Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Once Rico and Lulu were heading out, he quickly followed. "Might as well tag along really." He told the two. This time, he was actually moving on all fours. "And thanks for the lunch." He decided to say that now because he might not have a chance later. He looked around as they continued to the dojo. Admittedly, it was fun to think that he would be watching real training in action.

Devon the Totodile

Valiant Village, Central Plaza

Jaunting along at a rather steady pace, Devon followed the others as Gredy led them to this 'dojo' place. Which he assumed was meant for training since that's what Rico and Lulu were there for. The Totodile's head still twisting and turning to look around the colorful town as he walked. Breathing in the sights. That is, until a hoard of horribly beaten and battered Pokémon rushed past his party. Turning his head around to look behind his shoulder, the reptile frowned. "Whoa. What happened to those guys? They look like they all got the crap beaten out of them. I hope they're ok...."

Celty the Mawile
[Valiant Village - Central Plaza]

@Empour@Bright_Ops@Noklu@Light Lord
Quietly following behind Gredy, her neutral demeanor changed as she saw the injured Pokémon rush off towards the Guild. Oh no... those Pokémon look strong, too. Her thoughts were interrupted as one of the Pokémon passing through accidentally bumped into her. Upon further inspection of a nearby Pokémon, it would appear scored across its abdomen. What could have done this...? With this many strong Pokémon, too...

In response to Devon's question, Celty's spoke softly, "I... I don't know. They appear strong, so..." Trailing off, her brows furrowed with worry, "...Let's just hurry to that dojo."

Current World Time: 12:30 - 1:00 P.M.

Valiant Village, Spirit's Guild

The crowd of Pokemon made their very quick procession into the Guild, some helping others who were badly injured. Leading them was an Excadrill, the same one as seen earlier in Dry Valley Gulch. "We need to warn Guildmaster Spirit that Flash is coming! I'll go find him. Ox, go find Mrs. Melody, some of these guys need serious help." His last statement directed towards a Gogoat, who nodded in reply. Both took off into town after this.

The Excadrill dashed around the village, searching left and right for any sign of their Lucario Guildmaster. He wasn't in any of the usual places in the Center Plaza, so he assumed he would be down at the Dojo. He had to hurry, Flash would most likely be right behind them.

Spirit the Lucario and Tzerah the Luxray, Valiant Village, Sawk and Throh Dojo

(Collab with @Iatos)
Spirit stood opposite the female Luxray, keeping his cool with the utmost of ease. He held out his paw, motioning to her. "Ladies first." He moved into a stance of battle, ready to assess and counter whatever came from his opponent.

Tzerah let out a heavy breath as Spirit told her to begin. "Of course he wanted to be on the defensive..." It was not something she would usually see as a gentleman-like move or anything. No, it was simply something she would see someone do who obviously liked to read opponents, doing so by letting them move first. She hunched down slightly before leaping forward as she ran straight towards him, her fangs lit up with fire as she charged straight from the front. Yet before she reached him, she stopped and let out a much quicker Thunder towards him from a much closer range.

Spirit expected no less of a law enforcement Pokemon, using a tactic like this to fool the typical opponent that she was charging with her Fire Fang, which would have been very powerful against him being a steel type, then suddenly switching to a close range Thunder attack. Clever, but not clever enough to surprise him. He brought out his Bone Rush attack, spinning it up in the air, using the move's type to effectively cancel the attack. After that, he rushed forward, swiping the Bone Rush towards her legs to knock her off balance.

Tzerah was many things, but she was not slow on her feet. Once he struck towards her, she leapt back quickly and gained some distance. As expected his Bone Rush was the perfect counter to her lighting. She quickly pounced at the attack, trying to push his it away.

As predicted, Tzerah was quick to evade and counterattack, that was the perfect opening however. Having jumped quickly into the air, the Luxray had left herself open to a simple strike. He turned his Bone Rush away from her grabbing paws and struck quickly into her underside.

The Luxray spun slightly in the air, not as open as one would expect. With cat-like reflexes and grace she landed on the bone and leapt off of it as she propelled herself into the air. Then she dove down fangs flaming to strike high from above.

Undeterred by the slight change in events, Spirit raised his Bone Rush to meet the oncoming Tzerah. As she passed the point of no return, he delivered a swift blow to her head, knocking her away as she neared contact.

There was a loud crack as Tzerah was sent to the ground. However, rather than being blown away, as the dust cleared it could be seen that she caught the bone rush with her fangs rather than taking it straight to the head. Blood dripped slightly from her mouth, and she held it in a firm grip... then another snap as her fangs glowed blue and she snapped the Bone Rush into small pieces with her Icy Fang. She growled as she unleashed a Thunder at point blank range now that his protection was broken.

