About three days ago we received communication from out facility on Mars, it was an emergency communication from and unknown sender I will play it now.”

“Is this on... testing testing... This is... I can tell you my name this broadcast might be intercepted.. for now im just Mr.Y. Something bad is going on here in Mars City, at first we just thought it was fatigue or people going crazy... but then all these disappearances started, at first they were just gone.. and then all of a sudden they were back but... not the same... something was wrong with them.. then like they were just gone again.. We tried to make sense of it, even went to Doctor Rickman directly but... he has changed, he is not the same anymore.. he is just cold and distant and just brushed our questions off... says its all for the greater good. I don't know whats happening in the Lab Complex but it can't be good, their power consumption over the past two months has been staggering, to the point where we have to route power from other sectors just to keep the complex running.. we have lost numerous scientists and security.. and again we enquired to Doctor Rickman and he said they were helping in the Lab Experiements an we would see them soon enough, but we never do.. we need help, somethings wrong and everyone just tries to ignore it keep working.. but I can't anymore.... please send help, anyone, I fear something bad is about to happen... Oh shit... ending transmission.”

“We need military assistance, but we can not afford to send too big of a presence, whatever is happening might stop if they believe we are on to them. I want you to pose as a UAC Specialist Commander, your there is whip the men into shape, and whatever other story you want to come up with, we read your file you are one of the best wetwork assets in the Marine Corp.”
“So how is me whipping your employees into shape gonna help this issue exactly?”
“That will be your cover, your real objective will be to protect the associate which we will be sending with you. Your job is to make sure they are able to complete their job, without hindrance. You both will have full access to every sector of the complex including the Lab Complex, our associate will do the technical work, and you make sure they are able to do so. We will brief this person in said time, and they will fill you in on specific needs when your on route.”
“Let me pose this question, why should I help you? So far all I hear is a scared employee who is probably sick with fatigue, this is a waste of time to me. What am I getting out of all this that Im not already getting?”
“Well we understand that you have a family member with extensive medical bills, how would you like to have said person treated and payed for all on the UAC Corporation? We will even throw you in there as well, no more struggle.”

Hello and thanks for reading the intro.. if you read the intro which you should or otherwise you won't know whats going on xD. Anyways I am in search of a partner to help me kick off this roleplay and take creative to the next level and make up the story with me. To give you some really basic info this roleplay is inspired (not a copy) but inspired by not just Doom 3 the game but also Doom the movie. This roleplay will not have any cannon characters or will it follow the story line of any of the games of the movie itself. This roleplay is pure originality, the only thing that I am taking from the games or the movie is the company UAC and the complex on Mars beyond that we will come up with the content. Now I am looking ideally for a partner who has played the game and watched the movie, however if you are willing to get into this I will accept people who have not played the game or seen the movie. The character can be male or female, I hold no quells as too which is my partner but do know if you might consider a possible relationship in this roleplay my character is going to be Male. I am also looking for someone who wants to write the story as much as be part of it, I don't want someone who follows only and doesn't contribute, I want this story to be both of ours not just my ideas and plots and the works. This will be your idea for the roleplay throughout the roleplay I will be creating these for NPC characters so we can keep track of who we meet. We will both have one of these so following the ID please put down the info for your character and a picture you would like to use, you can also choose the color of your ID any basic color works just fine.
Second as I am looking for someone who wants to write the story as much as be a part of it I would like you to write a detailed post relating to your character and their meeting with the UAC Board (i.e.) the same people who talked to my character in the short undetailed intro above. Be creative, your character can be whatever you desire them to be, the only restriction is being military thats my role, however if you want them to have a background in the military feel free. Your character does work for UAC so keep that in mind when you create your intro.
