Noble Arm Abilities:
Blending In: With a few swipes of her fans, Jessalyn can blend into her surroundings. She uses this ability to hide in plain sight, her own appearance shifting to match that of the background. With enough focus, she can use this ability to mask another object/person. The largest object she was able to mask was a small car with four occupants.
-Weakness: Blending In is a great ability, and since Jessalyn can usually remain level headed in a fight, it is easy for her to maintain. However, if her enemy has enhanced senses, they can probably pinpoint her outline.

Wind Manipulation: In the case of Jessalyn being outed before an incapacitating blow, she can use Wind Manipulation. When Jessalyn spins her fans rapidly, they create a sort of vortex. This vortex-depending on how it is used/shaped-can deflect or redirect attacks. Using a similar technique of wind manipulation, Jessalyn can launch herself forwards at staggering speeds (she can also use this ability to propel herself through water). This force can also be used to trip up or push enemies. Jessalyn has been working on a vortex that can trap an enemy, but her attempts usually end up in lack of oxygen for her foe, so she doesn't use it.
-Weakness: Wind Manipulation works well when needed, but because Jessalyn usually relies on Blending In, she is rusty with this ability. Her vortexes can also be bypassed with enough strength, or precision.

Blunting Blades: Depending on the situation, Jessalyn can will the blades along the edges of her fans to blunt. This is useful if she wants to deliver a bludgeoning blow, or hit an enemy’s pressure points with outstanding force. Alternatively, she can return the blades to their razor sharp state, which can cut through an inch of solid steel.

A Mind of Their Own: Jessalyn's fans are known to have their own will. When an enemy throws out a simple attack, they flick towards it to deflect it and keep their user safe. This ability comes in handy most of the time, when Jessalyn is busy calculating and she isn't paying as much attention to the fight as she should.
-Weakness: Although this ability is quite useful, it can be a burden. The fans can get in the way of Jessalyn's plans, or leave another point exposed on her that she had previously been covering. This ability is also used only for simple predictable attacks, so anything major won't be fended off.

Fighting Style
Jessalyn's fighting style is calculated and precise. She sneaks around easily, and observes her prey before making any attempt at an attack. In the case of a rushed fight, she stays defensive until she can get a read on her opponent, then strikes gracefully and brutally. She refrains from using fatal blows, instead focusing mainly on pressure points and disabling her opponent. She has a lot of stamina on the field, and when she is matched or even outmatched in terms of skill, she can usually outlast her opponent.

Personality
Despite her fighting style, Jessalyn is actually a very vocal and outgoing girl. She makes friends easily, or at least she tries to. She never excludes people from activities, and expects the same respect and treatment. When there are conflicts, she usually remains neutral, or avoids them altogether. Her thought process is: if conflict can be avoided, avoid it. Otherwise, you're just as disastrous as any other villain.

Bio:
Jessalyn was raised in a more modern town in Africa. She didn't experience starvation or many major diseases, but she knew plenty of friends who did. Her mother was a charitable lady, with a good job as a Lawyer that allowed her to donate money to those in need. Her father was a stay at home dad who raised her from the ground up. He had odd jobs here and there for extra cash, but other than that he took care of the household.

As Jessalyn grew, she started a plan for her future. Her dance classes were going well, but she wanted to major in Criminal Justice like her mother. Things were definitely looking up for her, in terms of her vision. She was doing well in school, acting kind to her elders and polite to those in need. She had a great reputation, and knew things would turn out well. Until the day of the fight.

One of her smaller friends, who had just managed to escape from a village riddled with starvation, was causing a bit of trouble in school and in the town. Jessalyn made excuses for her, to get her out of bad situations, but eventually that wasn't enough. One day after school she had picked a fight with a group of girls much too strong for her, and Jessalyn had to swoop in.

She tried to talk them down, but they were all too eager to use their fists. In the end, Jessalyn fought for her friend, and before she was beaten entirely...her Noble Arm materialised before her. All of the girls paused in shock, before fleeing. Her ‘friend’, who had huddled in a corner, crawled out to thank Jessalyn and stare at her two fans.

After that, Jessalyn had to crush her dreams of becoming a lawyer-at least for the time being-and attend the Trinidad Academy of Noble Arms.