The Thunder appeared to score a direct hit on Spirit, and a cloud of dust was sent up around him. When it cleared, there was no sign of Spirit anywhere in the arena. Like his name, he was just gone. The blast had also caused all the candles in the room to be blown out, leaving it pitch black. Obviously Tzerah being a Luxray had no issue, but there was still no sign of Spirit. Then some footsteps, and more footsteps. It seemed like they were coming from everywhere at once. Then a blue glow appeared behind her, an Aura Sphere aimed at the ground below the Luxray.

Tzerah shook off slightly as he disappeared, yet as the room became black her eyes lit up momentarily before she quickly scanned it. Yet as she noticed the light she let out a powerful flash of lightning, she looked towards spirit, keeping track of him through darkness and smoke with her x-ray like vision, he wasn't going to be able to play a game of hide and seek with her using his aura vision. However she slightly dodged the Aura Sphere before just standing still.

He continued firing several Aura Spheres in succession, creating several divots in the ground around the battlefield. To an average Pokemon, it may have seemed that he had gone blind or something, but there was always strategy to Spirit's moves. Spirit proceeded to slam the ground around him with Ice Punch, coating the battlefield in a layer of ice, made thicker because of the divots he had made. Once more, he vanished, using his Aura to mask his presence.

Tzerah stood still as Aura spheres whistled past her. As they were not aimed directly at her, she didn't even seem to consider making the effort to dodge them. Yet the cold emotionless presence that came from her soon faded, she let out a loud breath as her lightning faded. Fear settled in her for a moment, yet Spirit was not the cause of it. She breathed hard and sank down to a sitting position. As the fear faded away again she just quietly smiled to herself. "Its enough." She said as she got to her feet... yet suddenly lowered her front. "I yield... claim your prize..." She added before letting out a calm breath.

At once the candles around the room reignited, and Spirit had returned to the position in which they had started. "Something seemed to startle you and make you freeze right there, what was it?" Asked Spirit, concerned with what Tzerah may have just felt, seen, or whatever had happened.

Tzerah looked up at Spirit once he spoke to her, for a moment she lowered her head as he questioned her then she looked up. "I will tell you tonight... not here" She said and stood. She then walked up to him gently leaped up to put a paw on his shoulder before giving his cheek a lick. "See you later..." She said and left without another word walking back towards the guild.

Spirit pondered for a moment what could have been on Tzerah's mind. That thought process was soon shattered by yet another arrival. "Guildmaster, we have a situation!" Spirit turned to find his right hand Pokemon, Razor the Excadrill, nearly out of breath leaning on the door. "Razor, what's wrong... oh no..."

Outskirts of Valiant Village

@Banana
Flash and his gang finally set eyes on the place known as Valiant Village. It was peaceful, quiet, surprising for the afternoon time. "So, this is the place... let's get down there and find that Lucario who thought he could send his bunch after us." He started over, then stopped. He saw what looked like the tip of an ice cream cone sticking out of a bush. He pointed to two of the Crustle, and pointed to the bush. After this, he pointed to the rest of his gang and motioned them the other way.

They made their way through the brush, sneaking around the would be ninja ice cream. They made their approach into the town along the main path. Flash wasn't scared a bit. He'd tangled with the best of them, what could this Lucario guy have that the rest didn't? He stopped his thought process for a second, remembering what he had said before. He refocused, and continued into town.

Hat

Valiant Village, En Route to the Dojo, Afternoon

“Name’s Hat,” Hat said. She didn’t say anything more, and walked behind the others.

Hat didn’t really want to answer Celty’s question. She didn’t really know the answer to it. Following the others did give her time to think about it, though. Was she okay? She felt like she’d been thrown into the sea. She could swim, but everything was so much easier with the safety net of her team.

She continued to think it over as she looked around the town. Everyone here seemed to vibrant and happy. What did her family feel right now? Fear? Anger? Despair?

Hat didn’t, couldn’t know. She’d never been captured before, and she didn’t intend to be. Maybe she should just leave this place, track them down, and-

Suddenly, she was very nearly trampled by a group of massive, hurrying pokemon. She rolled out of the way, and got up soon enough to watch her assailants speed past them. They looked haggard, wounded. What had happened to them? They were very big pokemon, it must have taken a proper monster to do that kind of damage.

They looked to be heading in the same direction they were, too. Hat decided to ask them what happened if they met.

Now seemed like a good opening to speak up, actually. She did need to know more about the town, after all.

