"Kylar looked over then gently sat up to make sure he wouldn't wake her, "better she's slowly getting her strength back, but she's doing better than yesterday." He didn't get up his hand still in hers.

Kylar sighed and looked down, "she healed me I told her to stop let the others take over she didn't listen to me really. Now I'm wondering why she saved me I know it has to do with something more than me being her partner in the least and second of all I know it had to do with something else than her just to save a life I think it goes deeper than that."

Master Shade moved over to the chair and sat down, looking at his daughter. "MEgumi has always tried to save as many lives as she could...being blessed with the Wolf of Shadows spirit, she took it as a blessing...but also a curse in the fact that it would protect her and not others at a weem. So she made it her mission to protect all those she could with that power she was blessed with"

Kylar nodded, "even though I'm blind I can still fight I made my promise on protecting any village that the mizukage assigned me to. Since I had failed to protect my clan I promised to protect my village," an ANBU agent came in, "Kylar sir the mizukage has requested back up, the mist is under attack." Kylar quickly got to his feet, "master shade I am sorry to leave in a rush, but I need to make sure the mist is safe just watch megumi for me." He pulled up the ANBU mask, and ran out on his way back to the mist village.

It would take at least the half the day to get back to the mist, after the time had passed he could see flames eating a building. He quickly directed the ANBU team to keep the villagers safe. He found the mizukage, barely standing on his feet he quickly did hand signs as he saw the fire dragon rushing at the mizukage "ninja art water shield!" The dragon crashes into the shield the shield holds and Kylar gets to the mizukage's side.

Master shade stayed with Megumi until she opened her eyes a day after kylar left. She sat up slowly as he said "easy pup...you've been out for a while..." She looked around and said "where is kylar?" "He had to go back to the mist village" she bolted up and said "what?! His fighting alone!" She fought to get up, grabbing her things as her father said "Megumi, your not fully recovered yet"

Kylar did some hand signs "ninja art water clone" clones form and they charge. Kylar gets kicked back, he lands on his feet. He was breathing hard, so he had to use it he did hand signs. "Byakugan" he saw this guy taking chakra from his comrades so that's why the guy never seemed to run out.

Kylar looked at the guy, then looked at the mizukage. He did hand signs, "ninja art water tigers!" Two water tigers charge and hit the ninja, he was breathing hard he thought megumi I'm sorry for this he did some more hand signs "ninja art water hell hound," the water hell hound formed and charged the ninja kylar fell to both his knees summoning those water hell hounds put his body at risk of giving out.

Out of no where they would hear "Ninja art, rise of the pack Jitsu!" All over the vilage huge wolvs appeared and started atacking the invading ninja. Megumi landed infront of Kylar, pulling her katana out and at the ready, glaring at the ninja before her. "My boys will handle the invaders. Mizukage, please get Kylar out of here and somewhere safe. I'll handle the rest"

The mizukage started reaching for Kylar, but he shook his head rising to his feet again. "No! I'm not going anywhere megumi I'm the only one who can deal with the leader I'm the only one who can cut off his chakra flow if I don't he will never run out!" He was holding his side, it hurt but he could still fight.

Kylar clenched his jaw, then sighed "just be careful megumi come back to me alright," the mizukage got Kylar and disappeared with him. Most of the buildings were on fire, the medics checked him out. "You weren't supposed to use that jutsu it's going to be a few days before your on your feet again," they wrapped his stomach and side in bandages.
