Quiet weekend, or is it just me?

Bit quiet. I'll post after Cull and Fate to move things along and give Thor his chance to shine.

I'll be going to a friend's house later, and might be able to use a computer to get a post out then. If not, it's going to be a bit longer while I torture myself with this tablet.

It's been sooo quite. I've got this post lined up and it just keeps getting revised and longer.

It's not just this RP for me either, it's all my RP's (well, basically that's just 1 other RP..) but also my 1x1. Is it a holiday in America or something?

Not that I know of. Just more primaries.

If you want us to move along Fate, let me know. I would love to see a post from you, but I understand it's not fun to type on a tablet. I'd be beyond upset if I'd lost my PC to a random spill.

Must just be one of those weekends. It's terrible outside here though, all the trees just started pollen dropping. My throats soar from all the crap in the air. That, or I'm getting sick.

I'd die if my cat ruined my computer. All my works on my computer. He already ruins keyboards. At least those don't have hard drives.

I suppose there IS a steam sale on popular games this weekend which could be affecting things. Picked up a few things myself.

When is there not a steam sale trying to take all my money?

Not often enough. Stuff on my wish list only goes on sale maybe once every three months. Still pretty good, considering. I don't pick anything up over ten bucks unless it's a big title.

It's either a steam sale or a humble bundle. Always takin my money... I'm a terribly impulsive spender sometimes.

I used to be the same until I realized that there's at least 30 unplayed games in my library. It doesn't help that my laptop can't even play 90% of what I own.

I just collect steam trading cards now. Badges are addictive.

I have 210 games in my Steam list. And I believe there's at least 20+ games in there I haven't played yet while others have a couple hundred hours of playtime to them. Not that I had that much time to play anything lately between the timesink that is this forum and living with the girl of my dreams.

That didn't keep me from putting down around 15 Euros on Steam this weekend, though, so... make of those numbers what you will.

I'm usually either writing or gaming to excess. This is the only RP I'm in now so it allows me to do both.

I'm hoping no one notices how many elements are inspired by some of the games I've played recently.

I went to check the forums just a little bit ago and I got a server error, that happen for anyone else?

@Thortimer Not today but I haven't been only too much today and it's happened to me before. Perhaps it's one of the admins messing with the site's entrails. At any rate, it shouldn't persist too long if it does at all.

@Thortimer last two days that happened a lot yes.

Years back, the site would intermittently have issues. This would prompt the admins to text Mahz to get over here and fix it. The site seems to be a lot more stable now, but might be helpful to join their Facebook group in case it goes down again. At least then you'll have some information about what's going on.

As an added bonus, you'll also receive numerous updates from people talking about their latest anime RP or complaining about other posters. In fact you'll get that a lot more than any helpful information. But it's an option.

I haven't checked facebook in years. I just have it around for using the messages feature with classmates and scheduling rehearsals. It's always just drama. If I want drama, I'll attend a class or see a production. xD

I have neatly trimmed my facebook friendslist so I don't see drama or political posts I happen to disagree with, thus creating this well-insulated bubble where I can safely protect what remains of my dwindling faith in humanity.

Also @FateWeaver and @Thortimer, I'm going to go ahead and post this evening to move things along. I've sent you both a PM so we can discuss relevant information about Almeri between the three of us if necessary, and Fate can tell me how he wants his character moved if he has any preference.

I'm not counting you out Fate, post whenever you can. I can't imagine it's easy to write on a tablet while shouldering the incredible weight of guilt for holding up an RP.

Edit: I forgot some of you aren't American, so I'll go ahead and clarify that evening for me is in about 6-8 hours from now (6pm-8pm CST). I need to sleep first. Yes, I sleep during the day, and no, it has nothing to do with my insatiable thirst for human blood. Those are separate issues.