“Were those guys trained here?” she asked. She had no intention of actually joining the guild or whatever, but it was a natural thing for a Pokemon to seek out ways to become stronger. She told herself she was faking it, but in reality, Hat felt a small sort of attraction to the idea.

Kargool the Vanillite

Outskirts of Valiant Village
The Vanillite yelled at the group of bandits and charged at them. He was facing the opposite way of the road by complete accident, so when he saw the group barely sneak past, he sprung his attack and went for a strike on the group. "BY THE POWER OF DUSKULL!", Kargool yelled, as loud as he could've possibly yelled. He saw the rag-tag team of outlaws and very quickly assessed his situation. The Scizor would be the main issue, as the Vanillite had a diverse enough movepool to take his allies down fast, especially that Cacturne. As for the Scizor... well... Acid Armor would help immensely, because Steel Types are not very kind, and the Scizor was probably physical. All he could do at the moment was hope that things went smoothly.

Tzerah the Luxray

@Shiny Keldeo

She wandered through the village at an unusually slow pace, her mind was filled with thoughts and she was quite frankly quite confused. However when she had reached the bride by the river he stopped as to decide whatever to head to the guild or to just go home. On the way an Excadrill had rushed past her along with some pokémon that was wounded, at first she didn't ponder at it too hard, then a slight panic lit in her eyes as she realized it was the group that had tried to hunt Flash, she realized then that Flash was most likely not far behind, and a while later she could almost taste the sense of danger in the air. "CLEAR THE STREET!... EVERYON RETURN TO YOUR HOMES IMMEDIETLY, THIS IS NOT A DRILL, I REPEAT RETURN TO YOUR HOMES, NO PANIC. " she roared loudly as she leaped up at a higher place to direct the towns-mons her 'Officer self' immediately taking charge even if she were suspended .

Her Eyes scanned the distance, focuing on each and every bush as she looked through them to see their opponents... eventually, she spotted him, the one she had chased for so long. It was Flash and With him was a group of villains, pokémon that she might once have called allies. When the reinforcement magnemites came to maintain order he quickly charged to the gates to meet these pokémon, someone had to make a stand... someone had to buy the defenders time to prepare. Tzerah didn't relaly know what her feet was doing when they brought her to a stop by the gate, another mixture of emotions hit her. "Flash..." she said, yet not with the firm tone she had come to practice, it was the other one, the one she hatd using... the weaker one that was only allowed to speak to her ba... annoying kid.

She swallowed hard as she felt unsteady where she stood, was she already shaken?... was this how she was going to meet him?. She was frightened she wouldn't even put up a decent fight. one second she just wanted to turn tail and run, the next... just sit down and watch them run past or decide to knock her out without even fighting. Then she thought about her child.. her innocent sweetie who she couldn't leave for the mightyenas... no, for him... for her- the guild master, she wa ready to fight to the bitter end. "Your not getting past while I still stand!..."she roared and took a defensive stance as she finally managed to choose.

Milton the Zorua

@Light Lord
@Ninian

@Polaris North
@Shiny Keldeo

Having eaten and played with his sister, the Zorua was now quite satisfied and his mother was rather happy. He had just managed to get out the door when pokémon stated to roar for civilians to get inside... and he were about to turn tail when he hear a strange voice in his head. It made him stop dead in his track and listen, he had never heard a voice in his head besides his own before and even if it was somewhat scary he decided that it probably was important... he snuck past some magnemite as he made a dash to the guild, there he would have the chance to regroup with his friends and hopefully do something to help.

However halfway there he realized that the Riolu twins probably was going to training and thus he changed his dash towards the Dojo. On his way there he noticed Devon and The Mawile that was his new friends, it seemed they had stopped to play by the water and now were heading towards the Dojo as well. He ran up behind them as fast as he could then brushed past on their side "Hey Come-on!... We need to Regroup with the Guildmaster fast, it looks like an emergency!" he called out a he motioned for them to hurry it up as he dashed off to the Dojo.

Once he saw Zaru and the Riolu twins he quickly dashed up to them as well "I just met Devon and Celty, are the others also on their way here?... what's going on?" he asked as he were quite confused, and it was unlikely that they would have any good answers for him.

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Zaru looked around as he saw some pokemon in a state of panic, rushing back to their homes and such. One Darumaka even stopped the Chimchar from advancing and told him to shut himself in the house. Tzerah the officer ordered for all of them to clear the streets and it was most definitely not a drill. The younger pokemon looked at the civilian with confusion in his eyes and he just groaned and left. It took a while for his mind to process what the Darumaka just said. Oh, something big was going on and a battle was sure to follow. They needed to get to the guildmaster and quick, hopefully still in the dojo. "Come on guys." He told the Riolu twins before starting to rush for the dojo.

