Biography: The first thing you have to realize about Atlas before you explore him and his history is his most distinguished feature. Something that is hard to miss no matter who you are, Atlas had a presence. Something about the way he held himself seemed to scream authority treading a thin line between a enforcer of law or a king.

Strong willed, arrogant, and cynical these main traits make him who he is, a man that can't blend in. No matter how hard he tries his every movement, his every breathe demands attention paired with his presence this really turns Atlas into a man who can command a room, and hold it's attention.

With a loud cry a beautiful soul was born into the world arriving as the couples eight child but sadly eight was too many. He family could never be called rich in any stretch of the word barely managing to feed three kids and that was less that half the children they had. The first sight this child had when he opened his eyes where his family leaving him on a door step.

Atlas was a lively child as he was always consistently active, sociable, bright boy, who could not stop from doing something for minute. He could not deny that he was happy though times he could not help but feel like he was an outsider in his own home and that there was a major aspect he had forgotten but with a noble family to provide for his needs, a young boy doesn't notice much detail.

That was when the big Revelation when he had reached 8 years old, his new family sat him down and began to explain how they found him and how the time was right for him to return their kindness. They wanted to mold him into a man so that they could offer him to be the next jinchūriki further establishing their status within Kumo. He became cold after that day but he listen and did his best with the same abundant energy he had when he was a child, after all they were still the closest thing he had to family.

That is when he joined the academy with the same zeal he had always shown, it took him a year of being out-shinned but most of the class before he found his groove, he slowly started reducing the gap before widening it in his favor. At age 10 he was already grasping how to use his lightning affinity effectively, spending hours upon hours training. There was no glint of pride from his family nothing but cold stares, he knew he needed to be stronger.

Expanding his repertoire after forming a solid ninjutsu base he moved to taijutsu, he needed a weapon that could enhance him in battle. At first he wielded a katana but every about that screamed off, that is when he found brass knuckles. They seemed to conduct lightning well which made his style deadly. Although he called it style it was more a of a brutish thug beat-em up kind, however it worked ad that was all he could ask for.

He graduated not as a genius but as a prodigy who excelled through hard work hopefully he would make them proud, they hadn't looked at him the same since he was deemed to incompatible to be a host. Neither did he look at himself the same, in his eyes he had brought them shame. That was when he decided on his lifes ambition, to be able to subdue the eight tails single handedly and to be apart of the Eight tail subduing team

His sensei turned out to be a master of black lightning, he asked countless times to learn but he was met only with no at every door. Him and the rest of his team went on to take part in the chunnin exams, they had liked to think themselves as advanced and more ready than others but that was their downfall. Powerless to save his friends, he watched helplessly as they were killed in front of his very eyes unable to do anything as the kill was sanctioned by the exams , he came out of the exams a chunin but he had lost more than he gained.

Doors flew open and his sensei invited him to his home were he explained the risks should he fail in learning how to harness black lightning, he understood well. This was not going to stop him in the slightest. They went on missions together usually high-ranked it was a little unorthodox but with request after request filled the Raikage lifted the sanction, through countless of missions he earned the right to be invited in the subduing of the eight tails, he earned his field promotion as he was able to by the Raikage precious time to recuperate and managing to inflict a wound on the beast.

It was by the time he was 33 that the Raikage spoke to him privately explaining how his death would arrive in only a matter of time, this lead to Atlas wondering why he was there. Raikage before his death wanted too, but the word he used was needed to groom Atlas into a man who commands power, into a man who could be unbeatable.Surely enough 2 years later the Raikage's death happened but it was on his own terms on the battlefield were he could relieve glory in his final moments. He was a greater man, and Atlas was going to try prove he could be greater now that the mantle had been passed to him.

I don't see much of a problem with your character, although what I want to know is are you possibly aiming for Raikage spot and kindly differentiate black lightning armor and the original one, I assume black is faster? Anyways, your character from the get go is badass and good to see another Oda Tier Ninja. Speaking of which, where are all the other Jounin lol

Seeing as the difference between Black lightning and normal lightning was never touched upon that left it largely up to interpretation. At this point I assume that is a more potent or better harnessed version of lightning taking on a black color because I don't see the third raikage learning to do this just because he liked the color or it made him look cooler that would just be pointless. So yeah I would say it's stronger and/or more potent meaning as a result jutsu used with black lightning are stronger. So taking lightning release armour and utilizing it with Black lightning the result is that he is able to move faster etc. Atleast that's how I see it, I consider it the highest nature transformation of lightning.

Got a question here...
Just how big is the gap between a S-class ninja and a A class ninja? Are they fairly close or does a S class wipe the floor with a A class. Also how big is the gap between A and B

I'm guessing it would be a tough battle, but the S-Ranked would come out as victor with some damage. A B-class, though, probably wouldn't be much trouble at all.
