Power(s): Angel Magic; Sun is able to summon angelic beings to do his bidding. These angels come in various shapes and sizes and abilities, but Sun can only summon one at a time. Although they are not actually "angels", they are manifestations of his magic through his own perception of angels. The stronger the angel he creates, the more gold coins he must use, which in turn, drains more of his energy. Furthermore, he can grow white wings from his back to fly, as well as form glowing gold halos to use for various purposes.
Item(s): Gold Coins; These gold coins channel his magic. Each gold coin represents a portion of his life-energy. The more powerful the angelic being, the more gold coins he must use, and therefore, the more life-energy he must use. In numerical terms, each coin represents a 10th of his life-force. So once this is all used up, he usually passes out and cannot use his magic until his life-energy replenishes.
Backstory: With his parents constantly traveling on lengthy governmental excursions, Kite lived with and was raised by his grandmother. His parents visited off and on inconsistently, but for the most part, didn't have much of a part in his life. Kite seemed to struggle greatly once his magical powers manifested. Many times when he felt intense and overwhelming emotions, he found it difficult to focus and use his magic properly. Nonetheless, his grandmother was a remarkable woman, who instilled in him everyday that he was beautiful and brilliant. It was this that carried him along on his worst days.
Personality: Sun is a somewhat shy individual who enjoys listening more than speaking. He is very sensitive to the world that surrounds him, to the people and to nature. He spots beauty and interest in mundane things/feelings/actions, ones where some generally don't notice or don't take thought in. Though seemingly quiet and introverted, he is a rebel who feels he should never accept an intangible fate and will usually translate his frustrations into his writing. Furthermore, Sun is an avid reader and he is incredibly compassionate and typically light-hearted, but won't hesitate to snap at others for being impolite or slipping with their manners.