That's when he bumped into Milton. He started to frantically ask questions. "Well, it's only me, Lulu and Rico headed towards the dojo." He started before shrugging at the next question. "All I know is that Officer Tzerah ordered everyone to go into their houses and clear the streets. Something bad is going on. Let's go to the guildmaster." He said with a nod before continuing his run towards Spirit. As a junior explorer, he knew that they would be pretty much a liability when it came to fighting some big bad villain, for now that is, but there should be something they could do. Right?

Well, it didn't matter anyway. He headed for the dojo and saw that the door was open and leaning against it was Razor, part of the team that was headed to capture the outlaw, Flash the Scizor. But he looked so tired and worried that it made Zaru think that they failed to do that. It made him worry. If they were this worried, then something must be up. Worst case scenario is Flash is heading for them with the intent to destroy the guild. Now that wasn't very nice. He then nudged Milton and gestured to Spirit's direction, figuring that the Zorua must be looking for him as well.

Flash and Gang, Valiant Village

@Banana @Iatos
The Scizor was slightly amused by the odd Vanillite's attempt to ambush him, however, he didn't have time for such nonsense. He smacked him back with a powerful Metal Claw, sending the Ice Cream Cone back into the clutches of one of his Crustle henchmen, who clamped down on the ice type with its claws. "Hohoho, bad call on your part you little wannabe hero." The Crustle nodded over to Flash, who nodded back. He started to walk forward again, when now a Luxray blocked his path, trying to intimidate him, and failing. He saw her shake, he heard the weakness in her voice when she called out his name. Why her very fear seemed to be emanating off of her. "You don't want to do this, I have no quarrel with you. If you don't take this chance to turn away now... I have a story for you. You ever heard of Riot the Manectric down south? I'd expect not... well, he was one of the best law Pokemon there was. Then he met me and... let's just say he had to retire from the force, permanently."

Valiant Village, Sawk and Throh Dojo

@Polaris North @Iatos
Razor turned and looked at the new arrivals, a couple of Guild Trainees, including the Guildmaster's children. "Don't worry, kids. Situation will be under control soon..." Spirit was moving in the background, he jumped over to his Treasure Bag, grabbing out a small trinket or something, clipping it to his arm. He leapt over to the others. "He would dare to come to my Guild and endanger the citizens of Valiant Village, he will pay. Kids, you all stay here. Razor, if you're up to it..." The Excadrill stood up completely, having gained his breath back. "You know it, Guildmaster. Lead the way." Spirit nodded and pointed towards the town gate. Razor nodded and suddenly burrowed into a tunnel towards that direction.

"You all remember what I said, Stay Here." Lucario made sure to emphasize his point, then leapt to the roof of the dojo and continued leaping towards the town gate. However, Rico and Lulu, as usual, had other plans. "I can't believe dad would think we'd just sit here... an epic battle might be about to begin and he thinks we'd miss it?" Lulu jumped up to the roof. "Well, I know I can't stop Lulu, what about you guys? You coming?"

Valiant Village, Town Gate

@Iatos
"Last chance, I'd save that pretty face if I were you. I just want this guy named Spirit, he sent his guys after me, and he's gonna pay the price." The Luxray would stand her ground. "Bad choice..." The Scizor raised up his fist, activating his Superpower move. He swung at the Luxray, but was suddenly blown back by some unseen force. As the dust settled, Spirit stood between him and the Luxray. "Ah, you must be this guy named Spirit. You seem strong, good, I like defeating strong opponents who think they've got what it takes to bring me down. Alright boys! Surround them!"

Soon his gang of Cacturne and Crustle had the two completely surrounded. Wait, make that three. That Excadrill from Dry Valley Gulch popped out of the ground alongside them. "Tzerah, Razor, take the grunts. Flash is Mine." Razor nodded in reply, standing battle ready.

Tzerah the Luxray

@Shiny Keldeo

It was so silent, the flying types that had sung in the trees eearlier had left for safer locations and she was far away from the village as to not hear the sounds of it. Before her flash came out, and in her mind he wondered if there even was a chance that he would stop but he did. he told her to tand down, that he had no quarell with her... about a Manetric she had heard about as she was quite updated on all of Flash's crimes. Yet she wasen't afraid of Flash, one might believe so from how she looked... but her fear didn't come from this situation, it came from the memories of her once being just like them... how her old master would beat her up at the thought of even harming a fellow Villain, then also that Flash would harm someone she cared about. She remained stationary, and suddenly Flash prepared to blow her away with a Strong move before she even had the chance to respond.

