Everything feels kinda lackluster after The Door to be honest. (maybe cause the whole Hodor thing came from GRRM, not D&D) I feel like they're trying to cram too much into too little episodes and they're running out of budget to boot. Two cool characters - the Waif and the Blackfish - get killed off-screen? C'mon...

Arya's arc feels completely out of place in the GOT world. She received a pretty heavy wound to the stomach, could barely stand up, then all of a sudden she goes on a wild chase through Bravos? Not only that, but she manages to kill a trained shape-shifting assassin. DAT plot armour though...

Ever since I read ADWD I've been saying that George Martin is shit at wrapping up plotlines. It's still true, but even his jumbled mess is better than what D&D have put up. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy watching the show, but it's obviously struggling to tie everything without the structure and narrative of the books.

PS. Did anyone notice that incredibly lame scene where Brienne and Pod look across the Lannister camp in the distance? The CGI looks like it came out of a B-grade movie from the 90's. They're definitely running out of money or saving it for some epic stuff in the last two episodes.

Now that Ramsay is dog food, who here is still holding out hope that Walder Frey will meet an equally grisly fate in Episode 10? That wedding scene in the preview seemed a little ominous...

I'm still holding out hope that Arya will run Walder through, maybe posing as his next young wife or something similar.

I enjoyed that episode a lot, I think they did an awesome job on it. The battle of bastards seemed quite realistic in terms of blood, guts, corpses, and general nastiness. Plus the way Ramsey went down was poetically just. Not to mention Dany coming in with her dragons and burning the masters. Yet the episode, to me at least, seemed really predictable and lacking in that emotional scaring GoT is so famous for. Granted Rickon was killed but lets be honest, who gives a flying fuck about him? His character has been so minor throughout the whole show that you don't even care if he dies. Sure he's a Stark, but I think it's safe to say he's the least important / cared about one. I didn't want him to die, I just didn't care if he did. So yeah, that's what I think.

1. Daenerys will split her party upon arriving in the 7 Kingdoms.
2. Cersei Lannister will renew efforts against Winterfell through Riverrun, unaware of Daenerys early on and to mad to withdraw after.
3. Tyrell will rally Dorne and High Garden. Casterly Rock will fall fairly early as a blow to Cersei's ethos.
4. Cersei will grow increasingly unhinged, pressuring Jamie to stand strong where his sister falters. She will reflect the Mad King and Jamie will become a red herring for the 'little brother' promised to kill her.
5. Littlefinger will seek to enforce his relationship with the Lannisters, Cersei specifically, after seeing what happened in Winterfell.
6. Sansa will assume Littlefinger's play by marrying Robin Arryn and becoming Lady of the Vale. This will create tension, placing Littlefinger into more stress than we have seen before. Sansa will effectively be the Warden of the East.
7. Jon Snow and Sansa will secure Riverrun, securing the total of their ancestral lands.
8. The Greyjoys will return to the Iron Islands after their hand in conquering Casterly Rock.
9. Bran will bring news of Jon's true birth shortly after Riverrun, Winterfell, and the Eyrie are under Stark control.
10. Jon Snow will cross paths with Tyrion, forging a soft alliance to end hostilities from King's Landing.
11. As the forces begin to close upon King's Landing Cersei will be truly mad, Jamie in shambles as he edges closer to renewing his name as Kingslayer.
12. Ayra, with the face of Tyrion Lannister, will kill Cersei.
13. Jon Snow and Daenerys will be politically wed.

Arya using faceless magic was cool but I'm still salty life fuck Stoneheart's supposed to be killing the Freys Walder was her kill gods damnit + plus they fucking mentioned the Manderlys IN THE EPISODE why didn't they do the pie thing aughh I mean I get why literally no one knows who they are but it's liek why even drop the name at this point no one cares.
