Hey @Zorogami. Just doing a check-in. I hope you're healing well- I'm also sick, been on-and-off gross feeling for the past couple weeks, so I know the feeling.

IC post is up! I decided to go with something very open and lax to get you all started. You can go ahead and get breakfast, sleep a little more, or whatever your characters feel like doing. Don't forget to be ready at 8.30 for class however! Things will get interesting starting there ;)

I'm sorry for the delay. Do I have time to get a character together? (If I can actually decide what I want?)

Alrighty, first post is up. Sorry for my delay as well. May has been just destroying me, I've been sick pretty much the whole month so far. Since the scene was pretty light I just described what his morning routine was and fast forwarded as much as I could to the progression. If other people want to take it slower and talk over breakfast and stuff don't let my haste stop you- Axeus just isn't interested in any pleasantries yet ^_^

@KuraiDon't worry about it, real life stuff will always be more important, I hope you are doing better!

This is an introductory period with optional interaction, and it is NOT time to go to class, right? Kurai's post threw me off.

@SoleAccord I believe you are correct, sorry if I caused any confusion. That's what I was trying to clear up in my OOC post. Axeus doesn't want to do any sort of interaction at the moment, so I've skipped him forward to class. Any interaction any of the other characters might want to do should still totally happen, and just catch up to Axeus's 8 am window whenever you all are ready. I'm sure Zoro will allow for as much or little interaction as you all want before class begins. I just didn't want to have to make multiple posts explaining that Axeus continues to do nothing while others may or may not be interacting.

Age: 17

Appearance:

Weapon: Dragon Whiskers, A pair of summoned gauntlets. The gauntlets have a obsidian metal appearance, with joints along each finger allowing for full maneuverability. The surface is covered by round scale like armor, with a raised outlet in which a twelve foot long red scaled whip hangs from each. The whips are wrapped around Nemui's arms, but can be used in combat if need be.

Personality: Nemui may very well be the physical embodiment of the sin of sloth. From her tired, slow speech and hunched posture, to her ever tired eyes, simply looking at her may cause one to yawn. She tends to speak in as few words as possible, only enough to get her point across. She dislikes confrontations of any kind, so will go out of her way to avoid them. As such she comes off as a pacifist at first glance, however, she will use force if it seems like the quickest solution to a problem. Nemui swears she's a nice person, and she is, but her actions often tell otherwise. She has a nasty habit of teasing people, and making sarcastic remarks.

She hates expending energy, but is always willing to go all out for her friends, probably because she's watched too much anime or something.

History: Nemui was born in the Balamb region. (Final Fantasy 8) She was raised in a village, the daughter to a single mother who worked as a blacksmith. Her mother was imposing, and overbearing, always insisting that Nemui would take over the 'family business.' Nemui just wanted to read books about magic and warrior princesses. Unfortunately for her, her village was attacked by a cliche group of humanoid monsters. Nemui tried to run away, but somehow ended up running into the alpha of the group. In hindsight escaping to the nearby river when invaded by fish people wasn't the brightest idea. In the midst of Nemui begging for her life, she was attacked, forcing her to defend herself. That was when her gauntlets Dragon Whiskers materialized, and she accidentally punched the boss monster's head off. While she was busy screaming in horror at the bloody mess, the rest of the monsters ran off, and a crowd carried her away, declaring her a hero.

In spite of her protests, her mother shipped her off to be trained, telling her to bolster the family name. (and bring in more business)

Magic:
Fire

Techniques: So far, Nemui has yet to develop many techniques. Her gauntlets give her superhuman strength, so she hasn't bothered learning martial arts, and her whips are able to keep foes at bay. She once had the thought that combining her fire magic with her whips would be cool, but it was summer and she didn't feel like getting too hot, so she's never tried it.

Favorite Disney/Square Enix world or setting: Silent Hill, should be fun on the bun!

Random Stuff: "TV dinners are pretty easy to make, and don't taste so bad. Chocolate ice cream kinda tastes like sweet mud, so that's not so hip... My fondest memory has to be the time school was canceled for a week, I think I gained a few pounds from lounging around too much. My mom made me work out, but before that it was pretty sweet... What? Stuff besides what was listed as examples? C'mon, don't push it, that's enough, right?"
