Placing his pale hands upon the arms of his throne, he pushed himself to his feet. His clothing consisted of black tendrils, each hugging his body, in which they grew from his skin, each strand wavering about his body as seaweed gives to the current. His throne was settled upon a staircase platform, a good 4 stories from the main foyer of this blank, dark room, its dark colors licking at the back of one's mind like the remembrance of an abstract painting. Stepping forward from his place in this massive checkerboard of situation, he stands at the edge of the first foreboding step of his staircase. In the stead of stepping onto the next one, his knee bend, allowing him a moment to poise his body for a leap - and leap he did. Soaring over the staircase with the grace of which only circus performers are familiar with, he heavily landed at the base of the staircase, the resulting force of his weight and tremendous momentum sending small gusts of wind that licked the far sides of the chamber, and rustled the hair of his guest. Standing straight, he again focused his gaze upon the other, his grin never leaving him.

Footsteps echo about the overwhelmingly massive chamber, the footsteps of ambition, the footsteps of a monarch. True to his position, he retorts, "Political power..." [Not important banter]

He nears the other, slowly. Closing the distance was a matter of a small few strides of his powerful, lengthy legs. "But that's not important. What is, is the proposition I have for you, my friend. I am Niukii Niugami, the Giant King, the Limitless Alien, The God of Branching Possibility - but they are mere titles."
