You two are insufferable, I have nothing against gays or lesbians, but please don't ship my character with the guy that hates him and that he hates, my characters are like my children, so it's just plain weird.
(Also, I ship Avaly, Alery? I'll find a better ship name.)

Don't get attached like that, they have to get hurt sometime, and when they do it'll hurt you. Or you'll get attached and try to OP your way out of any situation to make sure your character is always on top or untouchable just because. Characters are imaginary people you control, but the first major rule of roleplaying is to not be attached unless you're prepared for pain.
Avary knew that ice didn't conduct electricity, he wasn't as dumb as everyone thought, and he covered Ryan in ice to quench the electricity. Hopefully this held him.