She gave him a cold stare, expecting the move to hit her at any second and put her out of commision... yet it was blown away and Spirit soon command her to fight... a command that in her mind struck away all other thoughts like a bowling ball striking away pins. Take care of the grunts... such a simple command, such a simple thought. "Yes... master" she replied, her voice repleid deep, earie, and with a sting of an ancient self. A Cacnea that charged at her would be the first one to fall... it thought it could exploit her lack of focus and the opening she had had for so long... but it shut in an instant and a instant later Tzerah's fangs were locker around it's arm, her fangs glowed with fire and ice... her eyes with such a deep seated anger that she would again seem like an entire other being.

She let it rip, and a second later threw the cacnea who haden't even grasped what happened before it slammed lifeless toward sa nearby tree. She didn't know if she had killed it or not, and at the very instant she didn't really seem to care. There was no fear left in her, no emotions... no mercy. She was Tzerah, or perhaps she was Storm... the title she had gone by before that had been given to her by her former master in a life that should have been in the past.

In that moment she created a terrifying circle of death around her... launched from opponent to opponent to strike again and again, enough for some of the more cowardly memebers to flee, their battle lust leaving faster than it had settled in... was it really the same Luxray that had stood there a second ago quivering in their masters presence?... or was it a creature spawned from the deepest of the underworld set to destroy them in a unyielding fearless slaughter that never were seen by those badge wearing opponents they usually fought. "Come little lamb, do not cry... Mommy's gona bite ya, until you DIE!" she sang, pin missiles... hammer arms and other moves swished past her but she was not there to recieve them, and even if she was, it was simply to deliver a quick strike and throw another opponent away to crash towards either an ally or a rock or tree.

Milton the Zorua

He looked to his friends, as someone tried to calm them all down... quite frankly he understood that not one of the grown up expected anything out of anyone of them. They were just kids best kept away from the fray of any major battle such as this as they could easily get hurt. Yet even if he were slightly chicken about it he was like the others also excited, he didn't quite understand the danger of the situation and when the Rico asked if anyone else was coming a Lulu were going he quickly spun around and leaped up on the roof where she was, he was gona follow Lulu there without thought. "Course I'm in... this will be epic" he said as he had no clue of what really was going on over there...

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Zaru listened to Spirit and Razor as they spoke. Oh, they were going to stay here? That was to be expected. I mean, come on, that is the most normal thing to do. They were kids, leave the problem to the adults. He nodded at Spirit as they went off. When he was just about to sit down, Lulu suddenly suggested that they shouldn't sit around and actually get involved. He had half the mind to oppose the other pokemon seeing as they might not have comprehended the current situation.

But hey, this was Lulu who suggested it, there was no use dissuading them. "Yeah, sure, fine." He muttered before jumping to the roof. "Well, lead the way Lulu." He said with a smirk. Well this might just be another adventure. Sure, they'd get in trouble again but it was most definitely interesting. Besides, if they'd have to fight...

Well, they are training and they all know how to fight. A single pokemon should be easy enough right? With four of them, he means. Bah, whatever, no use thinking about it now. He'll just ride the wave and hope for the best.

@Iatos @Polaris North @Banana
Before Tzerah's... rampage would be the best word to describe it, began, Spirit and Flash squared off, eye to eye. Flash happened to glance down to the bracer on Spirit's arm. "Sure you don't want to take that off? I'd hate to break your pretty little rock." Lucario held up his arm, pointing at the gem on his arm. "This is what will be your undoing, Flash. Your escapades end here!" He touched the gemstone, and suddenly was enveloped in a bright light.

Rico and Lulu led their party over to a nearby rooftop to watch the battle, both knowing full well not to get involved. They watched as Spirit appeared to transform, and were in complete awe over what they were witnessing. Soon the light faded, and there stood... Spirit? Razor had finished off the grunts that had come at him rather quickly, as they had been distracted by the sudden transformation. "Flash, you're in for it now. It's not everyday Guildmaster Spirit breaks that out."

Flash was in disbelief. Sure he'd heard of this before, but he was in NO way prepared to fight against... Mega Evolution?! But... if he ran, his gang would hound him for days to come. He had no choice, he would fight. "Mega Evolution or not, you're still going down pal!" He rushed forward with his Superpower, but was stopped cold when Spirit merely grabbed his hand. His eyes had been closed the whole time, and suddenly they opened into Flash's. "You came here today with malicious intent, for that, you will suffer the consequences." Flash was suddenly pelted by the volley of swift kicks and punches produced by Spirit's Close Combat attack.

At once, his entire gang halted in their tracks. They started to back off, Razor saw. But he also heard Tzerah, or was that even Tzerah? He looked over to see her on a complete rampage, she was out of control! He ran over and tackled her, pinning her to the ground. "TZERAH! Snap out of it! This isn't you, you have to stop! Think about what you're doing!"

