Alexis was a member of the 2nd before taking on the role of Captain.

As for sound. Think of it as the shockwave of the weapon and impact hitting you or the vessel you're surrounded by. It's -that- kind of loud.

What I'm asking is, why does the Lincoln not have more MAS's? I thought we weren't the only squad on it.

You think a ship this size that only carried a single squad could also carry enough armor and munition to fight off a battleship, or considering we can't take on on in a brawl, to have enough squads to zerg rush :D

Because the UEE still primarily use aerospace fighters- the Lincoln has some dozen aerospace fighters, a few bombers, gunships, and scout craft on board on top of the 7th.

Each carrier in the 5th fleet has a single MAS squadron in its hold, aside from the flagship, which has more. And our squadron is some 12 pilots? That's a lot bigger than most squadrons by far. If you notice, our squadron is usually outnumbered only because multiple Coalition ships release their entire squadrons to face ours. Also, a giant robot takes up considerably more space than a Fighter.

Also, yeah the Lincoln definitely has enough arms and armor to fight off up to a battleship threat- those carriers are renowned for being able to take a big beating and keep moving.
