"Ok ok. Chill man you can come in." The guard said letting down the gates to reveal the River Cats capital, Downwater. It was a dirty and smelly place but ghouls were welcomed and that was a rare statement out here on the Outer Banks.

"Looks like one of your own is de-" just then he sensed it, a hand in the trigger and a bullet already flying at him. Rex moved at ungodly speeds when the bullets came at him one clipped his hair and another one grazed his hand cutting up his trench-coat near the sleeves. He fired back 3 or 4 rounds; he had forgotten for once how many back at the group. Rex then slide to a pile of cinderblocks remnants of a house the Crimson Wings had never torn down and started talking again.

"You see all of you are clueless to what I am! I am a guardian to you people you don't see it yet but the thing in that vault is going to end you all!" He said reloading and looking at his little injury. Thick Crimson blood started to come out of the wound but he was unfazed and had a wicked smile on his face.

"Damn right..." Danny said shaking his head as he walked inside the ghoul city,He knew where the leader was as he headed to the mayor's office.Walking into the main lobby of the building asking the female ghoul that was suppose to be the secretary."Hi is your mayor busy or not?I wanna see him" He said to the female ghoul looking at her finding her strangely cute.

"Get down!" Brick called as he dove to the ground to avoid their adversary's return fire. Rolling behind cover, Brick checked himself for injury then called out to Rex.

"You might as well give up, you're completely outnumbered. Surrender now, and we can part ways amicably. You keep this up though.. and I'll put you down the next time you poke your head out!"

It had Ben a day since Sam had made the mistake of leaving her laser pointer on when spying no on a group of ghouls. That, she would never do again. She was now on some hills surrounding a dried up lake of some sort with a rust thing in the middle. When she looked at it through the scope she saw it was a vault much like the one she once lived in. And moving closer she saw there people at the dried lakebed. Maybe they would be friendly "they dont look like they're dangerous" she said to herself as she walked even closer.

"I can't now we all started this shit now I will end it!" Rex said to the group while hiding behind cover.

"He is very busy...." The secretary said looking at the man, "However I Ian give him your message if you want me too." She said giving the man a quick smile.

"Well tell em that i wanna see him...and if he is too "Busy" for me then i'll go see him without his consent.." Danny said shaking his head and looking at the door.His fist was knocking on the wooden desk loud enough for the mayor to hear him and perhaps to come out to tell him to stop so they can speak.