Rico and Lulu were amazed and horrified at the sight. Tzerah was... someone completely different than the twins knew her. Their dad was beating back Flash without even taking a hit, and his gang was on its last legs.

Flash had gone from the prideful leader of a criminal gang to a Lillipup with its tail between its legs. He was completely on the defensive, trying in vain to block the volley of attacks thrown his way. He was on the ropes. Then Spirit just stopped, looked at the beaten Flash, and held out one hand. From that hand formed a ball of energy, an Aura Sphere. Without even a word, he fired it straight at Flash. A massive explosion shook the very earth they stood on, and a cloud of smoke and dust covered the area.

When it cleared, there stood Flash, still completely alive, it looked like he was still ready to fight. He took a step forward, and collapsed on the ground. The remainder of his gang looked at the once great Flash the Scizor. "The boss... he ain't my boss no more!" Said the lead Cacturne as he and his remaining Cacturne fled into the forest. "I... I'm with you! I'm scramming!" Said the lead Crustle, following swiftly behind for someone lugging a giant rock on his back. In the commotion, the small Vanillite that they had captured was set free.

Omen the Absol, Outskirts of Valiant Village

It had been a long time since he had treaded along this path. Almost a year ago he had left along this same path, looking to help Pokemon in the south. He wondered how much had changed... He had to quickly jump out of the way as a group of Cacturne and Crustle rushed past. He wondered what they could be running from...

He quickened his pace towards the Village, stopping just short to a sight he had never seen: Flash the Scizor lay defeated on the path just before the Valiant Village gate. He looked around, there were unconscious Pokemon everywhere, some maybe more than that... He saw what might be... Spirit? Mega Evolved? And... Razor wrestling with Tzerah? What was going on here?!

Celty the Mawile
[Valiant Village - Central Plaza]

@Empour@Bright_Ops@Noklu@Light Lord
Several Pokémon were skattering, or heading towards the forest. Something terrible was coming, and the Mawile knew these children could not handle it. More blood on her paws if they came to harm. A booming voice sounded out, warning everyone to clear the street. Celty was going to do just that.

Grabbing Gredy by the scruff, and the Totodile by the claw, she started to drag them in the direction of the dojo, "We need to go. NOW. Everyone, with me."

Kargool the Vanillite

Valiant Village, Town Gate
@Shiny Keldeo @Iatos
The Vanillite, having been freed, stared at the fight between Spirit and Flash in shock and awe. Never before had he seen a feat such as Mega Evolution, and it really impressed him in ways he never would have expected to see in person, rather just told in tales of legend. He wanted to help so bad, and after seeing the rampaging Luxray against the Excadrill, he figured he could help there by taking a few hits for the Excadrill. After a quick Acid Armor, Kargool floated to the Excadrill's side and tried to knock over the Luxray onto her side with a weaker Freeze Dry. He landed it but it didn't really help the situation. "I'm here to help you, Mr. Excadrill! I dunno if I'll be able to help much though." he exclaimed, preparing to assist the Excadrill in any way he could.

Devon the Totodile

Valiant Village, Central Plaza

Still gazing off at the random group of heavily injured Pokémon, Devon shook his head out of the trance and turned back around to continue walking with everyone else. Picking up the pace a bit as he really wanted to find Spirit before anything else happened. Then the booming voice went off, and made him jump a bit. Looking around again the Totodile was met with the sight of many Pokémon rapidly fleeing into various buildings. "Huh? What's going on? Why's everyone freaking out?"

He didn't really have much time to ponder the thought though. Celty had already reached over and grabbed his hand to drag him through the streets. Causing Devon to squirm a bit in her grip. "Hey! Hold on! Seriously, what's happening!? I heard them say no panic, but this REALLY looks like panic!"

Tzerah the Luxray

@Shiny Keldeo
@Banana

She attacked her opponents wildly, once she plowed through as many as she could the others started running. At first she was about to chase them down, to let none escape. Yet she was suddenly attacked by a new opponent, who tackled past her electric defenses and tried to pin her... he shouted at her and yet his words didn't rang quite as clear to her compared to the pain who talked louder. Her survival instincts kicked in and without another thought she struggled against her opponent and struck at any opening to bury her flaming and freezing bites in her opponent. She then took another hit from the side, a both freezing and burning sensation from a Freeze Dry that threw away all reasoning even further, she quickly gripped her opponent and threw him towards the Vanillite.

