapons are not needed, he’ll have to get up close and personal with his trusty metallic bat.

Skills: Rey is a conservative…when it comes to ammo. He does not rely on firepower to get the job done for his two weapon choices are not compatible to take down an army. He has become adept with sneaking from experience of diminishing the enemy’s defenses with a few silent takedowns. Through a lot of close encounters, he has developed a calm and collective attitude when dealing amongst stressful problems.
He has gained a somewhat understanding of collegiate wrestling takedowns and capoeira from some magazines he had read before. Rey did not receive a black belt, but he did learn two or three moves. Reading can be dangerous.

History: Rey has been by his lone some for a while. This is not to the cause of trust issues or everyone dying around him. He just has not found any friendly faces or faces he can tolerate. He is affiliated with the Outer Ranks Republic; however, this is a lie disguised as a front to convince people not to mess with him. Rey has not gone his way to find companions, if the fate presents itself with travelers to stick by his side, then everything will be okay. He managed to see it this far without having a sidekick or partner.
There was a time where Rey did have a near-death experience. During a shootout, a stray bullet had found its way through his chest. There was a chance of it coming near to his heart. Before coming to blood loss, a doctor from the town he was residing in was able to patch him up. When the realization hit that he could have died, his perspective of the world and how he behaved quickly changed.
Rey utilized a grimaced face and stern exterior because that is what the state of the world called in. He lived in a shitty world and had to adapt with a shitty attitude. Once he had his epiphany, he acknowledged he had to be more laid back. If this experience happens again, Rey wants to die with a smile on his face. Instead of frowning with the world, he wants to laugh at it in its ugly face.

Equipment: 10 stimpacks, a few hundred caps, amo, grenades, food, a tend, a lighter, cigarettes, a backpack, a controllable voice modifier in her helmet, and a bedroll.

Skills: amazing shot, amazing reaction timing, speed, strength, athletics, hand to hand combat, bladed and blunt wepons, intimidation, jimnastics/flexibility.

History: Sam was born and raised in a exsprimental military vault where she excelled at combat, gun, blade, and military training. She never liked the vault suits. One day the valt's system went off line and the life support systems went offline. After a day or two of trying to get the vault door open the people in the vault died until she was the only one left. They didn't want to use explosives, they thought it would make the valt come down on them. Since she was the only one left she brought every explosive thing in the vault and bared it against the vast door and blew it all to hell. One the smoke cleared she head blown the door open enough for her to get out. She remembered her dad had found a soot of thick light armor behind his wall. She thought to her self that it would be a good idea to bring it. Just in case she neded it. And she left to go to the cost. She had heard about the ocean in the vault and wanted to see it for herself. The vaults name was vault '266'

Name: She's not sure of it. So she named herself Crest.

Appearance: She stands at about 5'5" and has jet black hair and brown eyes. She has relatively light skin, and is missing the index finger of her left hand. She wears a brown leather outfit, exposing a large tatoo of some kind of tribal symbol on her shoulder. The remnants of what used to be leather armor hang off of her lower half, but she's pretty much discarded her armor completely (it was falling apart and useless)



Age: she isn't sure of this either. (is actually 23)

Personality: Friendly and outgoing, tends to say some sarcastic things when she probably shouldn't. She is a remarkably quick learner, and with given time, she can actually form complex strategies.

Faction: Not that she knows of.

Equipment: Three combat knives, a machete, and a Chinese officer's sword. She also carries bandages, rubbing alcohol, a sewing needle, dental floss, and a lighter.

Skills: Treating wounds, fighting with knives and swords, strategy.

History: She can't remember a single thing. She woke up about six hours ago with no memory of who she was, where she was or what was happening. She had a huge bleeding gash on her head, which apparently she somehow knew how to treat. So she started to head towards.. somewhere that wasn't where she was. On the way, she was attacked by raiders, and instinct kicked in. She defended herself with her swords, unfortunately getting shot in the shoulder and arm twice. She scarcely managed to survive the attack and treat her wounds. Severely weakened, she is now searching for somewhere safe to rest and regain her strength before attempting to figure out exactly who she is and where she came from. (she is fighting a losing battle, let me tell you XD)