Once she got to her feet again her eyes glowed red, she looked around before her eyes fell at Spirit and Flash, the only thing that stopped her from attacking was the slight hesitation that he couldn't determinate who was enemy and who was ally. Yet as Flash went down she was about to pounce on Spirit instead... yet.

A Shinx stepped out to the battlefield, passed the other spectators and children without worry. The Shinx didn't display any fear at all, nor did it show any clear emotions as it passed by fleeing pokémon. Then it went straight up to Tzerah without hesitation and stroke its head towards her hesitating body. "Mom... stop... its enough" the Shinx said calmly.

Tzerah's mucles tensed at the touch, she threw her head towards the direction of the small being who... who. She sat down and looked confued before the red faded from her eyes. "Sweetie... what are you doing here?... its dangerous." she said, yet her voice had no strength to it, it was calmed and softned like a parent speaking to their baby. Once she had collected herself she quickly wrapped her paws around the Shinx and hugged it tightly with love and care. "don't worry... momy's here... mommy got you" she said softly even if the Shinx didn't really display the need for any comfort...

Yet the Shinx knew that Tzerah needed it, the smaller feline knew that its mother neeeded the comfort. It knew that no mather how far away she seemed, its voice could call her back... to scare Storm away that was afraid of it. It hugged its mother back and purred slightly as it rubbed against her.

Tzerah looked up after a while of cuddling her baby, it had achieved what the others had failed in an instant and once her mind settled into place it didn't even look like she remembered what had transpired. Opponents still laid around her, others had fled and Flash laid beaten by Spirit. Was it... really over?.

Milton the Zorua

He like the Riolu twin was both amazed and terrified by the battle, yet he let it record in his head as he wanted to remember the bravely... and the feriocity of a real fight, this was somehting that he could end up doing when he got older and a shiver went down his spine at the thought. "Your father is incredible... was that really a mega evolution?... " he asked as he overlooked the battlefield, he settled down slightly yet tensed as he remembered that enemie till could be around. Other Villains... or members of Flash's criminal squad could still lurk in the bushes aroudn the village... but that was just a silly thought right?. It hardly occured to him that the attack from the front could just be a decoy, that the battle could be far form over and that... it in fact could just be beginning.

Zaru the Chimchar

Valiant Village

Their guildmaster was engulfed with light and when it disappeared, he looked... different. Wait, he had heard of this before. A truly amazing thing from what his parents told him. Something about it being greater than evolution. What was it called again? It makes evolved pokemon grow further in a short span of time. Zaru's head snapped up as he remembered what it was. Mega Evolution! It was one of the reasons why his brother left the village. To search for a method to attain this was one of his brother's dreams. Now that he was witnessing it for himself, Zaru knew why his brother wanted it so badly.

The battle was terrifying. No, not the battle. Rather it was another pokemon. It was Tzerah, their resident police officer. She had started to destroy everything in sight. Good thing most were enemies. She seemed like she was in her element and that thought terrified the young Chimchar. Every muscle on his body wanted to pounce on the Luxray to stop her from her onslaught since the enemies started to leave with their tails between their legs. But someone else did it for him. It was her child, a young Shinx. It seemed to have calmed her down considerably. Family truly is amazing.

Zaru was snapped out of his observations when Milton spoke. He turned to the twins. "Yeah, your father's so cool. Mega evolution? No wonder he's the guildmaster." He said. He really deserves that title. Flash had beaten their best team but Spirit managed to beat him single-handedly. Seriously, this guy must've underwent some pretty badass training to get to that point. "With the boss defeated, I doubt anyone would have the spine to fight." He said as he sighed. They saw the very climax of the battle and it was amazing.

It did seem like it was all over. Flash lay in the dirt, his gang had fled, and Tzerah had finally calmed down thanks to her kid. Razor pushed off of the ground, and also off of the Vanillite. "Sorry there, you okay?" He asked, holding out one of his claws to help the Pokemon up.

Spirit was once more enveloped in a bright light, and when it dissipated this time, he was back to his normal self. "Your selfish desires landed you here, one has to wonder what you could have become had you used your power for good instead of evil." Spirit said, turning to the rapidly growing crowd. "Do not worry, it's over, return to your homes and relax..." Spirit, trying to calm the crowd, and everyone else distracted, didn't notice Flash getting to his feet. He slowly slugged over towards Spirit, storing up enough power to use Superpower.

Rico and Lulu saw this before anyone else. It was like in slow motion. Even they can't really explain what happened next. By instinct, they moved into a defensive posture. Both moved their arms in sync, and both managing to form a bright blue ball of energy. The next second, they were flying towards Flash, catching him by surprise as he was knocked backwards from his target. This finally got the attention of Spirit, who whirled around and uppercut the Scizor with an Ice Punch. Now, Flash was officially down for the count.

Rico and Lulu ran to their dad's side, as they quickly embraced. "You kids... what am I going to do with you? Thanks..." Is all he said, as he noted in his mind that they successfully used Aura Sphere for the first time. Finally, Officer Magnezone arrived with two Magneton, two Manectric, and two Arcanine. "ZZT! Guildmaster Spirit, thank you for your aid in capturing this wanted outlaw. And you, Officer Tzerah, your bravery will be noted, but also your... episode. ZZT! We will now take this outlaw into custody. Reward will be sent to the Guild by tomorrow. ZZT!"

The two Magneton had locked around Flash's arms, acting as handcuffs. They began leading Flash away, but he had one last thing to say. "Spirit... this isn't over. I'll be back one day, and I'll take you down, that's a promise." Spirit simply looked on as Flash was led away in chains pretty much. It wasn't long until he heard a voice. "Well... that was quite a surprise. Didn't expect to see that, has it always been like this since I left?" Spirit turned to see, well, he thought it looked like... "Omen!" Yelled Rico and Lulu as they rushed over towards the Absol that had arrived. "Hey, you kids, you been behaving for your dad?" He asked, looking down at them, then back to Spirit. "Look, as much as I came back for personal reasons, I need to talk to you. It's something only you would understand."

Spirit thought about it for a moment, then realized what Omen was mentioning. He nodded, and motioned to the crowd that had gathered. "Everyone, the battle is over. Disperse, please. Return to your normal activities." Finally his message got through, and the crowd began to shrink as people returned to their everyday lives. Spirit motioned to Omen. "Come, we can speak at the Dojo. You two, while we're talking, I want you to be practicing that Aura Sphere, you finally managed to do it today. I'll expect you to get better and better at it too."

Omen and Spirit started walking towards the Dojo, with Rico and Lulu stopping for a moment. "Hey, if you guys wanna come, the offer is still open." "Yeah, dad will probably be in one of the back rooms with Omen, so it'll be nice to have the company!" With that they turned and started after their dad.

Infinity Mountain Peak

@floodtalon
Already Pokemon were beginning to come to his message. And, much to his surprise, a Pokemon had already climbed his way to the Peak. A Bisharp, who seemed confused at the emptiness of the area. "Hey! What's the big idea? You said to come meet you at the Peak, well where are you?!" He sent a telepathic message immediately to all the Pokemon he had prior.

"The first acceptant has reached the Peak, there is now a time limit on how quickly you must arrive. You have one hour to reach the peak now, after that, no others will be allowed to join."

He stood in the shadows, watching the cave that would lead to the Peak. The Bisharp had grown quiet and simply sat down on a rock to wait for the others. He felt great darkness in this one's heart. Good, darkness is something he liked to see in his pawns.

Valentine

Infinity Mountain

Current World Time: 1:00 PM.

@Shiny Keldeo

Valentine confused yet another Pokemon who was attacking before vanishing through a wall to a somewhat safe area. While it was a tough dungeon, nothing would stop him from this job. He ascended yet another staircase with a Shadow Ball at the ready, searching for threats. It was at that moment that a voice echoed through his mind, startling him and causing him to fire off the Shadow Ball at a nearby wall.

"The first acceptant has reached the Peak, there is now a time limit on how quickly you must arrive. You have one hour to reach the peak now, after that, no others will be allowed to join."

Damn it. This dungeon was hard enough as is, a time limit was the last thing he needed. Valentine shook his head and floated through the hallways in search of another stairway. He was almost at the peak, he could feel it.

Current World Time: 1:30 PM

Valentine made it to the last staircase with about half an hour to spare by his count. There weren't as many Pokemon on the final floor, likely because of the mystery first acceptant. Not that Valentine was complaining, this had been one of the harder dungeons he's had to go through. He chomped down on an Oran Berry and ascended the final stairway, ready to take on the world.

Infinity Mountain Peak

Valentine reached the peak and saw a Bisharp sitting by himself, likely waiting for the contractor. "I'm guessing you're the first acceptant." Valentine floated towards the Bisharp, stopping at a relatively safe distance.

Kargool the Vanillite

@Shiny Keldeo
Valiant Village, Town Gate
The Vanillite floated up into the hand of the Excadrill and thanked him. It was a rough rise back up but he managed to stay afloat. After a quick shake off the Vanillite was back to normal. "I'm alright. A bit soft but I'll manage to stay up. I'm Kargool by the way. Ex-Co-Leader of Team Envirolock about 3 things over." He didn't know what to call counties now. Kargool opened up his bag and pulled out an oran berry, proceeding to eat it happily.
